This research used Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the importance and priority of functional space and evaluation factors of each functional space of the military dining facility. Dining in the military is an important factor in restoring combat power and promoting morale. The military dining facility serves as a not only for meals, but also for watching TV, education and club activities. Workers working in dining facility spend most of their work hours in dining facility, perform tasks such as cooking, dishwashing, and leftover disposal, and take breaks. As such, the military dining facility is a space where various functions are performed, and space planning should take into account these various functions when planning the building of the dining facility. However, the criteria for defense and military facilities, which are the basis for planning the space of military dining facility, are calculated only by simply analyzing the standard floor plan to match the size of the person-to. Therefore, when there is space to be reduced in the total area, there are side effects such as leaving visible table space without consideration for priority or functional space, unseen office space, and adjusting the entire area through reduction of the lounge. Accordingly, based on the priority of the space that the staff of the military dining facility considers important, this research aims to analyze the characteristics of each functional space through classification according to its unique function. This can be an indicator that can be used as a basis for future revision of the building floor area standards of the defense and military facilities standards, and it can improve usability with an efficient space plan that takes into account the characteristics of the Korean military and the satisfaction of its workers. Furthermore, efficient use of the defense budget through rational building plans can contribute to budget reduction.

본 연구는 해당 지자체의 전체 건축물중 시가화구역 내에 건축물이 얼마나 집중하고 있는지를 조사하였고 이를 '건축물 시가화집중도'라는 용어로 처음 사용하였다. 경북의 각 시군에 대하여 건축물 시가화집중도를 조사한 결과 건축물 시가화집중도가 낮을수록 노인인구 비율이 높으며 지자체의 주민 1인당 일반회계 지출액도 많은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 건축물 시가화집중도가 도시쇠퇴 정도와 도시재정의 효율성을 가늠할 수 있는 하나의 지표가 될 수 있음을 확인하였고 향후 축소도시계획 수립에 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

최근 국가 R&D에 투입되는 예산이 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 국가 또는 산업 전반에 큰 파급력을 가지는 괄목할만한 성과의 창출은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그 이유 중 하나는 국가 R&D 프로젝트의 계획단계가 효과적으로 이루어지고 있지 않기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 대규모 R&D 사업단의 사례 연구, 해외 국가 R&D 관리 동향과 주요 R&D 관리 기법들에 대한 분석을 통해 국가 R&D 기획을 강화시키기 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 국가 R&D 계획 체계를 개선하는 데 있어 중요한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The mission of the TTC system is to acquire and process the telemetry data from the satellite and to provide mission planning and satellite control for the target stellite system. In this paper, the transmission scheme for the Tracking, Telemetry and Command(TTC) system of satelliteis described and determined according to the recommendation of CCSDS, and the channel characteristics are analyzed according to modulation method. Expecially, we introduced the concepts of carrier vs. telemetry data power ratio which causes the channel performance to degrade, and analyzed the effects of transmission performance according to the power ratio of carrier vs. telemetry data and the modulation index. The channel of the LEO TTC sytem is different with usual satellite communication system. So, we have generalized the link budget of TTC sytem for using the link budget of ground station well-known and proposed the determination method of modultion indices for improveing channel performance.

본 연구는 대구광역시 공공도서관을 대상으로 로그-회귀분석에 의한 경영성과를 평가하고 대안을 모색하였다. 투입예산에 대한 산출효과(생산성)를 분석한 결과, 기울기(b)의 누적값(${\Sigma}b_n$)은 약 3.732이므로 지역주민에 대한 정보봉사력은 매우 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이에 대한 대안으로 도서관 정체성의 재정립, 최적의 입지선정과 증설, 예산배정 및 장서구성의 개선, 적정 인력의 확보와 조직개편, 웹환경의 최적화, 이용자봉사의 강화를 제시하였다.

The school catering service has gained national attentions and has been expanding unto high schools after offering meals at elementary schools over years. This study is to identify problems and solutions in kitchen hardware areas to provide nutritiously balanced meals to schoolchildren through establishing standard menu planning. The survey analysis shows that 59.2% of dishes except for rice, Kimchi and soup are prepared by oil deep-fired or oil pan broiled. This indicates that school meals are so limited to serve baked or steamed dishes. Main reasons on the limited menu selection is that schools don't have equipment to prepare baking and steaming dishes mainly due to budget issues. All the dietitians who answered the surveys have been requesting to purchase Convotherm Ovens. Improvement solutions to the problems are: Publish the Revised Standard Equipment Layout that may allow to serve baked and steamed dishes. Establish Budget Support Program from the Government.

Since 1980, rapid social and economic development due to increased plant construction has led to a plant dormitory in a short period. In recent years, by the advent of the durability of dormitory remodeling is a critical need. However, user requirements due to the lack of owner's budget do not reflected. As a result, users have complained about the scope of construction, and construction stakeholder in accordance with the budget efficiency of the complaints have decreased. In this study the remodeling requirements in the planning stages is proposed for the remodeling process. In addition work type and element can select a range of construction worksheet are proposal.

Korea is examining how to coordinate its S&T policies and solidify its position as a leader of infrastructure innovation policy that forms the foundation for many different policies. A number of questions have been raised, such as whether to install a superior coordinating body like the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) or separate the budget allocation and coordination authority from the budget-planning ministry. Korea has tried using various institutional coordination devices and functions such as reorganizing its administrative ministries based on related functions and installing or reinforcing a superior coordinating body. In line with these discussions, the strengthening of the S&T policy coordination function through the NSTC is currently under review. In order to design an effective S&T coordination system in step with changing political and social demands, it is important to have a clear recognition of the current context as well as the unique institutional characteristics of Korea. This study examines the evolution of Korea's S&T policy coordination systems and analyzes its features.

본 연구는 도서관공간구성이 필요한 환경적 요인, 도서관공간 관련 실무의 중요도, 사서가 갖추어야 할 도서관공간기획 능력이 도서관공간기획 관련 교육에 미치는 영향에 대한 사서의 인식을 파악하고자 시작하였으며, 연구결과를 바탕으로 도서관공간기획 업무를 담당하는 사서와 사서를 대상으로 하는 도서관공간기획 관련 교육 방향에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 도서관공간기획 관련 교과내용에 미치는 영향에 관한 조사를 바탕으로 교육의 방향과 개선사항을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도서관공간기획 관련 교육은 공간기획 실무를 중심으로 진행되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 도서관공간기획 과정에서 사서의 참여는 이용자 및 전문가와의 원활한 소통을 위해 중요하게 인식되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 도서관공간기획 관련 교육방법과 교육과정을 도서관 규모와 예산에 따라 계획하는 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 넷째, 도서관공간기획 관련 교육에 대한 적극적인 홍보가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 도서관 공간교육의 적극적인 홍보를 통해 사서의 공간실무 참여와 필요성은 강조될 수 있으며, 나아가 도서관 운영과 이용자들에게 도서관서비스를 제공하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

Integrated management of Korea national and environmental planing for sustainable development is suggested, and basic research is needed. In this study, national and regional plans were assessed using 'integrated management index of Korea national planning and environmental planning' to grasp the current status of integrated management on Korea national planning and environmental planning. As a result of the assessment, it was found that both national and regional plans need to improve considering the natural ecology part and water resource and quality part. In addition, it was derived that the detailed contents of the indicator can not be reflected according to the characteristics in the higher-level plan. Therefore, it has been found necessary to include proclamatory contents so as to be able to establish a detailed plan that reflects environmental goals in the lower-level plan.
