In this paper, to analyze the meaning of middle-aged men's economic activities, TEXTOM was used to analyze them. The data collection period is set from 2017 to 2019. Among the collected data, 100 refined words were converted into a matrix in which the degree of social connection was calculated, and the keyword network analysis was performed again with the NetDraw program. According to the study, middle-aged men put more meaning on their current work and family than their future retirement. Also, the related word commonly included in the top five for all three years was 'work'. Related words commonly included in the top 10 were 'old age', 'family', and 'work', and in 2018 and 2019, 'health' was included in the top 10. As a result of this, the middle-aged men living in the modern age are the generation who keep their families through economic activities and are increasingly interested in health and prepare for retirement. Therefore, policy support for stable economic activities is needed to improve the quality of life for middle-aged men. It is necessary to extend the retirement age, expand jobs and provide effective vocational training so that it can handle its role as the head of a family. In addition, measures should be taken to reduce the wage gap between highly skilled and low-skilled workers.

A wheelchair is an essential rehabilitation assistant device for the movement of paraplegia patients and generally paralyzed patients who cannot walk normally. In particular, the applicability of the manual/motorized wheelchair is gradually increasing. Until now, decelerators using belt, chain and worm gears, etc have been widely used. However, a decelerator takes a large space although it is a simple device and thus is not ideal for the driving part of manual/motorized wheelchair. For these reasons, in this study we developed a driving part producing a large driving force through a decelerator using planetary gears rather than conventional worm gear-based decelerator. We designed the tooth profile of the planetary gears for decelerator using Kisssoft program, In addition, we designed the driving part so as to apply it to the wheels of conventional wheelchairs, and then optimized the mechanism for the principles of manual/motorized transposition of the driving part and the operational principles. Based on the results of this study, we finally designed and manufactured a driving part for wheelchair decelerator in the form of planetary gears with 1 sun gear, 2 planetary gears and 1 ring gear.

PPL광고는 다른 TV광고에 비해 저렴한 비용, 영상 속 자연스런 노출로 인한 친숙한 이미지, 콘텐츠 수출로 인한 해외 마케팅 효과 등의 장점으로 성장하고 있지만, 시청자의 반감 없이 노출되어야 한다는 제약 때문에 짧은 영상 노출 외에 PPL광고 대상에 대한 추가적인 정보를 제공하기 어렵다. 이 에, 본 연구는 PPL광고 대상의 부가정보를 제공하는 PPL광고 지원 데이터서비스를 설계하였다. 구체적으로, TV 플랫폼의 특성을 고려한 데이터서비스의 사용자 시나리오와 사용자인터페이스를 설계하였고, PPL광고의 대표적인 유형을 구별하여 주요 부가정보를 정의하였으며, 프로그램에서 PPL광고 대상들이 노출되는 시점 정보를 고안하였다. 그리고 이 정보를 국제 디지털방송 표준인 DVB-SI 테이블로 데이터서비스에 공급하는 방법을 개발하였다.

Concerns have been growing about whether domestic internet protocol television (IPTV) can establish a solid foothold in the pay TV market, largely because of the lack of IPTV-only content and service differentiation. It has been difficult for IPTV providers to attract valuable PPs (program providers) to strengthen their positions, and IPTV providers have invested much money into procuring content. To survive this difficult situation, IPTV providers need to reappraise their profit sharing methods and content distribution structure to facilitate the expansion of their subscriber base. This can be done by attracting valuable PPs to IPTV providers and securing extra revenue by distributing more content for their PP partners. The IPTV industry has a different structure and value chain from the digital cable industry. Moreover, profit sharing schemes among participants in the IPTV industry are complicated. Thus it is essential to analyze the criteria for profit sharing, the selection of attributes in profit sharing, and their cause-effect relationship in developing fair pricing for broadcast content in the IPTV industry. This study introduces the attributes that need to be considered for the pricing of content and profit sharing among IPTV providers and PPs. In addition, this study uses system dynamics to analyze the relationship among those attributes along with additional associated factors for the pricing of content.

The first D2C-era web-real variety show in Korea was broadcast via tvN of CJ E&M. The web-real variety program 'SinSeoYuGi' accumulated 54 million views, along with 50 million views at the Chinese portal site QQ. This study carries out an analysis using text mining that extracts portal site blogs, twitter page views and associative terms. In addition, this study derives viewers' response by extracting key words with opinion mining techniques that divide positive words, neutral words and negative words through customer sentiment analysis. It is found that the success factors of the web-real variety were reduced in appearance fees and production cost, harmony between actual cast members and scenario characters, mobile TV programing, and pre-roll advertising. It is expected that web-real variety broadcasting will increase in value as web contents in the future, and be established as a new genre with the job of 'technical marketer' growing as well.

