Since the inauguration of WTO system has made borderless competition across the countries, many government should try to find out the harmonious policy paradigm for the check and balance between the globalization and localization. The government procurement market has been considered as one of this kinds of difficult tasks for the local small and medium companies. Many governments should lift the paradigm of the government procurement market toward the conditionally open competitive market. The paper is aimed to find out the sustainable governance of the government procurement policies to protect the local companies. Based on the many international cases, including the Chille-Korea FTA, the paper concludes the sustainable governance of the policies should be focused on the equitability and transparency.

최근 스마트폰의 보급이 증가하면서 그 사용자 역시 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 이 중 안드로이드 기반의 스마트폰의 경우 Borderless Application, No limit, 다양한 플랫폼에서의 개발 및 오픈소스 등의 장점으로 인해 시장 점유율이 급속도로 증가한 반면, 그에 따른 보안이 시스템 개발속도를 따라가지 못하면서 각종 보안 취약점 및 해킹 공격 등에 위협을 받고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 안드로이드의 기본 구조 및 보안, 그리고 여러 가지 보안 위협 사례들을 분석하여 공격 유형을 파악한다. 또한 이를 통해 현재 보안 수준 및 문제점에 대한 향후 보안 대책과 권고사항에 대하여 고찰한다.

The smartphone is a necessary communication and productivity tool. Unlike other neutral, utilitarian technologies, smartphones are also a social display of wealth, i.e., of conspicuous consumption. Behavior around necessity and conspicuous goods are normally separate research tracks, and we can find no studies for technology products that exhibit both traits. We therefore propose a four-factor model that explains conspicuous consumption of "necessary" smartphones: dependency, social influence, the need for social connection, and convenience, in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines. This paper provides confirmatory support for extant literature of the four constructs; it demonstrates the viability of the survey instrument across countries; and it shows similar effects among country models. Our structural model results imply the borderless nature of smartphone conspicuous consumption.

The purpose of this thesis is to discuss corsets that represent an undergarment that later became a popular outerwear. It discusses its forms and distinct characteristics to help create a unique fashion design and its execution. The scope of this study is limited to works from the 1990s to the present, and the materials for the literatures and exploratory study are fashion-related portfolios and the domestic and foreign fashion magazines. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The standard look of corsets in modern fashion can be classified into styles of glamour, revival, and dismantle. The materials used vary from traditional fabrics such as satin or lace to newly developed materials such as metal or glass. Its presentation can also differ in that it may be used as an accessory with additional details, as an outerwear, as an extra decorative layer, or as a revealing innerwear by open outerwear. Characteristics of these various looks of corsets are; first, it redefines the revival of the traditional corsets through introduction of its historic elements and its compromise. Second, glamorous and feminine images are maximized through drastic and direct exposure by using tight lacing, a waist nipper or garter belts that emphasize a woman's curve. Third, it represents borderless dismantlement through experimental and irregular images using unconventional materials, new execution techniques, or alteration from the standard forms.

The presence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is omniscient, led by full force emergence of technologies that make biological, physical, and digital worlds borderless. All industries which jump on the bandwagon, can observe convergence and merging of bushiness happening within, between and across industries. As the shipping and port logistics industry is said to be in eye of this storm, the purpose of this study is to investigate the shipping and port logistics industry's awareness regarding 4th IR, as well to identify necessary countermeasures in responding to progression of this trend. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology was then used to compare the importance of four phases of countermeasures, reviewed by experts in the field. Results showed that countermeasures should be first orchestrated to the 'Merging and Integration of Inter-industry', then followed by 'P reemptive Introduction of Advanced Technology', 'Expansion of Intra-industry Businesses', and eventually 'Automation, Unmanned Technology'. Last but not least, four phases of countermeasures which should be introduced and executed one phase after another, are outlined for the shipping and port logistics industry to boost its competitiveness in addressing this progressive trend.

