건축공사 공종별 기후요소 영향도 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of Weather Condition with Work Sections in Building Construction)

  • The building construction is an essential field to consider weather condition because construction works are performed in a site. From this reason, this study evaluated the effect of weather condition with work sections in building construction by Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) method. The results of this study as follows : (1) The effect of weather condition with work sections is affected by rainfall in summer season, and by a low temperature in winter season (2) The effect of weather condition with work sections is 0.235 for mold work, 0.210 for concrete work, 0.181 for steel-frame work.

  • In case of Korea, immovable property like location, land prise or investment value is more highly estimated than quality of life of residents for performance and value of apartment house, because of limited land area or high density of population. But the high level of life has recently caused the increasing demand in better life. As there is no cases to provide the house in bulk due to the housing market condition, it is necessary to evaluate performance and value of structure, disaster prevention safety, habitability, antiquated condition of building and equipment, maintenance condition and so on that has importantly influence on resident's life quality. So, this study aims to understand the actual condition of environmental performance for the present apartment by comparing the designated apartment, which is ready to have completed in Daegu, with the mixed use residential building, which gained the best grade for green building certification system. Also by analyzing and evaluating a right to enjoy sunshine, floor impact noise etc. and indoor air quality.

공동주택 구성재의 예상수선시기 범위 설정 연구 (A Study on Forecasting the Repair Time Range of the Building Components in the Apartment Housing)

  • Building would be deteriorated with time elapse, influenced by its geographic situation, climate and other environmental conditions. In addition, the systematic maintenance could be provided to keep the resident a recent living condition. The existing breakdown maintenance will be changed into the preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance is required to get the repair time, the repair scope and frequency. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time range over the building components, utilizing the relation between the determination curve and the performance recovery through repair. Results of this study are as follows : First, the forecast of the repair time over the building components could be calculated and equalized with the deterioration and performance degree. Second, the repair time range of building components would be provided into five categories and 3rd repair time. Results of this study will set up the long-term repair plan of building, and finally keep an housing condition comfortable.

  • The purpose of this study is to predict long-term structural safety on the Yonggwang Unit 3 prestressed concrete containment building. The aging-related degradations of its main structural materials are investigated and the effects of the property variation of time-dependent materials on the structural behavior of containment building are also assessed through the analysis on the ultimate pressure capacity. The nonlinear finite element analyses for both the design criteria condition a the present aging condition are conducted to assess the present structural capacity of the containment building As a result, it is verified that the structural capacity of the Yonggwang Unit 3 containment building under the present aging condition is judged to be still rugged. n addition, the sensitivity of the ultimate pressrue capacity of containment building according to th degradation levels of the structural materials are assessed. Finally, it is showed that the sensitivity levels are in the order of the tendon, rebar and concrete in case of individual material degradations, and the tendon-rebar, tendon-concrete and rebar-concrete in case of coupled material degradations.

폴리그래프 검사에서 라포 형성에 따른 심리생리적 반응 차이 (Differences in Psycho-physiological Responses Depending on Rapport-building During Polygraph Test)

  • 본 연구는 폴리그래프 검사에서 라포 형성 여부에 따른 피검사자의 심리생리적 반응 차이를 비교한 실험연구이다. 본 연구는 참가자 간 설계로 진실성과 라포 형성 여부에 따라 조건별로 일반 성인 84명을 무작위 할당하여 심리생리적 반응을 ESS(Empirical Scoring System) 총점으로 측정하였다. 제한된 시간 내 간단한 몇 가지 과제를 수행하도록 한 뒤, 수행한 과제에 대하여 진실 조건의 참가자는 실제 자신의 점수대로 자체 채점을 하고, 거짓 조건의 참가자는 실제 자신의 점수보다 더 높게 점수를 위조하도록 조작하였다. 이후 모든 참가자는 사전면담 단계와 본 검사 단계 순으로 폴리그래프 검사를 받았다. 라포형성 조건과 라포비형성 조건은 각각 구조화된 스크립트로 사전면담을 실시하여 조작하였다. 분석결과, 진실성과 라포 형성 여부에 따라 피검사자의 ESS 총점에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 진실 집단은 라포 형성 조건에서 라포 비형성 조건보다 ESS 총점이 양(+)의 방향으로 유의미하게 더 커서 진실 반응이 두드러지게 나타났다. 그러나 거짓 집단은 라포 형성 조건에서 라포 비형성 조건보다 ESS 총점이 음(-)의 방향으로 유의미하게 더 크진 않았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 폴리그래프 검사의 사전면담 단계에서 라포 형성의 중요성과 언어적·비언어적 라포 형성 기법의 매뉴얼화 필요성을 논의하였다.

