A temporary work are lifting equipment that tower crane or lift, and temporary architectures that office building and storage in construction site. And it is main construction work that built and used temporarily like to a scaffolding, a walk plate, and a formwork. This study is to adjust breakdown structure of temporary work to introduce technical tendency. With a site manager, it is collected a detailed statement and compared. As a result to break down a tendency that temporary equipment, additional function, and direct work of temporary technique, first, existing detail technical indexes that group I, group J, group K, and group L are classified. Second, due to set up and manage to main agents in case of existing detail technical indexes that B1, B2, it is not wrong to classify. But, it is somewhat different, and therefore adjust it to same level. Finally, as a technical tendency that temporary equipment, additional function, and direct work of temporary technique, it is adjusted the others.

디지털 콘텐츠 산업이 핵심 신성장산업으로 등장하고 있으나 디지털 콘텐츠의 제작, 유통 및 관리상에서 디지털자료의 특성상 무한정 복제 및 해킹을 통한 손상 등의 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제들을 극복하기 위한 수단으로 제시되는 디지털 지적 재산권 보호를 위한 DRM(Digital Rights Management)기술의 하나인 디지털 워터마킹(Digital Watermarking)은 저작권 정보, 구입자 정보 등 저작권 보호에 필요한 정보를 디지털 콘텐츠에 몰래 숨겨놓는 기술이다. 지금까지 디지털 워터마킹 기술에 관한 연구는 주로 특정성 있는 워터마크 삽입과 검출 둥의 관점에서 연구되어 왔는데 본 연구에서는 지적재산권 보호를위한 광범위한 응용이 예상되는 워터마킹의 기법을 고찰하고 주파수영역에서 응용되는 웨이블릿 기반의 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 상명대학교 통신망 구성과 그 현황 자료를 수집하여 분석하였고, 통신망 트래픽 측정 분석도구를 이용하여 통신망의 트래픽 흐름과 각 장비들의 동작방식과 성능을 측정하였다. 수강신청 기간에 트래픽 흐름과 부하량에 대해 성능평가를 하였으며, 몇몇의 장비들을 추가/변경하여 트래픽을 분산시키는 방안을 제안하여 효율적인 통신망 설계 방안을 제시하였다.

The variation of electrical resistivity of silver particle-filled polymers with the volume percent of silver particles was investigated. Also, the relationships between the surface tension of polymer and dispersion effect of silver particles were studied to find the steep drop of electrical resisivity, in view of agglomerate morphology. The critical volume precent of silver particles varied depending on the polymer species and increased with the increasing surface tension of polymer. The steep variation of resistivity with the increasing temperature was explained with the expansion of polymer at the melting temperature of polymer. The conductive break down current increased with the increasing volume percent of silver particles in the Ag/LDPE system and that was attributed to heat of Joule taken througn the contact area between the silver particle.

Accesses to lands, houses, the Internet and other utilities are regarded as basic human needs to escape poverty and are required to recognize the relationships between the digital divide and socio-economical inequality. The digital divide might not be a single technical disparity, but stems from a complicated mixture of economic and socio-technical symptoms of inequality. There is growing awareness of scrutinizing causal mechanisms between the digital divide and poverty since combating poverty could be a primary step to mitigate the digital divide. In this paper, the Hexad model is proposed to explicate poverty interpretation by using 6 parameters as a major tool for partly assisting in poverty monitoring system in connection with land information. A solution model of the Internet is suggested to break the digital divide. It expounds a conceptual framework and new idea for poverty management to notify spatio-temporal locations of poor actors and geography of the digital divide when efforts of poverty eradication hinge on understandings of geographic location of digital disadvantaged groups through parcel-based land information.

The line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor has a high efficiency and an advantage in constant speed operation regardless of the effect of load variation. However, it is difficult to predict the performance of characteristics accurately, because of the unbalanced starting torque with the initial starting position of the rotor and the generation of a break torque. In this paper the dynamic characteristics of the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor are described and compared with those of the squirrel-cage induction motor through the simulation to find the characteristics of the permanent magnets and the rotor bars in the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor. Finally this paper gives the comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results.

Intonation as suprasegmental phonetic features conveys meanings on the postlexical or utterance level in a linguistically structured way. It includes three aspects: tunes, relative prominence, and intonational phrasing. In this article, I will treat how prosodic phrasing is functionally related to the listening comprehension of English by analysing the students' errors of listening comprehension. When utterance meaning is conveyed, it is realized to be divided into intonational phrases. The small intonational phrase is regarded as an intermediate phrase which has a primary accent and a phrase tone or audible break. Most students' errors of listening occurred with linking pronunciation in the intermediate phrases of the fast speech. Thus through the smallest unit with tune we can help students improve their pronunciation and listening ability of English.

In order to determine the effects of hydrostatic pressure on the mechanical behavior of graphite fiber reinforced composites, the modulus, fracture stress(maximum stress), and fracture strain of graphite/epoxy composites have been determined as a function of pressure. Composite specimens used in this study were 90-deg unidirectional and had a 60% fiber volume fraction. Compressive tests under five different pressure levels were conducted. The result showed the modulus measured from as initial slope of stress-strain curve increased bilinearly with pressure with a break at 200 MPa. It was also found that fracture stress and fracture strain increased in a linear fashion with pressure.

Heavy duty diesel vehicles deteriorate urban air quality by discharging a large volume of air pollutants such as soot and nitrogen oxides. In this study, a newly introduced auxiliary device a fuel activation device (FAD) to improve the combustion efficiency of internal engines by utilizing the cavitation effect was closely investigated by the fluid flow mechanism via a numerical analysis method. As a result, the FAD contributed to fuel atomization from the injection nozzle at lower inlet pressure by reducing the pressure energy. The improved cavitation effect facilitated fuel atomization, and ultimately reduced pollutant emission due to the decrease in fuel consumption. The axial velocity along the flow channel was increased 8.7 times with the aid of FAD, which improved the primary break-up of bubbles. The FAD cavitation effect produced 1.09-times larger turbulent bubbles under the same pressure and fuel injection amount than without FAD.

Both access to healthcare services and income security in case of personal illness are being needed to achieve universal health coverage, which is enshrined in the human rights to health and social security and international standards on social protection. Income security acts on both the social determinants and the adverse consequences of ill health and thus would break the vicious disease-poverty cycle. The government is supposed to implement a demonstration project of sickness benefit in 2022 and to publicize its more specific blueprint for all workers. This study is to suggest basic principles and a framework to design a new sickness benefit for universal health coverage, which is based on reviews on previous studies, related issues, and institutional conditions. This is to provide a theoretical basis to promote further discussion and to support its decision-making.
