The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the operating state and characteristics of domestic and foreign green care, prioritize the facilities and programs for green care introduction through expert survey of importance, and thereby to provide a basic material for introducing green care in facilities in Rural Development Project districts, including domestic rural experience facilities. Domestic and foreign literature was analyzed in order to classify the necessary facilities programs, of green care, and the analysis results were modified and supplemented through Expert Delphi Survey. Based on the results, AHP based importance survey was conducted. In terms of the facilities and programs for green care introduction, necessary facilities (H/W) were categorized into four types (accommodation facility, resting facility, experience facility, therapy facility) and S/W programs into three types (learning experience type, therapy type, and care type). To verify the reliability of the AHP based importance survey, Consistency Index (C.I.) was analyzed. As a result, the C.I. value of nine respondents ranged from 0.000 to 0.083 so that the survey was found to have high consistency. The importance of S/W programs was 0.627, and that of H/W facilities was 0.373. For green care introduction, programs were found to be more important. Regarding the categories of necessary facilities, therapy facility had the highest value, or 0.348; experience facility 0.253; accommodation facility 0.211; resting facility 0.188. Therefore, therapy facility and experience facility were found to be important. In case of S/W programs, therapy type had the highest value, or 0.499, and learning experience type (0.255) and care type (0.246) were similarly important. Generally, the categories that had high importance values tended to show a remarkable difference in importance of their sub categories. In particular, facilities or therapy programs using natural ecology and forests were found to be highly important. In conclusion, it is required to actively review the introduction of active programs using resources, such as existing experience facilities and accommodation facilities and villages forests, and programs making the body and soul comfortable, such as natural ecology experience, Green Shower, and horticulture activity.
Objectives : To characterize the thermal properties of traditional warm needle and new warm needle with various air flows as an important environmental factor and to suggest the necessity of maintaining suitable environment of clinics to maximize their efficacy. Methods : We measured the temperature characteristics of traditional moxa warm needle and new moxa charcoal warm needle by applying an automatic temperature acquisition system with thermocouples while external various air flows were supplied. Temperatures of two positions at the needle body were measured while a moxa cone burned. Typical temperature characteristics like peak temperature, duration, curve shape and the efficiency of the heat stimuli by heat amount analysis were executed. Results : Both warm needles showed similar temperature curve with an increase in the air flow. Peak temperature and duration of effective heat decreased with the air flow, as shown in indirect moxibustion on garlic. The temperature change pattern by the air flow became more apparent when the total combustion heat was compared with the effective heat. The values from two positions on the needle body were significantly different, showing a distance dependency from the heat source of warm needle acupuncture. Conclusions : Thermal properties of warm needle acupuncture was observed variously with surrounding air flow of 0.0 - 0.7 m/s. It emphasized the importance of environmental control as well as the warm needle itself such as heat source and needle. The latter has already been known to deliver designated heat to subjects. It also indicated the importance of education and skill of the practitioners of warm needle acupuncture.

The concept of makwon(膜原) holds great importance in the texts of Seup-yeoljobyeon(濕熱條辨). Research on the concept was based on Seolsaengbaek(薛生白)'s medical theories organized by Wang Maengyeong(王孟英). The results are as follows. Seolsaengbaek describes makwon as half-exterior half-interior(半表半裏) of yang-myeong(陽明) and half-exterior half-interior of the body. The half-exterior half-interior in these definitions each hold a different meaning. In half-exterior half-interior of yang-myeong, it refers to its mediating function, focusing on the location of makwon as yang-myeong. In half-exterior half-interior of the body, it refers to an intersection where the pathological mechanism of damp-heat disease(seup-yeoljeung 濕熱證) begins, and also where the course of the disease changes. This is why treatment of the makwon is included in treating many damp-heat disease symptoms. The conditions derived from the original damp-heat disease can follow the designated prognosis, or follow a reversed course. Because of its intersecting role, treating the makwon can help prevent aggravation. In treatment, consideration of the healthygi(jeonggi 正氣), the bodily fluids(jinaek 津液) with an understanding of the various prognosis is crucial.
