대형마트 PB상품의 브랜드 이미지, 품질수준, 지각된 가치가 브랜드 신뢰와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -PB사과 상품을 중심으로- (The Effects of the Levels of Perception about the PB Apples in the Major Supermarkets on the Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 대형유통업체의 PB사과 상품에 대한 소비자들의 지각수준에서 브랜드신뢰와 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혀서 대형유통업체의 PB사과 상품 확대에 대응하는 농업 경영체 및 산지 생산농가의 마케팅 전략의 시사점을 제시 하고자 하였다. 분석결과, PB사과 상품의 품질수준은 브랜드신뢰에 영향을 미치고, 품질수준과 지각가치, 브랜드신뢰가 구매의도에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 브랜드이미지는 브랜드신뢰와 구매의도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이에 따른 전략적 시사점은 첫째, NB 사과의 전통성을 강조하여 품질수준에 대한 인식형성이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 소비자들의 구매의욕을 일으킬 수 있는 감성적 포장디자인과 다양한 구성의 상품개발이 필요하다. 셋째, NB사과에 대한 소비자들의 지각가치 향상을 위해서 NB사과 상품구매의 편리성제공으로 지각가치를 향상 시켜야 한다. 넷째, 생산자 단체와 소비자단체의 지속적인 연계활동을 통하여 NB사과 상품에 대한 브랜드 신뢰도를 향상 시켜야 한다.

사회적 책임활동이 브랜드자산과 소비자태도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Brand Equity and Consumer Attitude)

  • Purpose - The use of corporate social activities to implement the concept of corporate social responsibility enhances brand equity and attitude, and strengthens economic competitiveness. In areas such as mobile communications, companies take the responsibility of protecting customers and enhance the quality of the mobile communication service, helping to make an effort to obey the regulations of the public trade order and fair trade agreement, enabling a healthy society through communication with elderly living alone or youths without parents, and enhancing marketing strategies. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted. The surveyed population includes people who use the big three mobile communication services. The survey was conducted from October 4th to October 14th, 2013. A total of 500 survey questionnaires were circulated and 483 were collected; out of these, 32 were excluded due to missing or incomprehensible information. The data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 via frequency analysis, trust analysis, search factor analysis, relationship analysis, confirmation factor analysis using AMOS 18.0, and structural equation model analysis. Results - Research on corporate social responsibility has been frequently conducted recently. Companies are perceived as social constituents satisfying the social desires of people in addition to customer needs. Further, companies are returning profits to society to satisfy community needs, because there is greater emphasis on the social responsibilities of companies. Companies' social responsibilities should include marketing strategies and the identification of customer needs. This study shows that social service activities influence brand value, which influences customer attitudes; therefore, social service activities indirectly influence customer attitudes. In order to increase customers' purchasing intention, it is essential to improve brand image via social services and provide a distinctive quality of service. Conclusions - This research has used the purposive selection method in the empirical analysis to identify the effect of social services on brand value and customer attitude. Therefore, this study revealed that businesses, whose ultimate objective is to improve customers' purchasing intention, should promote their brand equity through corporate social responsibility activities and offer a distinct service quality. Limitations in the progress of research were found and future indications to overcome these limitations are suggested as follows. First, survey responders had a limited understanding of social responsibilities; therefore, this concept needs to be explained to people first. Second, the research was done on people who live in Daejeon; thus, it is not representative of the entire country. The research has to be repeated with people in other cities. Third, there is a limitation in the study because the purposive selection method was used on Daejeon customers. In the future, a more precise selection of the population is needed. Fourth, Daejeon has unique geographical and size characteristics. Thus, customers in Seoul and other areas may display different characteristics and research on them may reveal different findings. Therefore, again, this study has to be repeated in other areas.