In recent years, shipping and ports industries are faced with enormous changes like globalization, market liberalization and borderless businesses. To cope with this competitive environment, a certain form of cooperation among ports is necessary to provide high quality of services and lower costs to establish their market power against shipping companies. The purpose of this study is to identify the motivation of the strategic alliances between ports and demonstrate the level of importance using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Among four motivations of the strategic alliances which are strategic motivation, economic motivation, operational motivation and marketing motivation, economic motivation is the most important factor for ports alliances than other factors. This is because economic motivation among strategic alliances allow ports in the same market to rationalize supply and demand, thus avoiding unnecessary over-supply and over-competition and also can reduce service costs by using comparative advantages of each partner which make costs cheaper.

Software and Systems Product Line(SSPL) is a paradigm that has been developed and applied by European Union(EU) to achieve the productivity and competitiveness of EU industries on the world market. It is not just a simple system or software development methodology, but a sophisticated technology requiring capabilities for a high level of mass customization, platforms, processes and convergence of software and systems. EU has applied SSPL for the five selected industrial sectors including aerospace, automobile, medical equipment, consumer electronics and telecommunication equipment since 1990s and led the way to other industry sectors to stimulate the application of SSPL from 2006. In order for Korea to secure competitiveness in the manufacturing and service industries in the competitive borderless market, it is essential to gain the high level of capabilities for software development and convergence of software and systems. SSPL can be a powerful means to achieve this end. This paper discusses the paradigmatic concept of SSPL, how EU's major industries and companies have secured competitiveness through SSPL, key capabilities that are necessary for successful institutionalization of SSPL in Korea, and finally suggestions on core strategies to materialize the benefits of SSPL for Korea.

Purpose - This study investigated the development process of the Chinese distribution industry and analyzed the current status of China's offline and online distribution industries under the development process of the Chinese distribution industry. In addition, the current status of offline distributors in China and representative companies were analyzed as case studies. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the overall environment of the Chinese distribution industry by using literature data. Then, this study conducted a case analysis using RT Mart and Jingdong, major companies in the distribution industry. Result -The main research results of this study show that the Chinese distribution market has already matured, and retailers are fiercely competing to secure sales and operating profits through various methods such as finding new management methods, improving awareness and customer loyalty by expanding the number of stores. Conclusion -Recently, the characteristic of China's distribution industry is that the boundaries of distribution are breaking down. Chinese retailers are taking strategies to expand the scope of services by erasing the boundaries of distribution. In other words, distribution companies are promoting a borderless distribution strategy in which consumers purchase products online and offline without restrictions on time and space. In addition, small stores in residential areas are on the rise compared to large-scale stores in the city center. The existing distribution industry operates various types of distribution stores to prepare for the post-COVID-19 crisis.

This study aims to examine the expressive characteristics and meanings of modern in contemporary fashion, especially focusing on Vogue and The New York Times. First, modern signified originality born out of borderless fusion and compromise. It was also expressed to signify diversity and tolerance not bounded by conventions, TPO, areas, ethnic groups, seasons, or gender. Second, modern meant functionality encompassing the comfort of body and mind. It was used to refer to convenient mobility and activity fit for the lifestyle of busy modern people. Third, lightness and naturalness were used as new meanings of beauty in modern fashion. In the fashion of the twenty-first century, the principal meaning of modern was lightness, which was sought after in everything including materials, modes of wearing, and ways of thinking. Finally, modern fashion was expressed as a democratic tool for social reform and used in the meaning of enlightenment to benefit society as well as oneself. The results of this study indicate that constant changes in trends, lifestyles, and psychology of contemporary society have the potential to give new meaning to the concept and the use of the term modern.

This article considers short-form fashion videos as distinguished from fashion films, defines the concept, details the expressive characteristics of short-form fashion video, and reveals the method of producing it. For the methodology, a literature review was conducted to derive the concept and expression techniques. A case study was also performed to define the expressive characteristics. Five short-form fashion videos were also produced based on the results. The final results are as follows. First, short-form fashion video was defined as a fashion medium on the purpose of fashion communication within 60 seconds and classified by three digital image formats. Second, the result of analyzing the expression of the short-form fashion video shows the simplicity and reconstitution, characterization and remediation, borderless and expansion, and synesthesia trigger of the fashion image. Third, five short-form fashion videos were produced based on the theme of the digital garden. It shows that the short-form fashion video intensively expresses the content as a medium whose sensational expression is more prominent than the composition of the story by the short running time that reflects the taste of digital mainstream.
