소구경 터널에 사용되는 SHOT PATCH용 모르타르의 특성 (Properties of the SHOT PATCH Mortar a Wet System for Small Bore Tunnels)

  • The SHO PATCH System Mortar is a mortar shotcreting system which uses fairly small machine and equipment, and is applied for shotcrete tunnel linings, in particular for small bore tunnels of aqueducts by the TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) method, and for reparing tunnels suffering from spring water and deterioration. This study shows the characteristics of the new mortar shotcreting system, the SHOT PATCh System Mortar, which exhibits excellent shotcrete performance.

  • Recently, TBM (Tunnel Boring Machince) method for a tunnel construction in domestic is very promisible due to shorten a constrution period. It is very important to increase the efficiency of the shotcrete for the TBM. The major factors influencing the efficienty of shotcrete are materials, mix disign, constrution conditions and skill of nozzle-man. In this paper, first, optimum synthesize conditions for the shotcrete accelerators was explored and early stiffenting mechanisms also studied. Second, TBM method was applied for a real job site using the optimum conditions obtained from a lab scale experiment.

  • In this study the results of investigation on the physical and mechanical properties of a rockfill dam body were provided. On the crest of the old Namgang dam to be excavated partially, various in-situ tests(boring with SPT, sampling of undisturbed sample, field density test, field permeability test) and geophysical investigation works were performed Rock materials, i.e., shale and sandstone, were collected, and their slake durability was evaluated using slaking durability testing method which is suggested by ISRM.

  • For a safety supervision, watching a restricted area so that no one go there is very important. This has been mostly accomplished by people. They keep an eye on many monitors at onece for a long time. It, however, is too simple and boring to concentrate it for a long time. So it's worth while to construct a watching system by image processing. And the system we made is now actually working at a certain hydroelectric power plant and some other restricted areas in Japan.

  • In order tominimize fixing error of workpieces, circle, prismatic, sphere, cylindrical and sculptures types. Modification Rule by Indexing Table and Modification Rule by NC Program are developed for machining centers by using touch trigger probes. The Modification Rule by Indexing Table meas the alignment of workpiece to NC program through degree of freedoms of indexing table. The Modification Rule by NC Program is the alognment of NC program to workpiece ste-tp condition via the generation of NC progarm. A postprocessing module is alos developed for generating NC-part program(User Macro) to compensate for machining errors in end milling and boring processes. Developed method are verified by experiments.

  • This study was carried out to understand the cause and processes of a reactivated landslide that occurred in Gonmyeong-myeon, Sacheon City, Kyeongsangnam-do. For the study, geologic mapping, geophysical exploration, boring, laboratory testing, and slope stability analyses were conducted. The landslide area has geologic conditions that are prone to slope failure, due to the past landslide. The trigger that caused the landslide was removal of lateral support by excavation of the toe of slopes.

  • 터널 및 지하구조물 시공 중 굴착 대상 지반에 대한 정확한 정보 획득은 작업의 효율성과 안전성을 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 굴착 중 굴진 대상 암반의 지질 구조를 신속하고 정확하게 감지하기 위하여 천공탐사 기법을 이용하였다. 유압 착암기 천공 시 발생하는 천공속도, 회전압, 피드압 등의 기계량을 측정하여 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 암석과 지질 구조적 특성에 의해 변화되는 암반 특성을 평가 하였다. 터널 시공현장에서 굴착 중 획득된 천공데이터 분석에 의해 평가된 암반 정보는 굴착 전 수행된 선진수평시추 및 TSP 탐사 결과와 비교하여 신뢰성을 검토하였으며, 그 결과 천공 데이터의 변화가 암반 특성 및 불연속면 예측을 위해 효율적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

편마암비탈면에서 인장균열 파괴원인 사례 연구 (Case Study on the Failure Causes of Gneiss Slope Occurred Tension Crack)

  • 암반의 불연속면은 암반의 역학적 거동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 편마암으로 이루어진 비탈면은 광범위한 범위에서 변성작용을 받아 형성되는 편마암생성과정과 엽리가 존재하는 이방성 구조 때문에 지질구조가 복잡하다. 본 연구대상 지역의 경우 절취공사 이전에 실시된 시추조사에서는 양호한 암반으로 조사되었으나, 약 20m 이상의 대절취공사를 수행하는 중인장균열이 약 170m 구간에 걸쳐 발생하였다. 인장균열 원인분석을 위하여 지표지질조사, 시추조사, 전기비저항탐사, 시추공영상촬영 등을 실시하였다. 전기비저항탐사와 지표지질조사를 통하여 광역에 걸친 단층대의 규모를 추정할 수 있었고, 종합분석한 결과 대규모의 단층활면 및 단층점토가 발견되었다.
