본 논문은 국내 철강산업이 어떻게 기술적 다양화, 조직적 유연화, 지리적 분산화를 경험했는지 조사하고, 그 과정 속에서 기술지식 네트워크가 어떠한 방식으로 형성되었는지 분석했다. 특허 공동출원 자료를 기반으로 기술지식 네트워크를 구축하고, 각 2003년과 2013년 누적네트워크에 대한 k-medoid 클러스터링 분석 및 브로커리지 분석을 실시했다. 그 결과 네트워크 내 행위자가 점차 다양해진 동시에 동일 클러스터 내 내부성이 강화되었고, 산업 내 조직간 소속, 경쟁, 협력 관계 등이 네트워크 형성에 반영되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대기업 및 비영리 연구기관 외에, 중소기업의 브로커 역할이 관찰되었다.

부동산 거래는 본원적으로 인간과 부동산과의 조화 및 관계개선이 요청되는 것이나 거래과정에 따라서 불의의 거래사고가 발생하여 오히려 그 관계가 악화되는 경우가 많다. 우리나라 부동산 거래관행은 부동산 거래와 관련해 체계적인 도움을 받기 매우 어렵고, 부동산을 거래하면서 필수적으로 검토해야 하는 권리관계 역시 세밀하고 정확하게 분석하기에는 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다. 따라서 부동산 거래로 인한 피해예방 및 손해배상제도를 보완하고, 중개거래활동에 있어 현재의 부동산 중개제도의 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 부동산 거래사고의 근본적인 원인중의 하나로 지적되는 공인중개사제도의 질적향상과 전문성을 제고할 것을 제안한다.

As the advance of multi-platform and multi-channel online services, brokerages are now offering three representative online trading systems - HTS(Home Trading Systems), WTS(Web Trading Systems), MTS(Mobile Trading Systems). In this study we investigated and compared the impact of different systems on the performance of brokerages. Using the panel data of 29 brokerages of 4 periods, we empirically tested the impact of online trading systems and the commissions of trading services. We found out that there exist some differences between the impacts of online trading systems based on the platforms. HTS was identified as the main platform for online trading services. However the role of MTS was also significantly identified while WTS showed no significant impact on the brokerage performances. Commission also showed significant negative impact in case of HTS and MTS platforms. Finally, offering MTS was identified as the significant dummy variable influencing the performance of brokerages. The results provides some implication for the multi-platform strategy for online services.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 패러다임의 등장에 따라 다수의 클라우드 서비스와 클라우드 사용자를 연계해 주는 CSB(Cloud Service Brokerage) 라는 개념이 제시되었다. CSB 에 등록되어 비슷한 기능을 제공하는 클라우드 서비스들은 제공자마다 성능, 가격 등에 차이가 있으므로, 클라우드 사용자가 클라우드 서비스를 사용하기 위해 적합한 서비스를 찾기 어렵다. 따라서 다수의 클라우드 서비스 중에서 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항에 가장 적합한 클라우드 서비스를 찾아주는 방법을 CSB 에서 핵심적으로 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항을 수집하고 분석하는 방법과 다양한 클라우드 서비스를 명세하는 SAM을 포함하는 CSB 로써 가상 클라우드 뱅크 아키텍처를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 가상 클라우드 뱅크 아키텍처는 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 클라우드 서비스 제공을 위한 CSB의 참조아키텍처로 활용할 수 있다.

지구 온난화의 주범인 온실가스 감축을 위해 UN은 1992년 기후변화협약을 체결하였다. 우리나라도 온실가스 감축을 위해 재생에너지 보급 확대 정책을 펼치고 있다. 태양에너지를 이용한 재생에너지 개발의 확대는 풍력과 태양광 발전의 확대로 이어졌다. 기상 상황에 영향을 많이 받는 재생에너지 개발의 확대는 전력계통의 수요공급관리에 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 전력중개시장을 도입하게 되었다. 따라서 전력중개시장 참여를 위해서는 발전량 예측이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자체 개발한 예측 시스템을 활용하여 연축태양광발전소에 대하여 분석하였다. 현장 일사량(모델 1)과 기상청 일사량(모델 2)을 적용한 결과 모델 2가 3% 정도 높은 것을 확인하였다. 또한, DNN과 RNN 모델을 비교 분석한 결과 DNN 모델이 예측 정확도가 1.72% 정도 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

Due to the development of information technology and business related to geographical location of customer, the need for the storage and analysis of geographical location data is increasing rapidly. Geographical location data have a spatio-temporal nature which is different from typical business data. Therefore, different methods of data storage and analysis are required. This paper proposes a multi-dimensional data model and data visualization to analyze geographical location data efficiently and effectively. Purchase order data of an online farm products brokerage business was used to build prototype datamart. RFM scores are calculated to classify customers and geocoding technology is applied to display information on maps, thereby to enhance data visualization.