  • This study aims to develop a current building condition database of an important folk culture village of South Korea considering their fire spread risk. We have selected a folk cultral village, and conducted field survey to reveal structure of buildings, materials of building wall, and roof style which make us understand current vulnerability of the village to fire spread. As a result, we made a current building condition database with map, which showed that the village had mixture of reinforced concrete and wood. Besides, we proposed a conceptual idea to prevent from large fire accident in the village.

대구권 대학기숙사의 시설현황 및 거주자의 사용실태 (The Present Condition of Facilities and Actual Condition about the Domitory Building of Taegu Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest fundmental data for facilities and the design of domitory building by investigating satisfaction of residents and their demands, grasping the present situation and the problem through the present of facilities and resident's actual condition. The object of this research were facilities and students using the domitory building of five universities. To analyze the data, frequncy, percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA and duncan-test were used by running SPSS $PC^+$/ program. The major results are as follows. 1. There were differencies in the type of living space. the construction and furniture in the domitory building according to the five universities. 2. In using domitory building, five university students have significant differences. 3. There were significant differences in the satisfaction about exterior. interior and socio-psychological environment and the level of performance to the behavior.

  • Apartment Building remodeling market is now growing centering around non housing building. Unlike non housing building remodeling business, understanding of remodeling demanders accustomed to profit of reconstruction, deficiency of experience performing remodeling project and construction, shortage of will performing remodeling policy and detailed action method are difficulties in performing apartment building remodeling business. Understanding change of remodeling demanders, strong economic incentive by government, construction management paradigm shift from new construction into building life cycle, application of construction method using existing building condition before remodeling and remodeling related industry infrastructure are required to improve this remodeling business circumstances.

Seismic performance of South Nias traditional timber houses: A priority ranking based condition assessment

  • Due to incessant earthquakes, many historic South Nias traditional timber houses have been damaged while some still stand today. As Nias is part of an extremely active tectonic region and the buildings are getting older by day, it is essential that these unique houses are well maintained and functioning well. A post-earthquake condition assessment was conducted on 2 selected buildings; 'Building A' survived the seismic shakings while 'Building B' got severely damaged. The overall condition assessment of "Building A' was found out to be poor and the main structural members were not performing as intended. In 'Building B', the columns were not well anchored to the ground, no tie beams to tie the columns together, and eventually, the timber columns moved in various directions during the earthquake. The frequent earthquakes along with deterioration due to lack of proper maintenance program are responsible for the non-survival of the buildings. Thus, a process guideline for managing the maintenance of these buildings was proposed. This is necessary because managing the maintenance works could help to extend the life of the buildings and seek to avoid the need for potentially expensive and disruptive intervention works, which may damage the cultural significance of the buildings.

3D 레이저 스캐닝과 BIM 연동을 통한 건축물 노후 상태 정보 시각화 프로세스 (Integration of 3D Laser Scanner and BIM Process for Visualization of Building Defective Condition)

  • 주기적인 건축물 안전진단은 구조적 안전성 및 잠재적 위험을 조기에 파악할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 수집 방식은 비정형화된 형태의 주관적 데이터가 주로 사용되며, 노동집약적이고 시간 소모적이기 때문에 신뢰성이 떨어진다. 이에 본 연구는 3D 레이저 스캐너를 이용하여 건축물 노후 상태 정보를 수집하고 Building Information Modeling(BIM)으로 통합하여 시각화하는 방안을 제안하며, 순서는 다음과 같다: (1) 3D 레이저 스캐너와 파이썬 스크립트를 통한 데이터 수집, (2) Scan-to-BIM 프로세스, (3) 다이나모를 이용한 상태 데이터 시각화 및 정보 통합. 이를 통해 데이터 저장과 보고서 및 도면 작성 과정의 생략에 따른 시간 단축 효과를 확인하였다. 또한 시각화된 3D 모델은 건축물 유지관리자가 효율적인 결정을 할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 통해 유지관리 업무 효율성이 향상될 것으로 예상된다.
