Constrained One-Bit Transform using Extension of Matching error criterion (정합 오차 기준을 확장한 제한된 1비트 변환 알고리즘)

  • 본 논문은 제한된 1비트 변환 (Constrained One-Bit Transform : C1BT) 알고리즘의 정합 오차 기준의 동적 범위를 확장하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. C1BT는 정합 오차 기준으로 SAD (Sum of Absolute Differences)를 사용하지 않고 CNNMP (Constrained Number of Non-Matching Points)를 사용하여 하드웨어 구현을 용이하게 하고 속도를 대폭 향상시켰다. 이는 기존의 움직임 예측 방법인 전역 탐색 알고리즘 (Full Search Algorithm: FSA)과 비교하여 연산량을 크게 줄였으나 움직임 예측의 정확도를 현저히 감소시켰다. 이 점을 개선하기 위해 이 논문에서는 C1BT의 정합 오차 기준을 확장하여 움직임 예측의 정확도를 높이는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 기존의 C1BT와 제안하는 알고리즘을 비교한 결과에서 제안하는 알고리즘이 기존의 C1BT에 비해 움직임 예측의 정확도의 기준인 PSNR 측면에서 더 우수한 성능을 보였다.

In this paper PLC (power line communication), one of the merging IT, is investigated as one of the potential IT candidates for IT/ET and IT/BT convergence technology for DLC (direct load control) or bio-medical engineering such as ubiquitous health cares or D2H2 (distributed diagnosis and home health care).

  • In order to microbially control root-knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita) in tomato, a strain BtTH109 of Bacillus thuringiensis producing root-knot nematocidal toxin was isolated. The strain BtTH109 was identified B. thuringiensis subsp. indiana(serotype 16) based on flagella antigenicity, biochemical properties, and morphological charcateristics. The strain BtTH109 have extracellularly produced a root-knot nematocidal toxin, which was very toxic against not only egghatch but also the 2nd-nematode larva of root-knot nematode in vitro.

  • For a biological control of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) in tomato, efficiency of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. indiana strain TH109 (BtTH109) on the nematode control was investigated. After the mixture of strain BtTH109 and wheat bran was treated into rhizosphere of the tomato plants with nematode eggs, the stem height and root growth of plants increased. And the juveniles and eggs of nematode are not found in both roots of tomatoes and pot soil after cultured broth of the strain BtTH109 treated 4 times at 3 day-interval into rhizosphere of the infected tomatoes.

  • Post-Genome 시대의 Biotechnology(BT) 산업에 세계적으로 관심과 투자가 증가하고 있다. BT 산업은 기술 및 지식 집약적 특성상 R&D 활동이 중요하기에 BT 연구실의 실험 생산성 증가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이와 관련하여 연구실 지식경영과 지식경영시스템활용에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 그 초점이 연구 지식들의 조직화, 체계화 및 검색기능 등의 원활한 지식 공급 시스템 구축에 있기에 효율적이고 효과적인 지식 생성 방안을 제시해 주지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 실험실 내 데이터 처리 및 통합 관리 역할을 해온 LIMS(Laboratory Information Management System)를 활용하여 실험 데이터들로부터 실험 디자인을 위한 효율적이고 효과적인 형식지(Explicit Knowledge)의 생성을 목적으로 하는 지식 생성 툴(Knowledge Creation Tool)을 설계하였다. 또한 상기 모델을 적용하여 실제 어떠한 형태로 지식이 생성되는지 A대학교 B유전자 연구실의 실험 데이터로 실증 분석해 보았다.

Development of Gripping Force Sensor for a Spindle Tool of BT50 (BT50용 스핀들 공구 파지력 검사를 위한 힘센서 개발)

  • In this paper, we describe the development of a force sensor to measure the tool gripping force of the BT50 spindle. The force sensor for a BT50 must be installed inside the gripping force tester; hence, it must be of an appropriate size and have a rated capacity suitable for measuring the gripping force. So, the structure of the force sensor for BT50 was modeled, the size of the sensing part was determined by structural analysis, and the force sensor was manufactured by attaching a strain gauge. The characteristic test results of the manufactured force sensor, indicated that the nonlinearity error, hysteresis error, and reproducibility errors were each within 0.91%, Therefore it was determined that the manufactured force sensor can be used for checking the spindle tool gripping force.

