  • The decision making procedure of consumer's post purchase is important because post purchase evaluation function is the physiological variables in repurchasing. The previous studies of post-purchase decision making showed that consumer compared the expectation of pre-buying with the performance of the product of post-buying. After consumers evaluates the products, consumer is satisfactory or dissatisfactory with products. And the satisfaction effects repurchase intention. The criteria which consumer didn't consider can be important to consumer after buying. Therefore the research problems are as follows; 1. To reveal the consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criterita and to indentify the dimensions of post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria. 2, To examine a causal model of the repurchase intention by post- purchase clothing evaluative criteria, satisfaction and brand attitude, A questionnaire was developed and administered 530 women living in Taejeon, and social daytime wear was selected as a clothing item for the study. Consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria were composed of six dimensions; Fit, Utility, Management, Transformation, Wearing/sewing, Esthetic factor. The main causal model of repurchase intention is that post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria - satisfaction - brand altitude - repurchase intention. Finally we found that the post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria were important because the repurchase intention depended on post-purchase clothing evaluation, too.

Based on a total of 301 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 5 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit of the data, ${\chi}^2=635.175$(p<0.001), df=233, CMIN/DF=2.726, GFI=0.863, NFI=0.859, CFI=0.903, TLI=0.885, RMSEA=0.068. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed that the sublevels of CBBE of stock farm product brand such as perceived product quality(${\beta}=.562$) and brand image(${\beta}=.377$) had a positive significant influence on brand trust. In addition, brand trust had a positive significant influence on customer satisfaction(${\beta}=.525$) and repurchase intention(${\beta}=.669$). • The purpose of this study was to identify psychological and behavioral outcomes of commitment to apparel brand community by test structural equation model. Subjects of 317 members for 9 selected apparel communities responded the questionnaire in the home-page or in the attached file. The results were as follows: 1) The suggested structural equation mode was accepted by data from apparel brand communities with hish brand strength(${\chi}^2=97.42$, d.f.=89, p=0.25, GFI=0.92, AGFI=0.88, RMR=0.05, NFI=0.94). However, this model wasn't accepted by data kom apparel brand communities with low brand strength. 2) Three types of commitment to brand community(emotional, continuous and normative commitments) influenced brand identification positively and brand identification positively influenced three types of behavioral outcomes(favorable word-of-mouth, co-production and repurchase of brand). Therefore, managements need to develop marketing programs to promote each type of commitment to their's own brand community.
