Wind loading is very important in structural design of large-span single-layer reticulated shell structures. In this paper, a geometrically nonlinear wind-induced vibration analysis strategy for large-span single-layer reticulated shell structures based on the nonlinear finite element method is introduced. According to this strategy, a computation program has been developed. With the information of the wind pressure distribution measured simultaneously in the wind tunnel, nonlinear dynamic analysis, including dynamic instability analysis, for the wind-induced vibration of a single-layer reticulated shell is conducted as an example to investigate the efficiency of the strategy. Finally, suggestions are given for dynamic wind-resistant analysis of single-layer reticulated shells.

This aim of the study is to show the necessity of implementing an industrial innovation strategy with consideration given to characteristics of the industrial technology. The relationship between industrial technological characteristics and innovation performance is analyzed by using an innovation survey as well as a human capital corporate panel (HCCP). The time-lag effect is also examined. Findings of the analysis show that high-tech industries have entered the post catch-up technology innovation stage in the mid-2000s, but low-tech industries still seem to stay in the catch-up stage. In terms of technology policy, the additional technology innovation support policy should focus on enhancing the innovation capability of the middle and low technology industries, since high technology industries are already developing their own innovation capability. It is necessary to strengthen capacity building through technical cooperation with technology consulting, rather than providing technical support through suppliers.

This paper is to explore that there are structural problems in the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agrement negotiation by examining the Korean FTA policy and to introduce some alternatives to overcome them. The structural problem stems in part from the inefficient system in FTA policy making and its implementation. Most importantly, there is a lack of ex-ante consensus building among stake-holders. As an alternative to the current FTA policy, we suggest two things. First, we argue that an FTA negotiation strategy should correspond to Korea's overall industrial development strategy. Second, the National Assembly should play an important part for enforce of trade policies as a tool for advancing a comprehensive strategic measures.

In 1996, China, Japan and the ROK all became the party to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Since then, the UNCLOS has been a fundamental basis for the resolution and management of maritime disputes amongst them. However, there still remain acrimonious disputes in the region. Resources nationalism and the revival of geopolitics aggravates the disputes particularly on sovereignty over disputed islands, maritime delimitation and the legal nature of military activities in other States' Exclusive Economic Zones. Under the circumstances, why have the demands for the conclusion of a regional agreement been raised in this region? A desirable regional agreement regarding ocean affairs should be compatible with the rights and obligations under the UNCLOS, a universal norm regarding ocean affairs. This paper will propose a desirable regional agreement by adopting an incremental approach.

The daylighting control system has to be applied to prevent the excessive incident daylight and reduce energy use. As the one of the most useful daylighting control systems, the blind system is simple and easy to install on the window for small office buildings. This study aims to evaluate the summer energy performance of small office buildings by venetian blinds and energy saving strategy of ministry of knowledge economy in korea. For the study, the simulations have been executed on blind installation conditions and lighting control methods. As results, the energy loads cut down 22 to 25(%) by using blind energy. Also, the efficient shows high on EMS system and low on $45^{\circ}$ slat angles. Also, using energy saving strategy can reduce about 13(%) energy load.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of the eco-friendly factors on the apartment housing price rise and to suggest the desirable way of marketing strategy for apartment housing. For the analysis, the data of apartment sites in Seoul had been collected from September 2006 to February 2007. The data consisted of 95 apartment sites in Seoul. Data were analyzed with descriptives, crosstabs, and discriminant analysis by SPSS/PC for Window. Following result was obtained. The eco-friendly apartment housing price rate in Seoul was determined by eco-friendly landscape, green space rate, house unit size, installment sale price per pyeong, floor space index, distance from subway station when it was not considered the impact of building age, construction company's brand, and autonomous districts. Findings of this research can provide valuable information for marketing strategy of housing construction company.

In the Poolco model, the bidding game is executed periodically. The player participating to the bidding game accumulates the information of others' strategies and payoffs through the repeated process. Thereby, he is able to map out how he gets his maximum profit, and proceed to the optimal strategy region. This paper shows the algorithm for a player to determine his strategy in t period based the information of the game results of t-1, t-2 period. And this algorithm can be formulated by using Dynamic game theory.

The cold-air distribution system is expected as an efficient method to reduce energy consumption in the air-conditioning system. We introduced some control strategies for the system by summarizing some references in the view point of energy saving. Direct digital control is specially emphasized as an important control technique for the system. Some drawbacks which habe been conventionally mentioned to apply the cold-air distribution to real fields can be solved by using the technique. The control strategy which is introduced in here will be available to build control system for the air-conditioning based on the cold-air distribution for energy saving.

Visual Environment and productivity are correlated. So we need to create a comfortable visual environment and maintain proper workplane illumination level. We can obtain lighting energy savings and comfortable visual environment using daylight and LED lights. In this study, we characterized the indoor illuminance level according to the sky condition and proposed dimming control strategy of LED lights. Energy savings in On/Off control mode are 40% at clear sky and 28% at intermediate sky. In dimming control mode, energy savings are 77.2% at clear sky and 64.1% at intermediate sky. Then we obtain the appropriate dimming control strategy of LED lights based on data. Dimming rates are 0-14.2-80(min-avg-max, %) for LED 1, 0-19.9-60% for LED 2 and 30-61.4-90% for LED 3. Lighting energy savings are 68.2% for LED dimming system applied this control method.
