  • Index adjusted ration method has been widely utilized in public construction secter for contract sum adjustment by price fluctuation. In this method. the Production Price Index are used for calculating the base ratio. but the PPI can't reflect the property of construction project in respect of the selected item and weight structure. In this research we prove the problem of using the index adjusted ration method in contract sum adjustment by price fluctuation. and improve it by using the construction cost index. which has the property of construction project. And the result. we figure out the difference between the PPI and CCI by $6.7\%$ in maximum value.

  • Recently, it is the global warming phenomenon because of the greenhouse gas exhaustion caused by and the environment problem is serious. And it is the situation where the problem of the exhaustion of resource because of the indiscriminate picking of the that is the raw material of the cement, limestone and natural aggregate are emphasized. In addition, thus the cement reduction amount of use and substitute material research is the urgent actual condition with the gas emission, which here it is generated in conducting compression molding in the building stone manufacturing process performance degradation phenomenon and fire resistance, and problem of the durability. Therefore, in this research, the waste porcelain is applied to the artificial stone and the durability property of the artificial stone according to it tries to be investigated.

  • Recently, in the apartment house of our country, office building, apartment, and etc, the lightweight composite panel is much used as the partition wall body. This is due to be very convenient when the execution and dismantling is convenient and it forms the space which the consumer in the space desires. Therefore, in this research, the thermal conductivity property of the lightweight composite panel core according to the replacement ratio variation of the pearlite tries to be analyze. As the density test result and replacement ratio of the pearlite increased, the density showed the tendency to rise. the replacement ratio of the pearlite increased, the absorption rate showed the tendency to fall. And this is determined that absorption rate is degraded due to the increase in the density. the thermal conductivity test result and pearlite replacement ratio increased, the tendency that the thermal conductivity increases was represented.

  • Nowadays, a concern of building environment has been arousing. Furthermore, according to this trend, the social concern has expended continuously. Especially, the right of daylight is essential for both the pleasant life and building maintenance. In this reason, it has dealt as like property right. Therefore, the Infringement on the right of daylight can be applicable to the infringement of property right. However, few un-notarized calculation methods have been used without careful examination about daylight duration calculation methods which can be used for determine sunshine infringement as the dispute solution, therefore. In this thesis We analyzed and concluded the differentiations of two calculation methods which are using nowadays.

  • Early design phase energy modeling is used to provide the design team with first order of magnitude feedback about the impact of various building configurations. For better energy-conscious and sustainable building design and operation, the construction of BIM data interoperability for energy performance assessment in the early design phase is important. The purpose of this study is to suggest construction of BIM data interoperability for energy performance assessment based on BIM. To archive this purpose, the authors have investigated advantage of BIM-based energy performance assessment through comparison with traditional energy performance assessment and suggested requirement for construction of open BIM environment such as BIM data creation, BIM data software practical use, BIM data application and verification. In addition, the authors have suggested BIM data interoperability and BIM energy property mapping method focused on materials.

  • Since 2010, enhancement of the building energy efficiency and certification system and public office building should have been acquiring the first grade of Building Energy Efficiency. The Building Energy Efficiency Rating evaluation tool and Dynamic Analysis Energy simulation program for Building Energy Efficiency are widely used. The suitability to those programs have been discussed as a variety of programs have been used accordingly. In this study, evaluated the characteristic of Building Energy Efficiency Rating tool(ECO2) of the business building. At a result, the variables on the Weather Data, building Profile and building Load property in hourly between those Building Energy Efficiency evaluation tools have different.

  • It is an social issue that is various claim related on the defect of apartment house. The cost of defect repair is the most important matter that residents dispute constructers with the huge time wasting and cost loss. For resolve the matter of defect claim, it must to be analyze to the cost property that study and find to pending issue about the cost of defect repair. Therefore this study is investigated the cost property of defect repair relation on correlation analysis and regression analysis around the judgement cost. Consequently, cost of the judgment is associated with cost of the accusation and cost of the defect repair, is recognizable as them that is closely connected. Meanwhile, the more time of take effect and time of lawsuit increase, the more cost of the judgment decrease by draw the regression equation. On the contrary, there are same aspects in the case on the cost of the accusation and cost of the defect repair.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the compressive strength property of concrete with Ground granulated blast furnace slag(GBFS) using wash water from recycled aggregate. When GBFS is reacted with water, it doesn't happen to hydraulic reaction but GBFS becomes latent hydraulic property in alkaline environment. For this reason, if it is possible to use wash water from recycled coarse aggregate as mixture water, GBFS have the advantage of early strength due to effect of activation. We investigated the compressive strength properties of GBFS concrete using wash water from recycled aggregate. According to the experimentation result, ICP-OES showed wash water from recycled coarse aggregate has a high alkali value of pH of 12. Also, compressive strength in early age using wash water can be improved as an activation.

  • As important elements consisting of city streetscape, facade design on building is generally very significant. But without active acceptance and understanding of the concept that the building has a private objective as personal property, it is not easy to take an involvement into design as well as to establish reasonable and scientific standards of harmony. Therefore, for desirable streetscape planning, it is indispensable to know how to closely examine the visual harmony of already established buildings in each street and how to get the solutions for its realization. In this respect, this study is to try to examine and verify the feasibility of our present streetscape situation by experimental application of acceptable Y. Elesheshtawy's model(1997), an interpretation of quantitative index of street buildings by Gestalt theory, for the preparation of the foundation of institute and standards of building design which has social value in contributing to visual and spacious harmony in our street space without giving any damage to private property. From the result, I can assure the validity that the physical complexity, whose schema is socially and culturally different from our reality, is applicable to our actual streetscape in some extent.
