국내 브랜드 사이트에서의 멀티미디어컨텐츠 적용실태 조사를 통한 디자인전략 연구 (A Study of Design Strategies for Multimedia Content on Domestic Brand Sites)

  • 최근 대두되는 브랜드에 대한 가치 인식의 재고는 인터넷의 환경 속에서도 빠른 대처를 요구하고 있다. 그 가장 대표적인 변화가 브랜드 사이트의 등장과 그 사이트를 통한 브랜드 마케팅의 노력일 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 브랜드 사이트의 컨텐츠디자인 연구를 위해 먼저 브랜드 사이트의 개념을 이해하고, 소비자가 뽑은 인지도 1위 브랜드들의 사이트들을 대상으로 국내 브랜드 사이트의 디자인현황을 살펴보고자 한다. 관찰결과를 바탕으로 브랜드 사이트의 멀티미디어 적용 실태를 파악하고, 효율적인 브랜드 이미지 구축 방안의 하나로 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 응용을 제시한다. 이어 효율적인 멀티미디어컨텐츠 적용을 위해 사이트의 특성과 사용자 성향에 부합하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 디자인 전략을 제시해 봄으로써 온라인 브랜드 마케팅의 발전과 인터넷 환경에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 디자인 기회 가능성을 확장해 보고자 하였다. 후속 연구로는 브랜드사이트의 인지도 형성과 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 디자인 유형에 관한 상관성 연구가 현재 진행되고 있다.

The Relationships among Brand Assets, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty related to Golf Products

  • Purpose - In this study, it investigates the relationship among brand asset, customer satisfaction, brand trust, and brand loyalty related to golf products. Research design and methodology - The study was conducted with 500 customers from five indoor and outdoor golf training centers located in Seoul, South Korea. The method of tabulation was developed using a nonprobability convenience sampling and the questionnaire was administered through self-administration. The survey was conducted on-site between July 2018 and August 2018 by four trained researchers, including the researchers. Five indoor golf training centers in Seoul were randomly selected, and a total of 500 samples were collected by radio at each training site. Of the 500 questionnaires collected, 449 were utilized once incomplete questionnaires were removed from the sample. Results - This study was as follows. First, brand asset was a significant predictor of customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was a significant predictor of brand asset. Third, customer satisfaction was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fourth, brand trust was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fifth, brand asset was a significant predictor of brand trust. Finally, brand trust was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Conclusions - First, the results showed that brand assets had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was shown to have a significant effect on brand trust. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on brand loyalty.

A Classification of Luxury Fashion Brands' E-commerce Sites

  • The aim of this study was to analyze e-commerce sites of luxury fashion brands in order to provide insights on how to enhance online site quality. For the research, forty-eight components of thirty-one luxury fashion brands' e-commerce sites were investigated during October 2013. For the analysis of clustering e-commerce site components and segmenting e-commerce sites of luxury brands, a hierarchical cluster analysis was applied through using the Ward's method and squared Euclidian distance for binary data. Further, Fisher's exact test was applied in order to distinguish three groups of characteristics in the luxury e-commerce sites. These analyses were carried out by SPSS 21. The result indicated that the components of e-commerce sites were grouped into three categories: basic elements, additional elements and elements of building brand identity. These components were categorized by whether their functions were basic and essential or additional and advanced. The other norm of categorization was related to brand identity. Furthermore, the luxury brands' e-commerce sites were segmented into three groups: a group of endeavoring to promote goods, a group of undistinguished performance, and a group of endeavoring to intensify brand identity. In this segmentation, brand identity or promotional aspects were decisive. Overall, luxury brands were trying to convey their traditional strength through their e-commerce sites. In order to achieve this purpose, brand identity or promotional aspects played an important role.

브랜드체험이 감정적 반응을 통해 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향력에 관한 연구 - 패션브랜드를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Brand Experience on Brand Loyalty according to Emotional Responses - Focused on Brand Experience with Fashion Brand -)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of brand experience on Brand Loyalty according to Emotional Responses. For this study, data were collected through Google questionnaires site. The survey ran from March to May, 2015, the total of 329 respondents was used in analysis. The subject consisted of adults living in domestic region, and convenience sampling. For statistical analysis, AMOS were used to verify the study model. The major results of the research are as follows. First, as to the relation between brand experiences and affectional responses, all of experience dimensions positively affect affectional responses. Second, regarding the relation between brand experience and brand attitude, partially experience dimensions affect brand attitude. Third, affectional responses affect positively brand attachment. Forth, brand attitude affect positively brand attachment. Fifth, brand attachment positively affect attitudinal brand loyalty and behavioral brand loyalty. Finally, with regard to the relation between brand experiences and brand attitude, consumer need for uniqueness has partially moderating effects when behavior experience affect brand attitude.

