Scythians kept herds of horses, cattle, and sheep, lived in tent-covered wagons, and fought with bows and arrows on horseback. They developed a rich culture characterized by opulent tombs, fine metalwork, and a brilliant art style. The excavations of royal burials have provided the most complete record of the jewelry of the Scythians. Typical art objects were in the form of stags or other animals, hammered or stamped out of gold and often inlaid with colored stones or glass. The Bracelet consisted of two of distinct technique : One made from heavy forged gold bars, terminated with more delicate spiraled finals. Another technique used beaten gold foil, perhaps as thick as a piece of paper with fabulous designs repousse and chased (impressed in relief into the gold with small hammers and chisels) into the metal. They also used stones and clay dies to form gold foil into people repeated also motifs for use in torques and belts. The Scythian Bracelet were divided into 4 styles according to the shape, Bracelets with ends shaped like beasts style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crown with openwork style. Scythian Bracelet in the Black Sea region had completely degenerated, stifled by motifs and shapes of Greek origin, retaining its representational realism and its full emotional vitality.

As cities develops, road systems become more and more complicated. These days people depends on navigation systems when walking as well as driving cars. General navigation systems are either installed in cars or exists as smart phone applications. Therefore, it is very difficult to use them while walking or riding bicycles. Moreover, disabled person cannot use them to find his destinations. In this paper, we propose a bracelet navigation system for walkers and disabled people, and describe the design and implementation of such a device. This navigation will help not only walkers and people riding bicycle but also disabled people to actively participate their social activities.

Bracelets have enjoyed extensive use among the Chinese since antiquity as decorative pieces credited with warding off evil forces and inviting auspicious fortune. This study aims to integrate traditional cultural elements, such as Yuan blue and white porcelain flower patterns, into modern design using 3D printing technology to create culturally inspired bracelets. To this end, bracelet designs from the top four museums on Taobao were examined. In addition, we analyzed online reviews of culturally themed bracelets using text mining and applying FEA criteria and found that Chinese consumers are easy to wear and sizable, enhance cultural pride, and drive the demand for artistically sophisticated bracelets. The research culminates in the development of a modular bracelet design inspired by flower motifs from blue and white ware of the Yuan dynasty, with an emphasis on iterative improvements based on reviewer feedback. The final design meets consumers' expressive and aesthetic needs while also maintaining cultural integrity and functionality. The aim of the study is to inspire pride in traditional culture, provide insights for fashion accessory industries, and promote the national image through the development of culturally inspired products.

The background of Korean Ethnical Costume was originated from those northern mounted nomadic groups, which was Scythe style Costume Culture. Through the antique records and paintings of tombs bequests hereby describe the forms of Scythian Cotume (1) Headgear : There was Conical Cap(or Pointed Cap), Feathered Cap, and Crown. (2) Clothes : Both Men and Women wore Jacket as upper garment with leftsided collars, narrow sleeves to the length of the hip line. As lower garment, they wore the tight Trousers and Kungo(:窮袴)that was attached with gusset. (3) Belts and Boots : On the upper garment bound the leather Belts that was hanged a hook that was shaped of animal form at the end. Scythian Buckles was divided into six groups, animal-shaped, animal's head shaped, animal fight-shaped, rectangle-shaped, rectangle openwork-shaped, genre scene shaped Buckle. To the Boots, they wore leather boots. (4) Ornaments : Ornaments divided into Dress Trimming(:Gold plaques), Earrings, Necklaces(;Torques), Bracelets, Rings. Scythian Gold Plaques were divided into several types according to the shape, animal style(curved beast shape, profile shape, head reversed over its back shape), round shape, quadrilateral form, star shape, flower shape, crescent shape, bundle shape, human appearance. Earrings consisted of a plain ring and pendant ring was a middle ornament hung from it to a pendants which hung was made of heart shaped leaves of the tree, beads-linked. Scythian Torques were divided into several types according to the shape, Torque with Terminal style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crescent-shaped pectoral style, Crown style. Scythian Bracelet were divided into 4 styles according to the shape, Bracelets with ends shaped like beasts style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crown with openwork style. Rings were rhomb-shaped and animal shaped styleRings (5) Animal motifs used in Scythian ornaments appears that in some cases the work was intended to be purely ornamental, while many times the motifs had symbolic meaning (such as the successful dominance of the aggressor over the victim portrayed in the attack scenes). Magical use of symbols may have been inten-ded to guarantee the power of the aggressor.

