  • Recently, Society increasingly need the hish-rise building because of urban population concentration. and The hish-rise building need new systematic work-planning method. but it didn't use the construction project's work plan and management. his paper investigated efficient work-planning method. and the work-planning method in using domestic High-rise building's structure work. A investigated result is TACT, DOC LOB etc. and domestic using method is 3day and 4day-Cycle among the Tact. This paper is to compare and analysis two method. a purpose of paper is to analyse application through the case of using the work-planning method. also To find efficient method.

Dynamic Simulation of Annual Energy Consumption in an Office Building by Thermal Resistance-Capacitance Method

  • The basic heat transfer process that occurs in a building can best be illustrated by an electrical circuit network. Present paper reports the dynamic simulation of annual energy consumption in an office building by the thermal resistance capacitance network method. Unsteady thermal behaviors and annual energy consumption in an office building were examined in detail by solving the simultaneous circuit equations of thermal network. The results are used to evaluate the accuracy of the modified BIN method for the energy consumption analysis of a large building. Present thermal resistance-capacitance method predicts annual energy consumption of an office building with the same accuracy as that of response factor method. However, the modified BIN method gives 15% lower annual heating load and 25% lower cooling load than those from the present method. Equipment annual energy consumptions for fan, boiler and chiller in the HVAC system are also calculated for various control systems as CAV, VAV, FCU+VAV and FCU+CAV. FCU+CAV system appears to consume minimum annual energy among them.

  • Building energy consumption generally depends on living patterns of residents and outdoor air temperature changes. Although outdoor air temperature changes effect on building energy consumption, there is no calibration method for the comparison before and after Green Remodeling or BEMS installation etc., Big data of building energy consumption are collected and managed by 『National Integrated Management System of Building Energy』 in Korea, and they are utilized for the development of a calibration method for individual buildings as shown as the calibration method for small-area building stocks in the previous research. This study aims to develope a calibration method using big data of building energy consumption of individual buildings and outdoor air temperature changes, and to propose application of appropriate calibration methods for individual buildings or small-area building stocks according to the calibration purpose and conditions.

공동주택 단위난방부하 계산을 위한 단위동법 제안 (Proposal of Unit Building Method for Calculating Unit Heating Load of Apartment Houses)

  • As an alternative approach to evaluate the unit heating load for apartment houses, we newly developed and proposed unit building method. The new method, which calculates the heating load of an apartment building as a whole, conceptually corresponds to integral analysis of building heat loss, while the existing unit apartment method to differential analysis. Four typical building models of Korean-style apartment house and two dynamic load calculation programs were selected to validate the present method under realistically imposed conditions. Eight sets of unit heating load calculated respectively by unit building and unit apartment methods showed excellent agreements regardless of building model and simulation program. It is expected that the unit building method can take the place of the unit apartment method due to fewer modeling assumptions as well as less computational efforts. Additional calculations to investigate the effects of various parameters on unit heating load yield good consistencies with known facts, and re-confirm the validity.

열저항-열용량법에 의한 사무실용 건물의 소비에너지 해석 (Analysis of energy consumption of office building by thermal resistance-capacitance method)

  • This paper reports the dynamic analysis of energy consumption for an office building by heat resistance-capacitance method. If a building is divided into several wall components and the wall components is replaced by one thermal capacitance and several thermal resistances, the building becomes an electric circuit. By solving the simultaneous equations of the circuit, the dynamic heat transfer characteristics and the energy consumption rate of the building were predicted. Accuracy of modified BIN method was evaluated by the present resistance-capacitance method. The result shows that modified BIN method overpredicts the heating load of the office building 15%. Annual energy consumptions of equipments(fan, boiler, chiller) for various ventilating control system(CAV, VAV, FCU+VAV, FCU+CAV) were compared. FCU+CAV shows the minimum annual energy consumption.

  • Recently, building remodeling has been of more importance than ever, and it has become necessary to consider the economic efficiency in building remodeling. This study is intended to investigate the various aspects of remodeling and their comparative importance, based on the responses by building owners and remodeling constructors, and eventually the development of evaluation method of economic efficiency in building remodeling. The survey of office building constructors and building owners shows that. the need of remodeling is commonly stressed but their concerns differ. The proposed evaluation method may be useful to resolve the difference of economic concerns between demand and supply parts of remodeling, and give practical and reasonable guidelines to them.

  • Building deterioration reflects the degradation of basic building performance including structural performance, energy performance, durability, and safety, and it also includes perceived deterioration, which considers a user-based perspective. More than 50% of the existing buildings in Korea are over 15 years old and public buildings compose 2.5% of all buildings domestically. Therefore, there are several different problems, such as poor energy efficiency, structural performance, and safety. To address the challenges of increasing stock in deteriorated buildings, it is necessary to make decisions about reconstruction or renovation. In this study, we propose a new method to evaluate public building value with a contingent valuation method (CVM). By estimating willing-to-pay (WTP) from users of private buildings in similar situation with the public building, it is possible to compare market prices and calculate a correction factor to adjust the WTP data. Finally, we apply the correction factor to the WTP of a public building and estimate market price, willingness to pay (WTP).   • Nowadays, the construction of high-rise building is rapidly increasing. There are many cost-increasing factors to the management in the high-rise building construction. For large and complex projects like the high-rise building construction, the more systematic methods and tools are needed for cost control. It is important to identify major cost control items and to manage them for effective cost management in the high-rise building construction. This study proposes a method of identifying major cost-increasing factors in the high-rise building construction based on the Delphi method.

  • It is difficult to check the exact building energy consumption reduction such as when green remodeling of buildings, because it is due to outdoor air temperature over the years. And in Korea although Big Data of building energy consumption is collected and managed through "The Information System of the Building Energy and Greenhouse Gases" it is underutilized because of non calibration of outdoor air temperature change. Therefore, this study aims to develope calibration method of building energy consumption by outdoor air temperature according to micro climates, and building use types. As a result of analysis, Regression equations of Building energy consumption and $HDD_m/CDD_m$ are derived and calibration method is developed by Regression coefficient.

  • This paper presents a method for point-based 3D building reconstruction using LiDAR data and digital map. The proposed method consists of three processes: extraction of building roof points, identification of roof types, and 3D building reconstruction. After extracting points inside the polygon of building, the ground surface, wall and tree points among the extracted points are removed through the filtering process. The filtered points are then fitted into the flat plane using ODR(Orthogonal Distance Regression). If the fitting error is within the predefined threshold, the surface is classified as a flat roof. Otherwise, the surface is fitted and classified into a gable or arch roof through RMSE analysis. Based on the roof types identified in automated fashion, the 3D building reconstruction is performed. Experimental results showed that the proposed method classified successfully three different types of roof and that the fusion of LiDAR data and digital map could be a feasible method of modelling 3D building reconstruction.
