학교시설 면적기준 개정을 위한 학생 1인당 시설면적 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis on the School Building Area per Student for the Revision of School Facility Standard)

  • 1997년 제정된 "고등학교 이하 각급학교 설립 운영규정"에 명시된 학교시설 면적기준은 현행 교육과정과 갈수록 다양해지는 교육정책들을 그 목적과 기능에 맞게 구현하기에는 그 수준이 낮은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 현행 교육정책과 교육과정을 반영한 학교시설 면적을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선 국내의 학교시설 면적기준 및 관련 문헌을 조사, 분석한다. 둘째, 한국교육개발원 교육 통계 DB를 활용하여 학교급별 교지면적, 연면적, 학생 1인당 면적 등에 대한 현황을 분석한다. 셋째, 도면분석, 현장실태 및 설문조사를 통해 기존 학교시설의 실태 및 사용자의 만족도를 분석한다. 넷째, Nelson의 자기수정모형 방식을 활용하여 스페이스 프로그램을 산출하고, 이를 토대로 학교급별 시설 면적기준(안)을 제안한다.

Canopy Model 적용을 통한 도심지 풍환경 예측 CFD 시뮬레이션 결과의 보정 (Modification of CFD results for Wind Environment in Urban area with Tree Canopy Model)

  • Recently rapid urbanization facilitates development of high-rise building complex including apartment and office building in urban area. Many problems related with high -rise building are reported. Especially, unpleasant strong winds in pedestrian area are frequently encountered around the high-rise building. CFD simulation methods are used to analyze the wind environment of pedestrian level in high-rise building block. However, the results show differences between CFD and measurement. This difference is attributed to improper use of CFD. Conventional CFD simulation for wind environment around high-rise building does not describe the effect of trees, shrubs and plants near ground which affect the wind environment of pedestrian level. Canopy model can be used to reproduce the aerodynamic effects of trees, shrubs and plants near ground. In this paper, CFD simulation methods coupled with the tree canopy model to predict wind environment of pedestrian level in high-rise residential building block were suggested and the validity was analyzed by comparison between measurement and CFD results.

  • This proposed simulation-based design study is based on the design of residential high-rise buildings in South-Korea. the purpose of this study is to evaluate the amount of daylighting performance passing through building glazing according to sky conditions, orientation of windows and each space of Apartment buildings. The clear sky includes sunshine and is intense and brighter at the horizon than at the zenith, except in the area around the sun. Daylight received within a building is directly dependent upon the sun's position and the atmospheric conditions. Orientation of the building generally used to refer to solar orientation which is the siting of building with respect to solar access. Although any building will have different orientations for its different sides, the orientation can refer to a particular room, or to the most important facade of the building. north-facing windows receive twice the winter sun than east and west facing windows, allowing light and warmth into the home. They can be easily shaded from the high summer sun to help keep the house cool. Ideally, the glazing area should be between 10-25% of the floor area of the room. This paper was calculated by a Desktop Radiance program. The space dimensions were based on a unit module of real constructed apartment having divided into five sections such as living room, room1, room2, room3 and kitchen.

경기도의 옥상녹화 가용면적 추정과 이의 정책적 함의 (Estimation of the Potential Area for Roof Greening in Gyeonggi-do and Its Implications)

  • We estimated the potential area roof greening in Gyeonggi-do that will mitigate the heat island effect. The estimation was based on building age, roof shape, and building use which were recorded in the building register from "Sewoomteo, the Building Administration System in the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. The estimated potential roof greening area in Gyeonggi-do was approximately $102.5km^2$ assuming that the buildings for residence, public, education(school), office, shopping mall are appropriate for roof greening. The area occupied by apartment buildings over six-story was 76.3% of the potential roof greening area 10.2% for individual houses, 5.9% for under five-story apartment buildings, and 3.7% for school buildings. The result indicated that it is residential buildings that we need to pay attention for roof greening, especially high-rise buildings over six-story. Greening of the whole estimated area, $102.5km^2$, in Gyeonggi-do will result in the increase of green space per capita by $8.74m^2$. This is 1.65 times greater than the area of current urban parks, and 1.97 times greater than the total area of neighborhood parks, children's parks, and pocket parks. Greening of the estimated roof area will increase green coverage of urban area by twice, adding to current green coverage of the urban areas, 11.3%, in 10 major cities. In particular, the effect of roof greening would be remarkable in inceasing the green space of Anyang City, Gwangmyeong City, and Guri City where neighborhood park area falls short.

웅진천도후(熊津遷都後) 백제(百濟) 와건물(瓦建物) 적심토(積心土)의 편년(編年)과 축조기법(築造技法) 변천(變遷)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study for Chronicle and Construction Technique of Jeoksimto (積心土) of Baekje tile-capped building after the transfer of the capital to Wungjin)

  • Jeoksimto which was build up as the reinforcement establishment made with the soil under the cornerstone in the site of tile-capped building is the representative construction technique which become popular in the Sabi capital era after the Wungjin capital era. Especially from the fact that no site of tile-capped building with this Jeoksimto has been found in the Silla area, we can see the originality Baekje technique. We can analogize the specialization of Josagong (造寺工) (craftsman building the temple) and the diversity of technique, on the basis of the technique raising the ground level which is different with the middle gate site of Neung-sa and the Hall enshrining Buddha site in Buyeo. Moreover, we can have the confidence the dispatch of craftsman and the transmission of building technique from the Buyeo area to the Iksan area through the fact that the construction techniques of Jeoksimto in both area are almost the same. However the concerns in the construction archaeology are necessary because almost no study for Jeoksimto has been conducted and the term of Jeoksimto also is unfamiliar even if excavation of Baekje Jeoksimto in the several remains.

