Decision making for gas boiler consumers depends on the characteristics of products such as the price and quality as well as the brand image. Although a gas boiler is a high involvement product in terms of price, in fact, it is a low involvement product which is greatly affected by installers. This study examined variables which affect the level of satisfaction and repurchase intention by surveying about 1,000 housewives through an on-line questionnaire. The results were as follows: first, gas boiler users' general knowledge of gas boilers showed a correct-answer rate of 54.5%. The average satisfaction score of product quality (mean=5.61 out of 7) was higher than that of the satisfactionscore of the company's service (mean=5.46). Second, the level of repurchase intention was above the mid-point (mean=4.72). Multivariate regression found that product satisfaction, service satisfaction, household size, and information sources explained repurchase intentions for gas boilers to be about 50.7%. Gas boiler marketers should pay attention to the survey result in that the level of repurchase intention depends mainly on both consumer satisfaction and information sources.

High purchasing group was showing low self-esteem and self·control and high materialism than others. Variables that affect addictive buying tendencies of internet fashion product were shown accordingly brand promotion, materialism, web display promotion, and self-esteem. Fashion brands have traditionally conveyed emotions through brand image and images such as fashion photos; however, fashion films play an important role in conveying emotion to consumers due to changes that have resulted from the development of digital technology. This study investigates haptic perceptions in fashion films based on Laura Marks' theory. The study concurrently conducted literature and case studies. Haptic and is a condition of touching an object without actually touching it. Marks describes haptic theory as an embodied perception of physical effects that occur as images affect the body. Haptic perceptions that cause a sense of touching when looking at a fashion film can be understood as a formality embodied in the body of the object and spectator created by the object and spectator's clothing experience. Our bodies and apparel can be seen as being perceived and imprinted in our bodies by constantly experiencing and maintaining relationships in an inseparable relationship. Thus, when we look at fashion films, the haptic image invites feeling embodied in our body and provide a haptic perception. As a result, factors for the haptic perception in fashion film are ambiguity of images, fetish image, and non-narrative. Fashion companies are expected to make active use of haptic elements as an era of artificial intelligence arrives and the size of the e-commerce market grows.
Climate change and global warming are the biggest challenges of the current generation. Every industry has contributed to the climate change and global warming. Even the apparel industry cannot avoid the criticism regarding fast fashion and its contribution to the pollution. The transition to the decarbonized economy is in progress. All aspects of business functions are influenced by climate change. Sustainable development and climate change are closely linked, and business plays the key role in addressing and finding solutions to the challenges of climate change. Luxury brands are the trendsetters and tastemakers. They are the leaders in the fashion industry and therefore responsible for improving on sustainability as well. Even luxury business cannot avoid environmental issues. The relation between luxury and sustainability is explored with the Burberry case based on the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework. There are various ways for luxury brands to excel in sustainability and affect other companies' practices. The companies can incorporate the concept of sustainability in their brand stories as part of the branding process. They can also improve demand planning accuracy and produce upcycled goods. Centering on Burberry's case, this paper aims to explore the current sustainable practices of luxury business along with its future direction toward sustainable development. Its contribution and directions for both researchers and business practitioners are discussed.

Knowing how to build and maintain consumer trust is crucial for e-commerce. Despite the number of empirical studies that have explored the factors that influence consumer trust, none of them considers the relative importance of different antecedents and how they interact to influence consumer trust. Therefore, based on the integrated Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) approaches, we establish a hierarchical structural model, which not only demonstrates the intensity of the relationships but also identifies the interdependence among the drivers of consumer trust in E-commerce. The findings confirm that propensity to trust is the most important determinant of consumer trust. The brand-related factors and platform-related factors are prominent in the process of building trust as they influence consumer trust indirectly through propensity to trust. Geographic location, demographic variables, and high security are identified as the root causes that affect consumer trust through other trust antecedents. Furthermore, the findings of this study offer valuable insights into an important element of e-commerce and provide a useful platform for future research. More represented samples and factors are encouraged for further research to ensure research fairness and minimize consumer distrust and uncertainty.
This work investigates how domestic or foreign ERP affects the relationship between risks associated ERP implementation and intention to adopt risk-mitigating options. We propose three risks such as ERP vendor risk, economic risk, and security risk should affect positively the intention to adopt the risk-mitigating options. To validate the impact of risks and to examine the difference between domestic and foreign ERP, we collected data from IT managers in small and medium sized logistics companies in South Korea using survey questionnaires. We validate the difference between domestic ERP and foreign ERP using multiple regression analyses. We find that IT managers using domestic ERP are willing to adopt risk-mitigating options for economic and security risk. In contrast, we find that IT managers using foreign ERP are willing to adopt risk-mitigating options for ERP-vendor risk. This work may provide IT managers in logistics industry a practical guideline of choosing either domestic or foreign ERP based on their risk preferences.
Purpose: Rural tourism, as a green and sustainable new development method, has become a new economic growth point in China's rural revitalization. The current research on rural tourism has not formed a complete and mature theoretical system, especially the study of tourist satisfaction. This paper is based on the perspective of tourist satisfaction and takes rural tourism in southern Jiangsu, China as the research object. Starting from the current situation of rural tourism development in southern Jiangsu, it elaborates on the current situation of rural tourism development in southern Jiangsu. Research design, data and methodology: Through literature analysis, it is concluded that the factors that affect tourist satisfaction are divided into four major aspects: personal factors, perceived effect factors, destination experience factors, and social factors. Design a survey questionnaire from four aspects: diversity, safety, convenience, agreeableness, and draw conclusions through data analysis. Results: From the four dimensions of the survey, tourists pay more attention to the diversity, agreeableness, and convenience of rural tourism products. This requires increasing the development of tourism products and improving the richness and diversity of rural tourism products. Conclusions: Therefore, optimization measures such as continuously implementing local rural cultural construction, establishing brand effects, and increasing policy support have been proposed.
