균열 보수용 폴리머 시멘트 복합체의 휨접착강도에 관한 연구 (Exploring the Flexural Bond Strength of Polymer-Cement Composition in Crack Repair Applications)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 RC 구조물의 균열 보수용 폴리머 시멘트 복합체의 휨접착성능을 평가하기 위함이다. 시멘트 모르타르에 다양한 크기의 균열을 만들어 PCCs를 충전한 후, 소정의 양생을 거쳐 휨접착강도와 휨강도 개선 정도를 파악하였다. 연구결과, 균열보수용 PCCs의 휨접착강도는 시멘트의 종류, 폴리머 종류 및 폴리머 결합재비에 따라 영향을 받으며 실리카퓸을 혼입한 초조강시멘트를 사용한 경우가 보통시멘트를 사용한 경우에 비해 최대 19.0%의 휨접착강도 개선효과가 나타났다. PCCs로 충전된 시멘트 모르타르의 휨강도 개선 정도는 균열폭의 영향보다는 균열깊이에 따라 큰 차이를 보였으며 균열에 충전된 PCCs가 단순히 보수재료로서 기능뿐만 아니라 어느 정도 휨강도를 개선시키는 보강재료로서도 역할을 하였다. 본 연구결과, 초조강시멘트, 3종류의 폴리머 디스퍼전과 실리카퓸, 60%~80%의 높은 폴리머 결합재비로 제작한 PCCs가 균열을 충전하는 보수재료로서 현장에서 충분히 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

시장정비사업의 효율적 실시를 위한 제도개선방안 연구 (A Study on the System Improvement Plan for an Efficient Market Maintenance Project)

  • Purpose - This paper attempts to identify the problems and limitations of a market maintenance project conducted according to the 「Special Act for the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Street」 and to present a revised direction for the special law and lay the groundwork for market maintenance projects to be promoted smoothly. Research design, data, and methodology - The revised direction for the legislation and the proposal were written based on an investigation of the problems and the legal system, and proposed measures for market maintenance operation and system improvements to derive the improvements needed for market maintenance projects. Results - A market maintenance project has been conducted as a means to reinvigorate traditional markets that are economically depressed, and to revive the local economy. It was largely conducted in the form of reconstruction and redevelopment and represents the interests of landowners and merchants. Thus, it is most likely to contribute to the gradual disappearance of traditional markets. First, as part of a market maintenance project, many companies are building multipurpose buildings or high-rise residential buildings to increase profits. In these high-rise buildings, they can raise rents, which may not be affordable for some existing small businesses. To solve such problems, the large-scale store registration requirement needs to be relaxed or abolished once the market maintenance project is completed. If the large-scale store registration requirement is to be abolished, the term 'large retail store' should be changed in the 「Special Act for the Development of Traditional Markets and Shopping Street」. After registration, the Small and Medium Business Administration should train merchants, offer consultations, and support events, to the extent that the existing traditional market management modernization project permits, and further continue to manage and support its ongoing activities. However, unless large-scale store registration is abolished, adding an exception clause in the special law to relax large-scale store registration criteria, and permitting changes to building use is another option. At the end of a market maintenance project, empty stores should be purchased by the Small and Medium Business Administration, and local government, etc., at the actual construction cost, to utilize them as public rental shopping areas, which in turn may be re-utilized as a temporary market for another market maintenance project. The second problem in market maintenance projects is merchant-protection. Currently, the special law prescribes that a temporary market be created for merchants to conduct business during the rental period of a market maintenance project. Conclusions - In reality, a market maintenance project is conducted usually in big metropolitan cities with 500,000 residents or more. The main building type created under these projects is a multipurpose building. For this reason, it is very difficult to secure a location for a temporary market in the surrounding area of such a project. To solve this problem, this study suggests 'public rental shopping areas' as mentioned above.

공개공지(公開空地) 효용성(效用性) 제고(提高)를 위한 설계지침(設計指針) 개선(改善) 방안(方案) (A study on the Improvement of Design Guideline for the Use Enhancement of Privately Owned Public Space)

  • In urban space, public space is publicly or privately owned space freely accessible by the public. Privately owned public space to the public hosts small-scale rest facilities to serve the public in buildings of certain purposes and sizes for the sake of pleasant urban environment. The Building Act and building ordinances formulate a set of criteria for management and easement of construction standards as well as the area. When creating privately owned public space, one can get incentives through the easement of floor space index and height limit. The purposes of this study were to investigate and analyze privately owned public open space, which is freely accessible by the public, and its adjacent streets and to propose plans to improve the regulations for securing privately owned public space for more rational and practical legal applications. The study then proposed some plans to help to increase the quality of privately owned public space including applying the coefficient to suggest the type of privately owned public space fit for the features of the streets and measure the appropriate utility level differently and distinguishing the mandatory items according to the facility regulations in privately owned public space from the ones qualified for additional points in case of installation. The types of privately owned public open space should be applied differently and the content of facilities intended should be different according to whether it will serve as a resting place or grant more importance on traffic by walking, depending on the features of its adjacent streets. The privately owned public space, the frontage space of building, and the adjacent sidewalks should become a whole and be regarded as one space from the integrated perspective. The results of the study claim further significance in that it investigated privately owned open space and roadside across Seoul. They will serve as useful data to solve the problems with the privately owned public space of the city, which destroys spatial continuity by focusing on the quantitative increase of privately owned open space and creating individual privately owned open spaces and builds high-rise buildings alienated from the existing spaces, and to increase the quality of future privately owned public space.