패션제품에 대한 모바일 쇼핑 사이트 유형별 커머스 전략 연구 (A Study on Commerce Strategies by Mobile Shopping Site Types for Fashion Products)

  • This study analyzed consumers' online fashion shopping site usage by site type and analyzed how product information search and product purchase differ. In addition, by comparing and analyzing preference and selection factors of PC and mobile shopping, we tried to provide basic data of effective mobile commerce operation strategy according to expansion of mobile market in fashion industry. We surveyed the use of 6 types of online sites (portal site, open market, general shopping mall, social commerce shopping mall, brand shopping mall and non-brand shopping mall) to understand the usage of mobile shopping site for consumers' fashion products. Consumer survey subjects were 373 college students in their early 20s who had the most mobile shopping experiences. The questionnaire consisted of online fashion site usage items, internet and mobile fashion shopping preference (6 items), internet and mobile shopping choice behavior (10 items), and purchase intention (3 items) .Data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 program. The high preference of portal sites, open market, social commerce, and non-brand shopping malls in shopping online fashion products is a result of the perceptual changes of major distribution channels and the trends of consumers' value consumption tendency. Therefore, it is necessary for fashion companies to actively cope with fashion product distribution competition with huge shopping sites of current online market by well understanding consumers' preference trends and factors of online sites.

Color Image Analysis of Cosmetic Web-Site for Color Marketing

  • This study aims to derive the sensitive image analysing the color tones based on the web-sites of cosmetic brand and to know how the web-site color tones and the color tone image as visual factor for information transfer do influence the effective communication. 10 cosmetic brand web-sites are selected based on the pre survey, and the main page color tones of cosmetic brand web-site are analyzed by Color Catch and Munsell Conversion program, whereas the composition of color tones and color image such as the main trend colors, secondary colors, accent colors and etc are analyzed by a graphic professional program 'Adobe Photoshop'. 5 color tone groups are classified as Black&White, Green&White, Blue&White, Purple&White and Red&White according to the color distribution chart, and the emotional language is derived applying them to the pre research and IRI image scale. The color association is empirically analyzed by a survey method. The study results finally show Black&White is proper for expression of high quality and modern image, Green&White for pure and clean image, Blue&White for cool and transparent image, Purple&White for mysterious and elegant image respectively. This study results are necessary for plan of color delivering the strong transferring power of visual information the time when to make the effective web-sites, and it hopefully will be utilized as the basic data for the color marketing to actively express the brand identity and to satisfy the consumers' sensitivity.

  • A cosmetic shop in a department store is the best place in Korea's cosmetic market flow that shows the total image of each brand. The present day departmental cosmetic shops are centered around global brands and comparative brand power is competing with a small number of local brands. It is a fact that not only regarding the brand power of local brands but also the space design of their shops are different than the global brands. And, influenced by a modern society, culture, economic surrounding, the customers are getting original and individual. Their individualistic life style is demanding a shop environment with new concept. Such a sale environment is not for just product sale and a place where exchange economy of sale occurs. It is requisite for communication where total marketing strategy Is used In an active way. We must acknowledge it as a symbolic place being the ultimate site of customer oriented exchange economy showing the image of both product and the company. The aim of this plan is to set up a sale environment that will enhance the brand awareness and product value. We intended to provide purchase comfort and visual effect to the customer simultaneously with an Increase in customer attention by putting in the appropriate design requisites as per the brand specialty and by the application of a distinguished S.I.P (Store Identity Program) for the shop.

브랜드 확립을 위한 상점공간 디자인 분석 연구 - 혁신적 제품과 체험 공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on Store Design Strategy for Establishing Brand Identity - Focus on innovative products and spaces for experiences -)

  • Retail space itself could be one of the marketing strategies, through creating space, and communicating brand identity. Especially for innovative products, such as mobile technology products, store is not just to sell products but to provide experiences so that users can fudge usefulness of products and reduce uncertainties to adopt the products. The purpose of this study is to investigate how environmental features and physical artifacts contribute to promote experiences of innovative products in stores and how physical environment help to establish brand identity. For this study, site visits, observation, and literature review were conducted. For case studies, three retail spaces (Apple, Iriver, Sony) and one service space(TTL) were selected. Compared to the service space, three retail spaces have more transparent and open store front design characteristics. For the experiences of shoppers, products displayed in a radial shape, round shape, column shape, and around peripherals of the stores. A service oriented space, TTL zone is differentiated from three retail spaces in terms of layout, store front design, and experience areas. Compared to the traditional stores selling innovative products, the case stores showed more warm atmosphere using various shape, wood materials, lighting fixtures and furniture.

e비즈니스에서 신뢰의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (Determinants of Consumer Trust in e-Business)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the determinants of consumer trust in e-business. It examines consumer perceptions trust in a Web site and address following research questions: What factors influence consumer trust in a Web site and what specific Web site cues are associated with trust and satisfaction? We test our hypothesis in a empirical data from 568 consumers across 4 Web sites. By factor analysis, the results show that Web site characteristics are such as product information and purchase process , system stability, navigation, privacy(security), design, information of seller, pay methods, and customer service. We also find that brand and Web site characteristics such as Web site design, navigation, privacy(security), and customer service can explain over 59% of the variance in Web site trust and 60% in satisfaction. The results offer important implication for Web site strategies that include the manipulation of factors influencing Web site trust. And the future directions of the present research are discussed.
