The importance of international co-production that enables content production, diversification of overseas markets, and diversification has been highlighted as demand for content has soared due to intensifying competition between media outlets, while contents provision has become easier due to changes in media environment such as convergence of broadcasting and communication and the spread of mobile Internet. In particular, the boom in Korean dramas, called the Korean Wave in China, opened up a new market after "My Love from the Star" in 2014, and in 2016, Netflix's entry into Korea served as an opportunity for local broadcasters and producers to seek international co-production. In addition, "Good Doctor" which was aired on American Broadcasting Co. (ABC) in 2017, has topped the same time slot for the first time in 29 years, and is set to air season 4 this fall. Accordingly, overseas broadcasters and production companies wanted to collaborate with domestic broadcasters and producers, and since 2011, they have conducted a total of 12 co-produced dramas until 2019. Unfortunately, however, there are few studies related to international co-production dramas in the domestic industry and academia. In this paper, we present to help Korea, which used to be a powerhouse in complete export-type content, move toward becoming a powerhouse in international co-produced dramas. In addition, it is meaningful that the research focused on the current status and achievements of international co-production dramas, which have not been studied much, and the diversity of international co-production dramas in the future through the analysis of the form and structure of international co-production.

This study analyzed the influence of the format import of Korean entertainment programs on the Chinese broadcasting industry. To this end, an in-depth interview was conducted with the production staff of Chinese broadcasting stations. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was found that the format and production method of Chinese entertainment programs began to change from the time the format of Korean entertainment programs was imported.

The one-person producing system is that planning program, arrangements, composition, taking pictures and edition are all done by only one person. In the reality of the producing systems of the broadcasting programs, as the number of the broadcasting stations, which apply one-person producing systems, is gradually increasing, the study on the change is going on. In this study I grasped the merits and demerits of both systems ; multi men producing system and one-person producing system. And then I analyzed the sudden change of the method of the producing programs into one using the 6m digital camera. The merits of producing programs by means of the 6m digital cameras are following ; the mobility of producing programs, a close contact with the source, the enlargement of the diversity of the contents and cutting down expenses. The demerits of it are following ; a lowering of the degree of completion and the unstableness of an image. Nowadays because of the enlargement of the rate of the outsourcing production, the number of the independent production studios rapidly increased. From the viewpoint of cutting down expenses and the diversity of contents, the number of broadcasting programs produced by means of one-person producing broadcasting program system is increasing.

The broadcast service environment is changed to the complicated equipment configuration of the server and network-based for the advanced technology application and various service providings. The broadcasting market is growing rapidly by the development of broadcasting environment. But as to the domestic production broadcasting equipment industry, the satisfaction of request of the consumer and market competitive power is showing the limit due to the development of the single focused on goods and sale. This research gathered the opinion of the broadcasting technology experts and investigated the reality of usage of the domestic device in the broadcasting system. And according to the investigation result we discovers the hybrid system model that synergy can come out in which the domestic device more than 2 combines out and there is the purpose.

This study analyzed the relationship between the management and programming, and the changes of production type according to the changes of management situation in the local broadcasting companies. This study found that the operating income ratio has a correlation with the self-production ratio. Meanwhile, analysis of the changes of production types according to the changes of business circumstance empirically proved that the number of performers has decreased while that of the external shootings has increased when the business situation has been got worse in local broadcasting station.

TV broadcast of election returns is an index to measure a public responsibility, scientific analysis and production power in each broadcasting station. This is the reason why each broadcasting station is spending a great amount of money, mobilizing many people and using facilities. TV election returns broadcast has been advanced for decades, particularly in its production, system and presentation. And, among those, broadcast graphic and inset graphic, which are representing election-related information, have became the important components in TV broadcast of election returns because of the advancement of production technology, a variety of presentation forms, and the visual effects. In this research, I analyze the part of image composition in inset graphic of TV election returns broadcast. As a result, in making insert graphic, each broadcasting station is analyzed to be producing the accurate and clear delivery of information on the stability and reliability of a visualized form, first and foremost. It requires that we research the methodology for the accurate and reliable delivery of information, as well as various image productions with a result of the progress in production technology.

This study is to suggest the solutions about the problems of maximum requirements of animation broadcasting. About 10 experts of broadcasting, animation production, animation related professor and researcher and government take part in this study and discuss problems and their solutions of maximum requirements of animation broadcasting from January to march in 2009. This policy introduced 4 years ago had the positive effects such as the increase of animation production and the number of animation production company, but also the negative effects such as continuous decrease of rating in terrestrial broadcasting and transferring to low rating time slot of animation, downward equalization of animation and changing to minimum securement method. This study suggested the solutions as follows; first the enlargement of this policy to cable and satellite broadcasting, second introducing incentive policy in prime time, third the subsidy of media oriented investment. Finally this study stressed that this solutions should not be compulsory order but voluntary system.

Securing field screens through LTE broadcasting is a very valuable technology in news production because of its locality and concurrency. TV has the advantage of being able to deliver news faster than newspapers and make live coverage on the scene of events and events. To maximize this, not only middle-end broadcasters but also existing broadcasting stations are taking an active role in broadcasting using LTE. However LTE broadcasting has yet to secure any conflicting values of broadcasting stability and securing high-definition. The key to solving this difficulty is the transmission rate of Bit Rate. This paper compares the Bit Rate transmission method, which is variable and fixed, to provide more on-site screens through LTE, and presents the Bit Rate adjustment method as a method of screen stabilization through experiment. Consequently, the most stable broadcast screen can be obtained when transmitting and connecting it to broadcasting in a variable 5M method.