In highly developed society, information and communication technologies are widely used for better medical services. These information and communication technologies should be more and more acceptable in all hospitals for exchange medical records. EMR becomes more convenient than the previously used paper charts. It will be able to record medical institutions every time and dual treatment. Each is different specifications for each medical institution to use the program or document to exchange it. The personal clinic records still does not exchange well. To solve this gap between medical alienation, this paper describes the concepts of HL7-CDA and proposes types of telemedicine system. To resolve time and space constraints, new form of treatment methods presents in future directions after described about related systems. CDA enables electronic medical records to the each medical center and gradually expanded by exchanging the patient's medical records. This paper is using XML-based CDA documents as a hierarchical for medical information exchange standards compliant HL7-CDA documents. It could be possible currently used structural variety of multimedia data. Thus It is able to send and receive HL7-CDA-based medical information and clinical information to identify the medical institutions of medical information with interchange system design and building standards, and through mutual exchange of clinical information.

국내 디지털 방송 방식이 결정되고 본격적인 디지털 방송 서비스가 시행되면서, 전자프로그램가이드 (EPG: electronic program guide), 주식 및 일기예보등의 문자 방송이 활성화 되고 있다. 특히, 지상파 디지털 방송, 위성 방송, 및 최근 대두되고 있는 DMB (Digital Media Broadcasting) 지상파/위성 방송 등에서 기존의 단순 방송 서비스외에 양방향을 위한 새로운 서비스 개발을 확대하면서 문자방송의 역할은 점점 넓어지고 있다. 본 논문은 한글 데이터의 압축 방법에 관한 것으로, 디지털 방송의 문자 방송 서비스에서 사용되는 문자들을 효율적으로 압축하는 방법을 제안한다. 특히, 현재 서비스 되고 있는 방송의 문자 정보를 분석하고 한글의 특성과 글자간의 상관관계를 고려한 2 차 한글 허프만 부호 설계 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 디지털 방송에서 점점 늘어나는 문자 방송의 문자를 효율적으로 압축함으로써 제한된 대역폭을 최대한 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.

It has been reported that large amounts of information on agri-foods were delivered to consumers through television and social networks, and the information may influence consumers' behavior. The purpose of this paper was first to analyze relations of social network service and broadcasting program on paprika consumption in the aspect of amounts to purchase and identify potential factors that can promote paprika consumption; second, to develop prediction models of paprika consumption by using structured and unstructured big data. By using data 2010-2017, cross-correlation and time-series prediction algorithms (autoregressive exogenous model and vector error correction model), statistically significant correlations between paprika consumption and television programs/shows and blogs mentioning paprika and diet were identified with lagged times. When paprika and diet related data were added for prediction, these data improved the model predictability. This is the first report to predict paprika consumption by using structured and unstructured data.

We propose a realtime numeric caption recognition algorithm that automatically recognizes the numeric caption generated by computer graphics (CG) and displays the modified caption using the recognized resource only when a valuable numeric caption appears in the aimed specific region of the live sportscast scene produced by other broadcasting stations. We extract the mesh feature from the enhanced binary image as a feature vector after acquiring the sports broadcast scenes using a frame grabber in realtime and then recover the valuable resource from just a numeric image by perceiving the character using the neural network. Finally, the result is verified by the knowledge-based rule set designed for more stable and reliable output and is displayed on a screen as the converted CC caption serving our purpose. At present, we have actually provided the realtime automatic mile-to-kilometer caption conversion system taking up our algorithm f3r the regular Major League Baseball (MLB) program being broadcasted live throughout Korea over our nationwide network. This caption conversion system is able to automatically convert the caption in mile universally used in the United States into that in kilometer in realtime, which is familiar to almost Koreans, and makes us get a favorable criticism from the TV audience.

This study is based on the National Pension Research Institute's 2013 Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReIS) 5 Data for Parents and Children Care over 50 years old and analyzed the satisfaction level of life according to the characteristics of 226 people in society. The results showed that women were more satisfied with their lives than men, and when the age was lower, when they had spouses, and when they had independent economic power. As for the grandchildren caring provider, the higher the education levels, the higher the satisfaction with life. And across all areas, the grandchildren care provider showed greater satisfaction with life than the parents care provider. These results show that the burden of the parents' carers is as great as that. Suggestions based on these results are as follows. First, It is necessary to develop a health care program that can be easily accessed by family carers. Second, Direct economic support is needed, with the primary focus being on family carers. Third, services targeting parents care providers are needed. It is also necessary to form a network that can share the difficulties of parental care.