온실난방을 위한 태양열 지중 계간축열시스템의 최적 운전 방안 (Optimal Operation Methods of the Seasonal Solar Borehole Thermal Energy Storage System for Heating of a Greenhouse)

  • 태양열은 지구에서 가장 풍부한 재생에너지 중의 하나이지만, 일반적으로 태양열이 풍부한 계절과 열부하가 큰 계절이 서로 달라 사용에 제한이 있다. 유럽과 캐나다에서는 하절기의 풍부한 태양열을 저장하고 그 열을 동절기 난방부하에 활용하여 에너지를 절감하는 태양열 계간축열시스템을 활용하고 있다. 최근 물탱크방식 및 지중축열방식의 태양열 계간축열시스템이 국내에 소개되어 실증연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 연구에서는 연간 2,164 GJ의 난방부하를 가진 경기도 화성시의 유리온실 1개동에 $2,000m^2$의 평판형 태양열 집열기, $20,000m^2$의 지중 계간축열조를 사용하고 단기축열조를 사용하지 않는 보어홀 방식의 태양열 지중 계간축열시스템을 모델링하여, 운전제어조건에 따른 태양열 이용률을 평가하였다. 시간에 따른 태양열 지중 계간축열시스템의 동적성능예측을 위하여 TRNSYS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제안한 태양열 지중 계간축열시스템은 태양열 집열과 지중 계간축열조 방열에 각각 차온 제어 하였을 때, 5년간 평균 약 60%의 태양열 이용률을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 시스템은 태양열 지중 계간축열시스템의 구성과 제어방법을 단순화하고 성능을 확보하였다.

근현대 조경유산 보존을 위한 등록문화재 제도개선 방안 연구 (A Study on the System Improvement of Registered Cultural Properties for the Preservation of Modern and Contemporary Landscape Heritage)

  • 국제적으로 근현대 유산의 조경적 가치에도 주목하고 이를 전승하기 위한 노력이 전개되고 있지만, 아직 우리나라는 근현대 조경유산의 등록문화재 등록이 미미한 실정이며 이와 관련한 제도개선 방안에 대해서도 논의된 바가 거의 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 근현대 조경유산도 법제도권 내에서 보호받고 그 가치가 조명될 수 있도록 등록문화재 제도의 등록기준과 분류체계 개선 방안을 모색하였다. 현재 등록문화재의 등록기준은 유산의 유형별로 규정되어 있지 않고 포괄적인 단일 기준으로 규정되어 있다. 유산의 조경적 가치가 검토될 수 있도록 등록기준이 별도로 마련되어야 한다. 영국과 일본의 유사 제도를 참조하여 등록기준은 첫째, 조경문화의 발전을 이해하는데 중요한 가치를 지니고 있는 것, 둘째 시대를 반영하거나 특징짓는 조경이 잘 남아있는 것, 마지막으로 주요 작가의 작품, 중요한 인물 또는 역사적 사건과 관련된 것으로 규정되어야 한다. 분류체계는 기연구된 대분류-중분류-소분류의 건조물 문화재 분류체계와 정합성을 이루면서 근현대 조경유산의 세부 유형이 구체적으로 명시되어야 한다. 대분류는 건조물 분류체계를 따르되 중분류에 단일 조경유산이라고 할 수 있는 공원 및 녹지, 광장, 정원이 추가되어야 한다. 건조물 유산과 결합된 정원 등의 조경유산은 건조물의 중분류를 토대로하여 소분류에 세부 유형이 명시되어야 한다. 이러한 분류체계는 향후 전수 조사되어야 할 등록 가능성이 있는 근현대조경유산의 분류 근거로도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

지하공간 화재에 따른 콘크리트 손상과 내화재 적용에 대한 연구 (Research on Concrete Damage and Fireproofing Applications in Underground Fires)

  • 터널에서의 화재는 지상 화재에 비해 온도상승과 최대온도가 더 높게 나타난다. 이러한 이유로 네덜란드, 독일 등 여러 나라에서는 터널에서 사용하는 별도의 화재 시간이력곡선을 제시하였다. 터널 내 화재는 단면손실과 그 배면의 역학적 특성저하와 같은 터널 라이닝의 손상을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 구조물의 화재안정성 설계 개념과 스폴링에 의한 단면손실, 터널 라이닝 재료의 물리화학적 및 역학적 특성 변화, 구조물 안전을 위한 내화재, 그리고 화재손상 예측모델에 대해 살펴보았다. 화재에 대한 구조물의 안정성을 확보하기 위해서는 설계 단계에서 구조물의 종류와 화재원인을 파악하고 예상되는 단면손실과 손상범위를 확인하여 내화재를 통해 이러한 손상에 대비하는 작업이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 일련의 작업을 수행하는데 참고할 수 있는 사항들을 정리하고 이에 대한 의견을 제시하였다.