우리나라는 2050년 탄소중립을 목표로 신재생에너지 중심으로 에너지 공급원을 전환하고 확대하는 계획을 추진 중이다. 신재생에너지의 간헐적 특성으로 에너지 공급이 불안정성이 커짐에 따라 정확한 신재생에너지 발전량 예측의 중요성이 함께 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 정부는 신재생에너지를 집합화하여 관리하기 위한 소규모 전력중개시장을 개설하였고, 재생에너지 발전량 예측제도를 도입하여 예측정확도에 따라 정산금을 지급하는 제도를 시행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 신재생에너지 전원의 대부분을 차지하는 태양광 발전에 대하여 통계적 및 인공지능 모형을 이용하여 예측모델을 구현하였으며, 각 모형의 예측정확도 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 비교 모델 중에서 CNN-LSTM(Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory Neural Networks) 모형이 가장 높은 성능을 가짐을 확인하였다. 예측정확도에 따른 예측제도 정산금 수익을 추정해보았고, 예측보유 기술 수준에 따라 수익 편차가 24% 정도 커질 수 있음을 확인하였다.

ICT(information and communication technology) has played a pivotal role in the world economy, and the out look for ICT has improved markedly. One of the noticeable characteristics in the ICT sector Is the global rationalization of its technology and service. Specialization on the specific ICT capability is a pressing problem for many countries. Along the line of classical innovation cluster and network studies, this paper suggests a way to find and analyze the role of core technologies on the ICT network First, technology network is constructed by using patent citation data from USPTO. Then, a couple of cluster is generated by K-means clustering technique. Finally, brokerage analysis is applied to manifest the role of principal technologies. The network visualization and some stylized facts on dynamics are briefly given altogether Based on the role and relationship of technologies across clusters, it is expected that this research could contribute to the ICT cluster formation and the vision-making for ICT specialization at the viewpoint of technology Policy.

The marketing environment of recent security business has been changed as goods and service have been changed variously. Under this condition, the security corporations have been trying to have good relationship with customers and to have high gains as well. But the management of the customers in the bond marketing is not enough. Then, this paper suggests some methods to promote the CRM at bond brokerage in order to make profits in the security corporation. First, the customers will know the earning rate of the bond that they have and also they can analysis the difference selling the bond and keeping it until the due date. The developed bond management system analyzes customers' preference from questionaire which is responded by customers. It also can make customers actively sell and buy the bond through recommendations corresponding with customers' preference. Moreover, this paper suggests the video conference consulting system for close relationship with corporation and customers. We have tested this bond management system and we expect that this system activates the buying and selling of the bond that non-experts can easily invest bonds and the security corporations can increase profit.

클라우드 서비스가 다양해지고 그 수가 급격히 증가하면서 클라우드 서비스 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공하기가 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서비스 사용자와 제공자 사이에서 클라우드 서비스를 중개해주는 클라우드 서비스 브로커라는 개념이 제시되었다. 클라우드 서비스 브로커의 핵심적인 역할은 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 서비스를 찾아주는 것이다. 그러나 현재 제시된 클라우드 서비스 브로커 대부분은 클라우드 서비스 전문가의 도움으로 사용자의 요구사항을 분석하는 수동적인 과정이 수행되고 있으며, 체계적으로 기능적 요구사항을 분석하는 과정이 미흡하다. 따라서 유사한 기능을 가지고 있는 클라우드 서비스들 중 사용자의 요구사항의 중요도를 분석해서 가장 근접한 서비스의 선택을 지원해 줄 수 있는 요구사항 분석 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 쌍대비교법을 응용하여 클라우드 서비스에 대한 사용자의 기능적 요구사항을 분석하고 그 결과에 따라 클라우드 서비스를 선택하는 방법을 제시한다.