Background: Coal mining is of significant economic importance to the Australian economy. Despite this fact, the related workforce is subjected to a number of psychosocial risks and musculoskeletal injury, and various psychological disorders are common among this population group. Because only limited research has been conducted in this population group, we sought to examine the relationship between physical (pain) and psychological (distress) factors, as well as the effects of various demographic, lifestyle, and fatigue indicators on this relationship. Methods: Coal miners (N = 231) participated in a survey of musculoskeletal pain and distress on-site during their work shifts. Participants also provided demographic information (job type, age, experience in the industry, and body mass index) and responded to questions about exercise and sleep quality (on-and off-shift) as well as physical and mental tiredness after work. Results: A total of 177 workers (80.5%) reported experiencing pain in at least one region of their body. The majority of the sample population (61.9%) was classified as having low-level distress, 28.4% had scores indicating mild to moderate distress, and 9.6% had scores indicating high levels of distress. Both number of pain regions and job type (being an operator) significantly predicted distress. Higher distress score was also associated with greater absenteeism in workers who reported lower back pain. In addition, perceived sleep quality during work periods partially mediated the relationship between pain and distress. Conclusion: The study findings support the existence of widespread musculoskeletal pain among the coal-mining workforce, and this pain is associated with increased psychological distress. Operators (truck drivers) and workers reporting poor sleep quality during work periods are most likely to report increased distress, which highlights the importance of supporting the mining workforce for sustained productivity.
We have long kept our Cartesian tradition in which Mind privileges over Body; the invention of printing technology has accelerated the tradition in which the intelligence and legibility of media were considered as a higher human value. However, the development of media and technology are supporting the multisensory mechanisms of the body as it was in preliterate era when we communicated with our whole bodily experiences. The development and spread of mass-media and new technologies have broaden the boundary of human sensory that are largely dominated by visual information and expanded it to auditory, olfactory and even gustatory sensation. Since 1960's, some philosophers and artists have recognized the human body as a subjective matter, starting the movement in which the body plays a role as an essential factor in study of human perception and cognition, aesthetics in art, and sociology, and the changed perspectives are practiced vigorously in the field of new media art; the theory of Maurice Merleau-Ponty who clarified the body as a general means for the body's possession of world, so that recognize the importance of cognition of one's body and approved the embodiment could be applied and practiced here. Therefore, we discuss how Merleau-Ponty's philosophical theory can be practiced and how McLuhan's perspective could be applied on the notion of body's extension in media by analysing some new media art cases.

A three-dimensional time-domain calculation method is of crucial importance in prediction of the motions and wave loads of a ship advancing in a severe irregular sea. The exact solution of the free surface wave-ship interaction problem is very complicated because of the essentially nonlinear boundary conditions. In this paper, an approximate body nonlinear approach based on the three-dimensional time-domain forward-speed free-surface Green function has been presented. The Froude-Krylov force and the hydrostatic restoring force are calculated over the instantaneous wetted surface of the ship while the forces due to the radiation and scattering potentials over the mean wetted surface. The time-domain radiation and scattering potentials have been obtained from a time invariant kernel of integral equations for the potentials which are discretized according to the second-order boundary element method (Hong and Hong 2008). The diffraction impulse-response functions of the Wigley seakeeping model advancing in transient head waves at various Froude numbers have been presented. A simulation of coupled heave-pitch motion of a long rectangular barge advancing in regular head waves of large amplitude has been carried out. Comparisons between the linear and the approximate body nonlinear numerical results of motions and wave loads of the barge at a nonzero Froude number have been made.