The Effect of Green and Black Tea Powder on the Quality of Bread during Storage (녹차.홍차가루 첨가가 빵의 저장 중 품질변화에 미치는 영향)

  • The study was conducted to investigate the effect of added green tea and black tea powder on the quality of bread during storage. Tea bread was prepared with 0.1% and 2% concentration of green tea (GT) and black tea(BT) powder. The crude fat contents of GT 2% group and BT 2% group were significantly higher than those of control group. GT l% group and BT l% group. The loaf weight of the control group was the lowest and its loaf volume was the highest. Especially, GT 2% group had the lowest loaf volume. The internal lightness value of control group was the highest. the redness value of BT 2% group and the yellowness value of GT 2% group were the highest. GT 2% group was significantly higher in hardness and gumminess and BT l% group was higher in cohesiveness and springiness. After 5 day storage, the retrogradation of GT 2% group was the highest and that of BT 2% group was the lowest among groups. After 5 day storage. pH. titratable acidity and total colony count of GT 2% group was the lowest and those of control group was the highest. The sensory score of control, GT l% and GT 2% group were evaluated higher than others. The shelf-life of tea breads were prolonged to 1~3 days by adding green tea powder and black tea powder as compared with the control group. but It must be considered the way to increase the quality of bread in loaf volume and retrogradation.

  • Particle growth of BT-oxalate was investigated in aging with various additives such as glycerine, chloro-form and NaCl. Their effects on size and morphlogy of particle was examined. It can be known that particle size distributions of BT-oxalate precipitate varied with amounts of these additivies. With small amounts of these additives, particle growth of nonuniform distribution was occurred, but above 1 mole percent of those additives, uniform size distributions of about 0.4 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ could be obtain. There was little difference among the effects by the kinds of additives. From the decomposition of uniform BT-oxalate, BaTiO3 powders of about 0.3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ could be obtained.

  • The heterolayered $BaTiO_3/(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ thick films were fabricated by screen printing techniques on alumina substrates electrodes with Pt. We report the improved ferroelectric properties in the heterolayered teteragonal/rhombohedral structure composed of the $BaTiO_3$ and the $(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})TiO_3$ thick films. We investigated the effects of deposition conditions on the structural and electrical properties of the heterolayered BNT/BT thick films. The structural and electrical properties of the heterolayered BNT/BT thick films were studied. All PZT heterolayered thin films show dense and homogeneous structure without the presence of the rosette structure. The dielectric constant, loss and remanent polarization oft heheterolayered BNT/BT thick films were superior to those of single composition $BaTiO_3$ and $(Bi_{1/2}Na_{1/2})TiO_3$, and those values for the heterolayered BNT/BT thick films sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$ were 916, 0.79 and $12.63{\mu}C/cm^2$.

The Changes in Intestinal Damage and Bacterial Translocation with Time after Administration of Diclofenac (Diclofenac 투여 후 시간경과에 따른 장손상과 장내세균전위의 변화)

  • Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-induced gut damage and bacterial translocation (BT) have not been studies well, especially from the perspective of time after administration of NSAIDs. We therefore examined these changes in animals. The study was performed on 5 groups of rat; a control group (group A) and diclofenac groups (groups B, C, E, and F). Rats in the diclofenac groups were orally administered diclofenac sodium before intestinal permeability (IP) measurement (group B, 1 h before measurement; group C, 10 h before; group D, 22 h before; and group E, 52 h before). The IP, stool pellet number, serum biochemical profile, enteric bacterial number, and BT in the mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs), liver, spleen, kidney and heart were measured. The administration of diclofenac resulted in significantly increased IP, caused intestinal protein loss, decreased stool pellet number, caused enteric bacterial overgrowth and increased BT in multiple organs in groups A, B, C, and D. IF, intestinal protein loss, and the BT in the liver and the spleen in group E were decreased than those in group D. There were no differences in the other parameters between group D and E. In the recovery phase of the diclofenac-induced gut damage, enteric bacterial overgrowth and BT in the kidneys and the heart did not change while the BT in the reticuloendothelial systems such as in the MLNs and liver was decreased.