도농통합형 도시에 있어서 생물서식처 공간특성에 관한 연구(III) - 천안시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Biotop's Characters of the Mixed Rural City(III) - Case Study of Chonan -)

  • This study was aimed to establish biotop unit of the mixed rural city for the method and process of the biotop mapping system. Survey site was Maejuri of Seunghwan(158ha), Gisanri of Mokchon(132ha) and Namkwanri, Pungsemeon(214ha). So the main process was divided by 4 schemes such as Biosphere, Geosphere, Antrosphere and Evaluation. Also the GIS(geographic information system) was used to make the database of the biotop and biotop complex, analyze the cross-combinations and analyze the characters of the biotop. Biotop mapping system had 5 steps which were proceeded with research goals, constructing the spatial database and attribute database, classifying the 3 types of biotop such as tree/shrub biotop, grass biotop and wetland biotop, cross-analyzing 3 biotop types with land use, habitat characters, relief characters and danger/disturbance elements and evaluating the 3 types of biotop. The results of applicating the biotop mapping system on the research site as followings : The distributions of the land uses in Maejuri, Seunghwan eup in Chonan city were recorded by forest(29.8%), orchard(14.1%) and landscaping around building site(9.0%). Gisanri, Mokchonmeon were composed of forest(64.5%), farm(12.8%) and Namkwanri, Pungsemeon were concentrated rice field(39.6%), dwell district(22.4%). The Tree/Shrub biotop type was reclassed by the forest type, natural and artificial decidous type with natural coniferous. The Grass biotop type was reclassed by the wild grassland type, garden type and peddy field with wild grassland. The distributions of the wet land were pointed high at the wet land type with reed marsh and edge vegetation around wet land in reservoir and river. The evaluation of the mapped bitopes was completed to the following aspect, "amenity" and "environmental education". A high value of 7.13%(1 class) was shown Maejuri, Seunghwan eup. The regions which were studied synthetically are divided to three parts ; the area where have nature and art mixed(Seunghwan), the area which is more artificial because people inhabit there for a long time(Pungsemeon) and the area that ecological environment is threatened by development pressure(Mokchonmeon). Therefore, ecological restoration plan which depends on specific property of the regions should be established. Also the interdisplinary researches were needed to develop the BMS(Biotop Mapping System) in Korea because of the differences with Germany, England's ecological habitat conditions.

  • It is high level of management activity for the fixed property of building to operating spaces for education in university campus. Therefore, this study is focused on definition of the factors for analyzing the actual conditions of space operation and application of them to C university campus in Gyeongbuk in the aspect of infrastructure of university and efficiency of space operation. These analytical factors are the rate of lecture and experimentation room, the rate of theoretical and experimental subject in curriculum and unit area for infrastructure and the rate of use, turnover rate and occupation rate per lecture for space operation. If the analytical factors of space operation are systemized as program module for space operation, the space management system of university campus will be characterized on the foundation of university information system. And it will be able to support the decision making about space management. It needs to integrate various type of information and data of university to increase the efficiency of decision making.

허브 형상에 따른 정풍량 환기팬의 유동과 성능특성 (Flow Behavior and Performance Characteristics of Constant Air Volume Fan According to Different Hub Shape)

  • The constant air volume flow fan can maintain constant flow rate to the wide range of exit pressure. Therefore, the use of this fan is increasing recently for ventilation of high building. Brushless DC motor is adopted to this fan because that has advantages of compactness and performance. But this type of motor protrude from impeller hub side to fan inlet. The Impeller inlet flow is influenced by size of this obstacle called hub. In this paper, the influence of hub shape on the fan performance characteristics are experimentally and numerically analyzed. CFX 12.0 is used to perform the fan internal flow analysis and numerical results are compared with the experiments. Depending on hub shape, internal loss is generated and the performance and efficiency are reduced. The best performance is occurred around $h/b_1$ = 0.25. The results of this study will be contribute to initial design of constant air volume flow fan development.

토양 및 지하수 조건이 지열공조시스템의 성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치 해석적 연구 (Numerical Analysis for the Effect of Ground and Groundwater Conditions on the Performance of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems)

  • Recently, ground source heat pump (GSHP) systems have been introduced in many modem buildings which use the annually stable characteristic of underground temperature as one of the renewable energy uses. However, all of GSHP systems cannot achieve high level of energy efficiency and energy-saving, because their performance significantly depends on thermal properties of soil, the condition of groundwater, building loads, etc. In this research, the effect of thermal properties of soil on the performance of GSHP systems has been estimated by a numerical simulation which is coupled with ground heat and water transfer model, ground heat exchanger model and surface heat balance model. The thermal conductivity of soil, the type of soil and the velocity of groundwater flow were used as the calculation parameter in the simulation. A numerical model with a ground heat exchanger was used in the calculation and, their effect on the system performance was estimated through the sensitivity analysis with the developed simulation tool. In the result of simulation, it founds that the faster groundwater flow and the higher heat conductivity the ground has, the more heat exchange rate the system in the site can achieve.