커피 전문점의 인지된 가치가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 실용적, 유희적, 사회적 가치를 중심으로 (Effect of Perceived Value on Customer's Repurchase Intention in a Coffee Chain Context: Focused on Utilitarian, Hedonic, and Social Value)

  • 본 연구에서는 커피 전문점 고객들의 구매 의사 결정 메커니즘에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 고객들의 재구매 의도를 형성하는 주요 선행 요인으로 고객 만족, 인지된 가치, 브랜드 이미지를 고려하였다. 인지된 가치는 다차원 접근법을 바탕으로 실용적 가치, 유희적 가치, 사회적 가치로 구분하여, 각 가치 요인들이 고객들의 구매 의사 결정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 커피 전문점을 자주 방문한 232명의 대학생들을 대상으로 분석하였으며, LISREL을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 제안한 연구 모형은 재구매 의도 분산의 67%, 고객 만족 분산의 73%를 설명하였다. 고객 만족과 브랜드 이미지는 재구매 의도 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하였다. 그리고 실용적 가치와 유희적 가치는 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 사회적 가치는 재구매 의도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

중국 여성의 물질주의 가치가 의복쇼핑성향과 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향 - 밀레니얼 세대를 중심으로 - (The effects of materialism value on clothing shopping orientation and impulse buying behaviors of chinese female consumers - Focused on millennials -)

  • The purposes of this study was to investigate the effects of materialism value on the clothing shopping orientation and impulse buying behaviors of Chinese female consumers. The subjects were 417 female millennials in Gillim-province, China. The research method was a survey, and the questionnaire consisted of questions to ascertain materialism value, clothing shopping orientation, impulse buying behaviors, and the subjects' demographic characteristics. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's α, factor analysis, and regression analysis were performed. The results of this study were as follows: First, materialism value was derived with 3 factors (happiness pursuit, possession-oriented, and success judgement). Second, the clothing shopping orientation was derived with 5 factors (trend pursuit, pleasure pursuit, brand pursuit, economic pursuit, and convenience pursuit). Third, the impulse buying behavior was derived with 4 factors (pure, planned, reminder, and implicit impulse buying). Forth, materialism value had significant effects on clothing shopping orientation. The higher the value of materialism, the more the brand pursuit, pleasure pursuit, and trend pursuit shopping orientation increased, while the economic pursuit and convenience pursuit shopping orientation decreased. Fifth, materialism value had significant effect on pure and planned impulse buying behaviors. As the value of materialism increased, pure and planned impulsive buying behaviors increased. This study suggested that materialism value is an effective variable to understand the clothing shopping orientation and clothing impulse buying behavior.

중소기업 CRM 전략에 관한 시스템 다이내믹스 접근 (A Study on the Analyzing CRM Strategy of Local Distribution Firm Using the System Dynamics)

  • Coping with the rapid change of competition in retail industry, retail firms have dreamed various differentiation strategy to obtain their added value and their life. And they have considered CRM strategy that can differentiate with other retail firms in order to develop some new differentiation factors. So we searched new factors that is best for "T store" and found CRM strategy such as the optimization for product portfolio considering private-brand products and the optimization for product display for customer demands. This study is meaningful in that it has suggested a new CRM strategy model, which can manage new various differentiation factors of a retail firms considering its core competence. We verified and altered retail firm's business model using system dynamics. By simulation results, CRM strategy need long time to obtain visible and satisfactory performance of "T store".

  • A business is an organized. profit-seeking activity that provides goods and service designed to satisfy customer' needs. For years, Internet users have been dream of intelligent software agents that automatically prowl the online world and bring back high-quality information. In the era of web2.0, Internet users can communicate each other on open platforms(e-mail, Naver Knowledge-In. Cyworld, Wikipedia, and blog etc.). The author investigate the impact of web2.0 user's perceived value. affective commitment. brand equity on loyalty intention. The results suggest that excellent service quality will be alternative solving in web2.0 business environment.

Veneer Resin의 색안정성에 관한 연구 (STUDY ON THE COLOR STABILITY OF VENEER RESIN)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the color stability of 2 light - polymerized veneer resins and 3 heat - polymerized veneer resins. Five specimen discs of each brand were immersed in distilled water at $37^{\circ}C$, in darkroom for 120 days. The distilled water was changed on every third day to prevent contamination from micro - organisms. The color characteristics of all the samples were measured by computer controlled spectrophotometer. The appearence was characterized by means of the $L^*$, $a^*$ and $b^*$ uniform color space(CIELAB) and total color difference was calculated. The following results were obtained 1) ${\Delta}E^*ab$ - value in all brand except IS is were greater than 1 perceptable in visual evaluation. 2) ${\Delta}E^*ab$ - value in VI, IS and VG were lower than upper limit of acceptablilty(3.3 in ${\Delta}E^*ab$). DC was the worst in color stability and was changed into yellow color.