미기상 수치 모델을 이용한 고층아파트 입지에 따른 바람장 및 기온 변화 연구 (Study on the Change of Wind Field and Temperature According to Location of High-rise Building Using Micrometeorology Numerical Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 미기상 수치 모델 ENVI-MET3.0을 이용하여 고층 건물 입지에 따른 바람장과 기온 변화를 분석하였다. 대상지역은 고층 아파트 단지가 계획되어 있는 전주시 도심지이며, 실제 설계 자료를 적용하였다. 건물 입지에 따른 미기상 변화를 분석하기 위해 건물 입지전과 후에 대해 모델링을 수행한 후, 그 변화량을 분석하였다. 모델링 수행시 기상 조건은 연구대상 지역의 기후분석을 통해 두 가지를 선정하였는데, 첫 번째 조건은 풍향을 남남동(SSE)풍, 두 번째 조건은 풍향을서(W)풍 계열로 하였다. 바람길 분석은 풍속, 열섬 분석은 기온 변화량을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 풍속 분석 결과, 건물 높이보다 낮은 고도에서는 바람이 유입되는 지역에서는 0.2~2.5 m/s 정도 증가한 반면, 건물 사이에서는 0.5~2.0 m/s 정도 감소하였다. 건물 높이 이상의 고도에서는 건물이 위치한 단지 내에서는 0.1~0.8 m/s m/s 정도 감소하는 반면, 단지 외부에서는 0.2~0.4 m/s 정도 증가하였다. 열섬 분석 결과, 건물 높이보다 낮은 고도에서는 건물이 위치한 단지 내와 풍하방향 지역에서는 기온이 $0.01{\sim}0.1^{\circ}C$ 증가한 반면, 단지 외부에서는 $0.01{\sim}0.05^{\circ}C$ 감소하였다. 건물 최고 높이 부근에서는 대부분의 지역에서 $0.05{\sim}0.2^{\circ}C$ 정도 감소하였다.

  • House supplying rate of building facilities is over 100% in 2008. In modern society, many people are thus interested in maintenance phase of building facilities by environment improvement budget because 20 years or more of building facilities are increasing rapidly. Maintenance of building facilities is depending on various factors that impact on the environment improvement budget of building facilities. However, Various methods and factors are made up complex relationships. I will analyze that environment improvement budget associated with floor, gross area, local, school type, service life and other elements.

고해상도 위성영상을 활용한 자동화된 건물 영역 추출 하이브리드 접근법 (A Hybrid Approach for Automated Building Area Extraction from High-Resolution Satellite Imagery)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 주로 사용하여왔던 현장측량, 항공사진, 라이다 데이터 등의 취득이 원천적으로 어려운 지역에 대한 건물 영역 추출을 구현하고자 하였다. 이에 접근성에 큰 영향을 받지 않는 거의 유일한 데이터인 고해상도 위성영상을 활용한 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 영상정합을 통해 추출되는 점군 데이터 또는 DSM(Digital Surface Models)을 활용한 건물 영역 추출은 데이터내의 높은 잡음과 다수의 빈 영역으로 인해 그 정확성에 한계를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영상 정합을 통해 얻어진 3차원 점군 데이터, 영상의 색상 및 선형 정보를 결합하여 건물 영역 추출을 수행하는 하이브리드식 접근법을 제안하였다. 일차적으로 다중영상정합으로 얻어진 3차원 점군 데이터로부터 지면점과 비지면점을 분리하고, 비지면점으로부터 초기 건물 대상지를 추출한다. 이후, 영상의 색상기반 분할을 수행하여 얻어진 결과와 초기 건물 대상지를 결합하여, 색상분할기반 건물 대상지를 추출한다. 이어서 영상의 선형 추출 및 공간 분할정보를 이용하여 최종적인 건물 영역을 선정하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시한 건물 영역 자동 추출 방법론은 Correctness: 98.44%, Completeness: 95.05%, 위치오차: 1.05m 정도의 성능을 보임을 확인하였으며, 더불어 직각형태 이상의 복잡한 건물 영역도 잘 추출함을 확인하였다.

연안도시의 열 수요 추정 및 GIS Map 작성에 관한 연구 (Study on Evaluation of Heat Demand and GIS Mapping in Costal Area)

  • To overcome the mismatch of heat demand and heat supply is important as considering point on heat utilizing aspects in Urban area. At this point, It need to know the plan of heat networks on the heat balance aspects. The purpose of this study is to know the method of heat evaluation on heat network around costal area. It is need to building uses to calculate the amounts of heat demand. 25 different types of building uses were supplied, but it was reclassified 10 types and calculated the amounts of heat demand in the costal area. The results was described on the area with GIS mapping.

사무소건물 층수 증가에 따른 BIPV 발전량과 건물에너지소비량 저감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reduction of Building Energy Consumption and Generation of BIPV System According to the Increase of the Number of Floors in Office Building)

  • BIPV system that can alternate building envelope by making materials of PV module should be considered in initial design step for applying PV system efficiently in office building. Mean while, area of the building skin also increases as the number of floors increases, but the valid area that can apply BIPV system in effect decreases relatively. Despite of this weak point, installing BIPV system is still being evaluated as the only measure left that can reduce electronic energy consumption in the building. Therefore, the impact on building energy consumption according to the increase of the number of floors when BIPV system is applied in the building was analyzed. And it will be used as basic information for application of BIPV in office building. Conomic about application of BIPV is interpreted to be secured within the 10 story high. Forover the 11 floors, the methods of increasing the contribution ratio produced by BIPV system through the optimization of install angle and increase in install area of south, high efficiency should be considered. The ways to reduce basic load by integrated design with another renewable energy besides BIPV should be found. Later, the study on the total building energy comsumption with PV generation according to the various type of the basic load and ratio of the width and depth will be performed based on this study.