Lately electronic tagging policy for the sexual offenders was introduced in order to reduce and prevent sexual offences. However, most sexual offences against children happening these days are committed by the tagged offenders whose identities have been released. So, for the crime prevention, we need measures with which we could minimize the suffers more promptly and actively. This paper suggests a new system to relieve the sexual abuse related anxiety of the children and solve the problems that electronic bracelet has. Existing bracelets are only worn by serious criminals, and it's only for risk management and positioning, there is no way to protect the children who are the potential victims of sexual abuse and there actually happened some cases. So we suggest also letting the students(children) wear the LBS(Location Based Service) and USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technology based electronic bracelets to monitor and figure out dangerous situations intelligently, so that we could prevent sexual offences against children beforehand, and while a crime is happening, we could judge the situation of the crime intelligently and take swift action to minimize the suffer. And by checking students' attendance and position, guardians could know where their children are in real time and could protect the children from not only sexual offences but also violent crimes against children like kidnapping. The overall system is like follows : RFID Tag for children monitors the approach of offenders. While an offender's RFID tag is approaching, it will transmit the situation and position as the first warning message to the control center and the guardians. When the offender is going far away, it turns to monitoring mode, and if the tag of the child or the offender is taken off or the child and offender stay at one position for 3~5 minutes or longer, then it will consider this as a dangerous situation, then transmit the emergency situations and position as the second warning message to the control center and the guardians, and ask for the dispatch of police to prevent the crime at the initial stage. The RFID module of criminals' electronic bracelets is RFID TAG, and the RFID module for the children is RFID receiver(reader), so wherever the offenders are, if an offender is at a place within 20m from a child, RFID module for children will transmit the situation every certain periods to the control center by the automatic response of the receiver. As for the positioning module, outdoors GPS or mobile communications module(CELL module)is used and UWB, WI-FI based module is used indoors. The sensor is set under the purpose of making it possible to measure the position coordinates even indoors, so that one could send his real time situation and position to the server of central control center. By using the RFID electronic roll book system of educational institutions and safety system installed at home, children's position and situation can be checked. When the child leaves for school, attendance can be checked through the electronic roll book, and when school is over the information is sent to the guardians. And using RFID access control turnstiles installed at the apartment or entrance of the house, the arrival of the children could be checked and the information is transmitted to the guardians. If the student is absent or didn't arrive at home, the information of the child is sent to the central control center from the electronic roll book or access control turnstiles, and look for the position of the child's electronic bracelet using GPS or mobile communications module, then send the information to the guardians and teacher so that they could report to the police immediately if necessary. Central management and control system is built under the purpose of monitoring dangerous situations and guardians' checking. It saves the warning and pattern data to figure out the areas with dangerous situation, and could help introduce crime prevention systems like CCTV with the highest priority. And by DB establishment personal data could be saved, the frequency of first and second warnings made, the terminal ID of the specific child and offender, warning made position, situation (like approaching, taken off of the electronic bracelet, same position for a certain time) and so on could be recorded, and the data is going to be used for preventing crimes. Even though we've already introduced electronic tagging to prevent recurrence of child sexual offences, but the crimes continuously occur. So I suggest this system to prevent crimes beforehand concerning the children's safety. If we make electronic bracelets easy to use and carry, and set the price reasonably so that many children can use, then lots of criminals could be prevented and we can protect the children easily. By preventing criminals before happening, it is going to be a helpful system for our safe life.

When considering clothing of the North American Indians, it is important to understand historical background of the North American Indians. With the coming of he Europeans, the North American Indians adopted new materials of clothing and ornamentation and added European elements to their own dresses. New materials appeared in textiles, beadswork, and metalwork. The introduction of the "true" loom and steel needle by the Spanish led in the New World to the development of a weaving culture. Cotton cloth, in calico prints, gingham, or plain were made into dresses, and colorful applique, patchwork designs adapted from the white women. Cloth made an immediate impact, replacing skin that is so time-consuming in preparation. Glass beads, pony beads, seed beads and ribbons were used to create adornment Indian clothing. Brass, tin and silver were used among Indian metalworkers to make some ring, necklace, bracelet, etc.

The purpose of this study is to find out the preference and the opinion of feminine seniors on the life support appliances(video phone, medication dispenser, activity monitor and sleep monitor). The appliances may be improved reflecting the result of the preferred functions and designs. The respondents were 141 feminine seniors of 65 years & older, living in Ulsan city or Cheongju city, Korea. Following is the result. 1) All the responses answered that the medication dispenser, video phone and activity monitor, sleep monitor are useful appliances. 2) All the seniors expressed prefer to function of the appliances, and were highly concerned about the price, safety and convenience. 3)The preferred designs were (1) white or red standing medication dispenser,(2) wall-mounted video phone working by voice, (3) metal activity monitor sensor like white or yellow bracelet.

Electronic monitoring system was recently introduced as an effective means of controlling certain criminal offenders. Korean society manages ex-convicts only in reliance on the electronic monitoring system, which has a clear limit. For this reason, The reorientation program should be put before anything to subdivide the perpetrators equipped with the electronic monitoring device and separate them from the others from the start, or identify their criminal propensity and heal them.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the formative characteristics appeared in modem Kitsch fashion which has been shown through the empirical data photogrphes from the 2000's to 2003 and the formative characteristics of Kitsch were divided into the material, ornament, color, pattern to understand the modem Kitsch fashion. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: First, the modem Kitsch fashion in the material was used cheap, counterfeit materials like vinyl, artificial leather, immitation fur, beads and non-artistic materials like metal, plastic, paper and voluptuous material like seethrough to express eroticism and superficiality as the characteristic of Kitsch. Second, Kitsch fashion in the ornament was shown over-decoration by using the various accessories like bracelet, metal belt, gloves, etc to express as childish and coarse mixtures as the characteristic of Kitsch. Third, the modem Kitsch fashion was using splendid and bright, primary colors to express the image of complicated accumulation. Fourth, the modern Kitsch fashion mainly in the pattern was using ethnic, folklore and pop art pattern or print used hippies and pop art fashion to express the primitive purity as bounding of civilized society.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of jade on headache. Fifty patients with headache were enrolled this study. Jade treated group weared a jade necklace and a jade bracelet during 2 weeks. After treatment we measured symptom improve score. Jade treated group and control group did not showed significantly difference. This result indicated jade could not be useful for treatment of headache.