  • Today a consumer is confused and he looks only for values in relation to the prices spent by him/her in the buying process. He/She relates value in terms product pricing, brand value, his experiences etc. This therefore gives a vast scope for organized retailing that can make products available as per the aspirations of the consumer. For these organized retailers, Shopping Malls are acting as a catalyst and helping them to enhance their growth all over the country. They are providing them the required infrastructure and also helping them to achieve a faster growth. The present study is therefore done visualizing the opportunities available in the Indian market and the issues faced by the mushrooming of Malls in Indian metropolitan cities making their survival difficult due to cut-throat competition. This is also resulting in poor occupation and is not able to find neither the right rentals nor the footfalls.

Differential Impact of Customer Equity Drivers on Satisfaction: The Case of China's Telecommunications Industry

  • As the necessity of customer relationship management (CRM) increases, measuring the performance of CRM have been actively discussed. Customer equity (CE) is regarded as an appropriate indicator for evaluating the outcomes of marketing activities. There are three drivers of CE: brand, value, and relationship equity. This study aims to investigate the impact of three drivers on customer satisfaction. Market competition is an environmental factor that affects the effectiveness of CRM. This study divides target firms into leaders and followers. This study found that the differential impact of CE drivers on customer satisfaction depends on the firm's status (leader or follower). Specifically, the brand equity driver significantly impacts the leader firm. However, the impacts of value and relationship equity drivers are bigger for follower firms. The above results suggest that firms need to build CRM strategies that consider the competitive situation of the market and their position.

국내 아파트브랜드 명명(命名)에 담긴 조경지향적 설득언어 - 유형 및 어휘소 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Landscape-Oriented Persuasive Language from Naming the Apartment Brand in Korea - Focus on the Analysis of Category and Lexeme -)

  • 본 연구는 기호학적 분석과 해석을 통해 아파트브랜드 명명(命名)에 담긴 의미와 가치를 살피고, 브랜드가 지향하는 조경적 관점의 설득 메시지가 무엇인가를 밝히고자 시도되었다. 명명 조어분석 결과, 조합과 접합 그리고 혼성방식의 경향이 강한데, 이는 주거문화의 다양한 가치를 담기 위한 시도로 판단된다. 명명 발상법은 문자의 상징성 강조 방식이 강하며, 다의적 메시지를 전달하고자 하는 중의법적 경향과 건물에 인격을 부여하기 위한 의인화, 고유어 및 한자를 적절히 섞어 이용함으로써 자연과 인간의 조화 및 전통적 주거관을 현대적 감각으로 되살리고자 하는 실험성도 동시에 발견된다. 어휘소의 빈도 분석 결과, ville, nature, beauty(미(美)), human, park, hi, green, palace(궁(宮)), nobility, centre(tra) 등의 순으로 설득언어의 등장 비중이 높음을 알 수 있는데, 이는 대부분 조경 및 전망, 자연성 그리고 품격 등을 설명하는 어휘소로 판단된다. 또한 아파트브랜드 포지셔닝 등 기존 연구동향을 바탕으로 한 분석틀에 의한 어휘소 유형화 결과, 국내 아파트브랜드의 지향점과 가치를 좌우하는 가장 비중 있는 외적 개념 축은 '환경지향성'과 '감성지향성'이며, 내부적으로 '기능지향적' 특성이 강화되는 추세로 볼 수 있다. 또한 '환경지향성'을 표출하는 대표적 설득언어이자 브랜드 어휘소의 순위가 정원 및 공원, 전망 그리고 자연성 등임을 볼 때 '조경적 설득 메시지'가 브랜드 명명에 팽배되어 있음을 엿볼 수 있다. 또한 palace, nobility, class를 주요 어휘소로 하는 '품격축'과 human I, you 등을 어휘소로 하는 '자부심축' 등의 감성지향적 설득언어 역시 브랜드의 차별화와 고급화를 선도하는 중요 가치개념이자 설득언어로 활용되고 있다. 더불어 환경지향적 관점으로 유형화한 전망축의 어휘소 중 hi, hill, tower, view, mark, heights 등의 어휘소는 주상복합아파트 등 조망을 주요 가치개념으로 한 초고층아파트가 지향 트렌드와 중복되고 있음을 비추어볼 때, 당분간 고층지향적 설득언어 역시 국내 아파트브랜드의 동향을 지배하는 요인이 될 것으로 예견된다.
