디시클로헥실 텔루르염에 기반한 유기텔루로늄염의 성과 분광학적 분석 (Synthesis and Spectroscopic Investigations of Some New rganotelluronium alts Based on Dicyclohexyl Telluride)

  • 디시클로헥실 텔루르염은 에탄올 수용액에서 NaTeH와 디시클로헥실 브롬화물의 반응에 의해 높은 수율로 얻어진다. 일반식 ${(cyclo-C_6H_11)}_2Te(R)X$ (where R = $CH_3$, X = I (1); R = $C_2H_5$, X = Br(2); R = $C_2H_5$, X = I (3); R = C_3H_5$, X = Br (4)) 인 유기텔루로늄의 새로운 시리즈는 그에 상응하는 알킬 할로겐화물과 ${(cyclo-C_6H_11)}_2Te$의 반응에 의해 만들어진다. $NaBPh_4$와 1의 반응은 78% 수율로 화합물 5를 제공하였다. 벤질 브롬화물과 ${(cyclo-C_6H_11)}_2Te$, 4-bromophenacyl bromide의 반응에서는 뜻밖에 각각dibenzylcyclohexyltelluronium 브롬화물과 and bis(4-bromophenacyl)cyclohexyltelluronium bromide을 얻었다. 높은 수율의 tetraphenylborate 유도체는 $NaBPh_4$과 6의 반응으로 얻었다. $CDCl_3$용매에서 $^1H$ NMR분석을 통해 화합물 1 이 알킬 할로겐화물의 제거 반응을 일으킴을 확인할 수 있었다. 새로운 화합물은 전도성, IR, $^1H$$^{13}C$ NMR, 열분석를 통해 규명되었다.

Synergetic Effect of Minerals Mixture of Potassium Bromide and Nickel Sulphate on the Economic Traits of $CSR_2,\;CSR_4\;and\;CSR_2{\times}CSR_4$ Crossbreed Races of the Silkworm, Bombyx mori L.

  • Oral supplementation of minerals mixture of potassium bromide and nickel sulphate on $CSR_2,\;CSR_4\;and\;CSR_2{\times}CSR_4$ crossbreed races with different concentrations (70, 110 and $160\;{\mu}g/ml$) were fed to the fifth instar larvae. Two of the four normal feeds per day was substituted with treated leaves fed to silkworm at fifth instar larvae. The controls were fed with the leaves sprayed with distilled water and normal leaves. The $CSR_4$ race treated larvae showed a significant increase in silkgland weight, cocooning percentage, female cocoon weight, male cocoon weight, male cocoon shell weight, male cocoon shell ratio, filament length, filament weight, denier, fecundity, number of eggs per ovariole and length of the ovariole when compared with those of the corresponding parameters of the carrier control, whereas in $CSR_2\;and\;CSR_2{\times}CSR_4$ crossbreed races showed a significant increase in larva1 weight and other parameters similar to that of $CSR_4$ race. The results suggested that the silkgland showed good response to minerals mixture of potassium bromide and nickel sulphate only in $CSR_4$ race when compared with those of other two races of the silkworm, B. mori.

안정성 및 Transfection 효율이 우수한 양이온성 리포좀 유전자 전달시스템의 개발 (New Cationic Liposome with Enhanced Stability and Transfection Efficiency for Gene Delivery)

  • We have developed liposomes which can be easily prepared with inexpensive lipid, have enhanced stability, and can efficiently deliver DNA into the COS-l cells, Liposome formulations were prepared using cationic materials such as dimethyldioctadecyl ammonium bromide (DDAB), cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB), We investigated the effect of cationic liposome formulations on in vitro DNA transfection, DDAB-containing liposomes showed increased transfection efficiency which was 3.2-fold as much as that by $Lipofectin^{\circledR}$, but CTAB-containing liposomes were inactive in gene transfection. The effect of colipid of DDAB-containing liposome was also investegated. As a colipid, dioleylphosphatidylethanolamine(DOPE) and cholesterol did altered the transfection efficiency of DDAB-containing liposomes. And increased DDAB concentration lowered the transfection efficiency. The optimum amount of liposomal formulation was $10\;{\mu}M$ for $1\;{\mu}g$ of DNA. In the experiment of stability, DOPE-containing liposomes formulation showed a broad size distribution and separation of two major peaks on a 5th day of preparation, but liposomes containing cholesterol was stable for 10 days. DDAB-containing liposomal DNA delivery system was prepared easily and was stable.

Bacillus subtilis의 항생물질 내성에 대한 Curing작용 (Curing Action of Antibiotic Resistant Factor in Bacillus Subtilis)

  • B. subtilis의 항생물질 내성균주에 대하여 여러 plasmid curing 시약인 sodium dodecyl sulfate, acriflavine, ethidium bromide, mitomycin-C등을 처리하여 streptomycin 감수성 변이주를 만들었다. Sodium dodecyl sulfate 처리의 경우 0.1% 농도에서 균체성장 극대기에 도달한 후부터 항생물질 감수성 비율이 증가되었으며, acriflavine 처리의 경우는 4$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ 농도에서, ethidium bromide 처리의 경우에는 10$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ 농도에서. 그리고 mitomycin-C 처리의 경우에는 200$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ 농도에서 가장 curing빈도가 높았다. 또 이들 curing 작용은 B. subtilis의 streptomycin과 terramycin 내성균주에서 보는 바와 같이 경쟁적 작용으로 일어났다.

  • N-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)benzhydrazonyl bromide 유도체들의 가수분해 반응속도상수를 20$^{\circ}C$의 수용액에서 자외선 분광광도법으로 측정하여 넓은 pH 범위에서의 반응속도식을 구하였다. 반응속도식, 용매효과, 치환기 효과, 염효과, 열역학적 활성화 파라미터 등의 결과로부터 가수분해 반응메카니즘을 제안하였다. 즉, pH 3.0에서는 carbonium ion 중간체를 거쳐 SN1 반응에 의해 진행되며, pH 10.0에서는 1,3-dipolar 반응 메카니즘 또는 SN2 반응에 의해 진행됨을 제안하였다.
