The study aimed to analyze the reality of the scientific publishing of the faculty members of the Northern Border University, in both the Web of Science database and the SCOPUS database, with the analysis of publishing indicators and trends for the period between 2008-2020, and the researcher's keenness to apply the bibliometric study research methodology to obtain an account Full and detailed publications indicators under the two databases, including a full analysis of scientific publishing through objective, temporal, quantitative, authors, languages, open access journals, information forms, the most productive authors, the most published scientific journals, the most scientific bodies involved with the university. The study found results, the most important of which is the existence of a high increase in scientific publishing, starting from 2015, with an increase in publishing in the scientific field compared to other disciplines, and that the vast majority of publishing is in the form of articles, as well as publishing in English for the rest of the languages.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of administrative liability for offenses in the informational sphere, the definition of the concept and features. Based on the examples of implementation of instruments of European legislation into the national legal system and examples of national legal practice, the authors have identified the features of informational and legal sanctions aimed at restricting the rights of access of subjects to information, prohibiting them to disseminate certain information, restricting the rights to disseminate certain information, and suspending informational activities. It has been substantiated that the administrative liability for informational offenses as a protective legal institution is created to contribute to the solution of such acute problems of legal support of human and society interests in the new informational dimensions.

The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of technical equipment for infrastructure to achieve the quality of e-learning for students in the faculties at Northern Border University, in Arar city. The study applied the analytical survey study method. To achieve the study purpose, the researcher prepared a study tool which is a questionnaire to measure the impact o of applying technical instrument for the infrastructure to achieve the quality of e-learning for students. The study sample size reached (218) students from both groups from the university faculties in Arar city. The results of the study revealed a tendency in the study sample's responses to the availability of the majority of the questionnaire criteria significantly. This indicates the positive impact of the application of technical equipment on the infrastructure to achieve the application quality of e-learning at Northern Border University, the study recommended the following: The need to pay attention to measuring the quality of electronic courses every two years in addition to the need to adjust the quality standards of e-content provided through e-learning platforms. Also, there is the gradual application of e-learning at the university in addition to spreading the culture of e-learning quality among all groups of the university community. Also, it is necessary to direct them towards benefiting from the advantages of e-learning that observes quality standards.

The study shed the light on the information required by Governance Principles and Corporate Social Responsibilities of human resources department from the point deans' perspectives of BA colleges during the discussion the publication of studies that academic members earlier submitted in many journals as authors of similar studies talking about business schools and CSR in Saudi Arabia universities. The study sample was the deans of business schools in northern border university and interviews were used to collect data. Findings showed that CSR in business colleges within an integrated set of research products in the human resource that he owns, support the mechanisms of social services from a purposeful pioneering and creative perspective. In addition, the success of business administration colleges in preparing these cadres depends on the college's senior leadership represented by its dean and its administrative policy to motivate academic staff and students to develop the CSR and governance.

Supporting real-time flows with delay and throughput constraints is an important challenge for future wireless networks. In this paper, we develop an optimal scheduling scheme to optimally choose the packets to transmit. The optimal transmission strategy is based on an observable Markov decision process. The novelty of the work focuses on a priority-based probabilistic packet scheduling strategy for efficient packet transmission. This helps in providing guaranteed services to real time traffic in Heterogeneous Wireless Networks. The proposed scheduling mechanism is able to optimize the desired performance. The proposed scheduler improves the overall end-to-end delay, decreases the packet loss ratio, and reduces blocking probability even in the case of congested network.

In this paper, a fast numerical electromagnetic (EM) method based on the transverse wave formulation called-up Advanced Transverse Wave Approach (A-TWA) is presented. An appropriate 5G antenna is designed, simulated and investigated in the context of Millimeter-Wave Wireless Communication Systems. The obtained simulation results are found in good agreement with literature. Such a method can provide for the simulators a great library integrating the most complexly and sensitively geometry elements that can have a huge impact on the applications supported by new wireless technologies.

The photocatalytic degradation of salicylic acid takes place in several stages involving coupled phenomena, such as the transport of molecules and the chemical reaction. The systems of transport equations and the photocatalytic reaction are numerically solved using COMSOL Mutiphysics (CM) simulation software. CM will make it possible to couple the phenomena of flow, the transport of pollutants (salicylic acid) by convection and diffusion, and the chemical reaction to the catalytic area (bauxite or TiO2 doped by nanoparticles). The simulation of the conversion rate allows to correctly fit the experimental results. The temporal simulation shows that the reaction reaches equilibrium after a transitional stage lasting over one minute. The outcomes of the study highlight the importance of diffusion in the boundary layer and the usefulness of injecting micro-agitation into the microchannel flow. Under such conditions, salicylic acid degrades completely.

This study is to research the military remains of Korean War(1950~53) focused on Yeonchen, Cheorwon, and Hwacheon-gun in the central border of DMZ. The Yeoncheon-gun is installing 'Yeolsoe' and 'Taepung' observatory in the frontline battlefield adjacent to Southern Limit Line(SLL), and not only protects many military remains including war memorial and crematory facilities of UN troops, but also utilizes them as active educational places. The Cheorwon-gun is actively making known 'Baengmagoji memorial, 'Labor party office' and other buildings adjacent to 'Tourist security DMZ', but needs to set up many monuments around battlefields of 'Gimhwa' and 'Daeseongsan' adjacent to 'Eco-peace park DMZ'. With the battlefield of 'Paroho' as the center, which our troops made brilliant military gains during the war, the Hwacheon-gun protects and informs military remains such as '643 and 490 battlefields', 'Kkeomeok and Guman bridge'. Developing a network for military remains in connection with the annual local festivals, the experience tour and security will be available at these places.

Many countries in the world have regulated cross-border supply in basic telecommunications services based on GATS exception rule for telecommunications because of anti-competition behavior control, domestic consumer protection, tax levy, national security, etc. Korea partially regulates cross-border supply in telecommunications service through the WTO and the domestic law and regulation. However, WTO and FTA negotiations, cross-border supply regulation are strongly demanded to deregulation. Therefore, it is required to review the effectiveness of cross-border supply regulation to prepare the counter plan for that regulation. Thus, the major countries of the telecommunication services regulation regarding the cross-border supply are reviewed. In addition, it is retrieved some implications for Korean regulation policy by reviewing the actual regulation of many countries cases.

The article formulates the key characteristics and features of country models of corporate governance. It was revealed that all countries are characterized by a fairly high concentration of ownership, insider control; Key gaps in the implementation of corporate governance principles were found: transparency and disclosure of information, protection of shareholders' rights, gender diversity of boards of directors, implementation of recommendations on the share of independent directors; The criterion of countries' efficiency (total investments) was identified and recommendations for their improvement were developed.
