Purpose - This study is to analyze the assessment of forming of a payment balance of the country and its condition. Data array were used the data on the Russian Federation from the 1995-2016, across Great Britain - since the 2004- 2014 and in the retrospective aspect since the 1946. Research design, data, and methodology - The payment balance is a ratio of payment amounts made this country abroad and the receipts received by it from abroad for a certain period; it is the systematic list of all economic transactions performed for a certain period of time between the residents of one country and the nonresidents. The scale of research on Russia: to be analyzed the amount of data from the 1995 by 2016. On Great Britain - the 2004-2014, on South Korea - the 2017. Results - Hypothesis 1. The detailed and simple systematization of balance sheet items increases the efficiency of analytical procedures and the mechanism of public administration. Hypothesis 2. The main of balance sheet items are deficit of Russian Federation scarce which, are generally counterbalanced with gold and foreign exchange reserves. Conclusions - Considering the items of balance of payments of the studied countries in the context with other countries, it can be noted that the dynamics of the main items are closely linked with the main macroeconomic indicators and reflects the main tendency of the state development. The main items of balance sheet of South Korea's are intensive. The relatively stable dynamics in the macroeconomic indicators is observed in Japan and China

이 논문에서는 영국 노동당 정부의 공공부문 개혁정책의 내용과 그 추진 실태를 알아보고, 그에 대한 노동조합의 대응과 노사관계에 대한 그 영향을 검토하고, 여기서 추출되는 정책적 시사점을 검토하였다. 공공부문 개혁은 민영화가 진행 혹은 논의 중인 보건, 교육, 교통 및 교동소 등을 주된 대상으로 하여 검토하였다. 그리고 이 공공부문 개혁을 둘러싸고 전개되는 노조와 정부 간의 갈등을 알아보고, 여기서 얻을 수 있는 정책적 함의를 모색하였다.

After the tragic incident of the sinking of Sewol in spring 2014, Korean migrants in Britain began to hold street protests in London. These protestors condemned the Korean government for the lack of appropriate responses to the accident, and for its failure to conduct proper investigation on the issue. The small group of protestors held silent street protests every month at Trafalgar Square, despite not gaining much media coverage nor public attention. These migrants' almost three-year long protest outside their homeland is puzzling. Not only did they live in Britain for a long time to the extent that they regard the country as their second home, but they also exert scant amount of influence on the political landscape in South Korea. What can then account for these individuals' participation in activism related to their homeland politics? In this paper, we utilize the concept of 'moral identity' to explain the behaviors of Korean migrants involved in the street protests. These migrants had strong 'moral identity', which triggered a sense of responsibility to act when their cherished moral values were jeopardized. Korean migrants who possessed a strong sense of moral identity placed huge importance on living in accordance with their moral values. It is a way of upholding their self-esteem and sustaining their ideal self.

19세기 영국 음향학은 현대 음향학의 기초로서 음향학사에서 중요한 위치를 점한다. 당시의 음향학이 추구된 목적과 의도는 현대와는 매우 달랐으며, 그 중에서도 음악적 동기가 매우 두드러졌다. 이 연구는 관련된 출판 및 미출판 사료들을 검토함으로써 19세기 영국에서 음악과 음향학의 상호작용을 다양한 측면에서 밝히고자 하였다. 당시 음악은 음향학에 도구, 주제, 인력을 제공했고, 음향학은 음계를 개선하고 개발하며 절대 피치의 측정의 정밀성을 향상시키는 데 음악 과학으로서 기여하였다. 음악은 19세기 내내 유럽, 특히 영국의 음향학이 현대적인 과학 전문 분야로 발전하는 데 핵심적 역할을 했다.

임팩트투자(impact investment)의 부상에 대한 배경은 자본주의와 경제성장에서 소외된 사람들의 사회적 문제를 자본시장의 매커니즘으로 풀고자 하는 의지에서 볼 수 있다. 이러한 임팩트투자는 사회공익성과 수익성을 동시에 추구하여 혼합가치(mixed value)를 실현하는 사회적기업에 투자함으로써 경제적 안정과 사회적 형편성을 견인하고 있다. 사회공공성이 짙은 사회적기업의 재원활성화와 국가 복지재정의 위기를 능동적으로 대응하기 위해 '지속가능한 복지를 위한 출구전략'으로서 본 연구는 영국의 Big Society Capital (이하 BSC), 사회성과연계채권(Social Impact Bonds, 이하 SIB) 및 미국의 DBLIF, ACCION International 등과 같은 임팩트투자(impact investment)를 통해 해결방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 우선 임팩트투자의 개념과 특성, 사회적기업과 임팩트 투자와의 관계를 살펴보고, 영국이나 미국 등 선진국이 공공성의 성격을 가진 사회적기업의 재원조달 유형으로서의 다양한 임팩트투자 사례를 고찰하고 시사점을 찾고자 한다.