Radioprotection is of practical importance for the normal tissues of tumor patients subject to radiotherapy, people with planned or accidental exposure to radiation, and the public and radiation workers. Since oxygen enhances radiation - induced biological damage, antioxidants should be related with the function as a radioprotectors. Ascorbic acid or caffeine is an essential component and antioxidant in the diet of humans and a small range of other mammals. The present study investigates functional radioprotection of caffeine and ascorbic acid against gamma radiation in irradiated C57BL/6N mice. Eight-week-old male C57BL/6N mice were irradiated with 6.5 Gy. A caffeine treated group was administered with $80mg\;kg^{-1}$ body weight by intraperitoneal injection, a single treatment 1 hr before irradiation. Ascorbic acid was administered $330\;mg\;L^{-1}$ in drinking water through all the experimental period. According to time schedules, animals were sacrificed by cervical dislocation. And the samples were collected 2 weeks after whole- body gamma irradiation. The caffeine treated group showed lower decrement of body and organ weights than the other experimental groups. The qualitative analysis of circulating testosterone in serum was performed by means of radioimmunoassay (RIA). The normal level of circulating testosterone was maintained by the treatment of caffeine and ascorbic acid. The change of weight of body and organ and the appearance of seminiferous tubules were improved by an effect of caffeine or ascorbic acid against irradiation. Taken together, caffeine and ascorbic acid protects impairment of spermatogenesis against gamma radiation and may act as a radio-protector.
The automotive vehicle is made through the following processes such as press shop, welding shop, paint shop, and general assembly. Among them, the most important process to determine the quality of the car body is the welding process. Generally, more than 400 pressed panels are welded to make BIW (Body In White) by using the RSW (Resistance Spot Welding) and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding). Recently, as the needs of light-weight material due to the $CO_2$ emission issue and fuel efficiency, new joining technologies for aluminum, CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) and etc. are needed. Aluminum parts are assembled by the spot welding, clinching, and SPR (Self Piercing Rivet) and friction stir welding process. Structural adhesive boning is another main joining method for light-weight materials. For example, one piece aluminum shock absorber housing part is made by die casting process and is assembled with conventional steel part by SPR and adhesive bond. Another way to reduce the amount of the car body weight is to use AHSS (Advanced High Strength Steel) panel including hot stamping boron alloyed steel. As the new materials are introduced to car body joining, productivity and quality have become more critical. Productivity improvement technology and adaptive welding control are essential technology for the future manufacturing environment.
The importance of emotional quality of car is getting higher in these days. Noise takes great portion in emotional quality because it is detectable problem with just a few rides. The sources of car noise during operation are various and the related technical issues are vast. Sometimes weldments of auto body are referred as the source of noise and the suspicious weldment shows unsatisfactory welding quality in most cases. In this research, cases of noise making weldments are investigated to figure out the solution for welding quality improvement. They are categorized into several groups in according to the inferred types of the error source then appropriate solutions are suggested. Auto body has weldments of resistance spot welding and gas metal arc welding in general. Therefore the solutions are suggested as adjustment of welding process variables and related machineries. Inevitable error source is also referred which is originated from thermal expansion rate difference between ultra high strength steel and mild steel. This new approach is validated through simple calculation then more concrete investigation with numerical analysis is remained as further works to be done.
Emotional interest in the 1970s, Japan started from the technical and engineering beyond the scope, period late structuralist entering the world has been the subject of interest, as well as in academic research is becoming the main theory. In addition, communication between various disciplines such as humanities through the study of consilience and fusion, the human life to continue as a subject, its importance has risen. So this study are to design for the study of emotion through the human heart in space and how the expression of emotions and can be validated in a study. GSD to evaluate the action (verb) and emotional words (adjective) related to two variables to measure the degree of correlation coefficient was an experiment to find out. Picasso painting, it is 'difficult to understand', 'special', 'interesting', 'not interested', 'confused', 'fun', 'anxious', 'dark', 'cool', 'hard' to have relevance, such as the distribution of emotional words, and as a result of the move was a lot of work. This result can be obtained through the arcane resistance of the cubist paintings that make a lot of body movements. In Renoir painting 'stable', 'warm', 'soft', 'easy to understand', 'bright', 'boring', 'curious', such as emotional words ranged to have a relationship with this behavior is less motion in space. This result can be obtained through the understanding of the Impressionist paintings that are less body movements. As a result, space design, emotional design in the evaluation (GSD) for the empirical analysis that evaluated the feasibility and future of the emotional space of the design could be based in the area is considered.
