With the advances in information technologies and the wide acceptance of IT outsourcing practices, subscription-based information & telecommunications services(ITS) become more available. Convergence and intensified industry competition have made it an imperative for the ITS providers to keep their current customers and acquire new customers at the same time. In this study, we developed a framework for effective customer management based on the factors influencing the post-purchase customer choice: stay with the present provider or switch to another one. Specifically, we classified the factors into four categories: Holding factors, Defect factors, Inducement factors, and Hurdle factors depending on the characteristics of the influence and direction of the influence. Based on the classification, we developed a post-purchase customer choice model for the subscription-based ITS providers. Then, we illustrated a possible application of the model in the context of the broadband Internet access service. The model could be used to increase the competitive advantage of service providers through the effective customer management in the subscription-based ITS market.

Internet phone, communication cost and easy-to-use low-cost compared to the PSTN is a mobile phone of a conventional, and use of the Internet phone is spreading. Construction as part of the broadband convergence network(BCN), Internet service provider(KT, SKT, LGU+) has converted to Internet phone telephone network to all government agencies. In addition, members of the public also have an Internet phone service that you are using. In this paper, we analyze the hacking attack on IP-PBX in the IETF SIP-based that are used in Internet telephony, to the study. The test bed is constructed in the same way as the Internet telephone system to perform studies carried hacking attacks on IP-PBX, analyze the results and to extract evidence forensics. When used in crime by hacking the Internet telephone, we propose a method which can be used as evidence in forensic having legal effect.

Recently, broadband access networks have been competitively deployed all over the world with the development of various multimedia services for such a network. ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) built the FTTH(Fiber-to-the-Home) service center to develop a next-generation equipment and a high-quality service/platform as well as to promote domestic industry in the field of optical communication. The FTTH service center has a variety of test equipments such as FTTH standard testbed for a BMT(Bench Mark Test), a network operation center, and IPTV service equipments. Also, ETRI deployed a new type of commercial optical access networks cooperating with ISP(Internet service provider). In this paper, we analyzed the quality degradation appeared in QoE(Quality of Experience), when IP data broadcasted from the FTTH service center is transmitted to subscribers through the commercial optical access network. Moreover, we proposed a noble solution to address this problem.
