Background Patients that undergo mastectomy for breast cancer with reconstruction may be prone to prolonged opioid use. As risk factors are not well-established, this article sought to better understand the risk factors that may be associated with this. Methods Patients that underwent breast reconstruction between 2010 and 2018 were identified in PearlDiver, a national insurance claims database. Patient demographics and comorbidities were elucidated, and various complications were then identified. Descriptive statistics as well as a multivariate analysis was used to evaluate the association of risk factors and complications. Results Breast reconstruction patients of 24,765 were identified from this database. Obesity, tobacco use, benzodiazepine use, and anticonvulsant use were all associated with prolonged opioid prescriptions greater than 90 days after both alloplastic and autologous reconstruction. Conclusion Prolonged opioid use continues to remain a topic of concern, and particularly in cancer patients that undergo breast reconstruction. Providers should be aware of potential risk factors for this to reduce this chance following breast reconstruction surgery.

Korean fashion designs became important items in Korea in the middle of the 1980s, and it has advanced into the world market in the early part of the 1990s. To achieve success in global fashion world, it is necessary to analyze Korean fashion design thoroughly and prepare strategies to develop designs with mainstream acceptance in the global fashion world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aesthetic characteristics and Korean beauties of Korean fashion designs. Fashion photos of Korean fashion designs from 2006 S/S to 2012 F/W were analyzed. 357 designs from 608 designs of 4 representative Korean designers were examined and design characteristics, expression styles were studied. The major conclusions of the study are as follows : 1. H Line, slim, fitted silhouette and loose look were applied. 2. 5 major traditional colors, red, blue, yellow, white and black colors were used. Brown color, neutral color, golden color and beige color of the textile material's original color were used. Traditional textile materials like ramie fabric, satin and cotton, wool and metallic fabric were used. 3. Patterns of flower, traditional pattern and Korean letters were applied. Embroidery, patchwork and mother-of-pearl were decorated. 4. The three types of beauty were natural beauty, moderate beauty and decorative beauty. The types that were analyzed were realistic expression type, moderate expression type, image expression type and mixed expression type. To be accepted in global fashion world, Korean traditional design elements should be modified, broken down and reorganized so that Korean fashion design can be recreated.

This study gathered basic information on the development of Jiu-Jitsu uniforms suitable for players in Korea. Detailed data were collected between December 20^th and December 30^th, 2022 on 21 selected brands sold in online shopping malls. For each, information was recorded on the production country, product type, price, colors, material, and sizing system. A total of 612 datasets were analyzed using frequency analysis, cross-tabulation, and Chi-square tests. Jiu-Jitsu uniforms were classified as either standard or limited edition. Limited edition uniforms were more expensive than regular uniforms. International brands had a higher price range than domestic brands. The most commonly used colors for Jiu-Jitsu uniforms were the regulation colors associated with the sport: white, black, and blue. Domestic brands were more likely to use non-regulation colors than international brands. The material used for the top half of the uniform was predominantly pearl weave, while the bottom half was usually ripstop. International brands used a more diverse range of materials than domestic brands. The Jiu-Jitsu uniform sizing system incorporated a range of sizes between A00 and A6. While sizing designations differed according to the established sizing systems of different countries, the sizes remained the same, as did the range of sizes available. Where size guides were provided, height and weight were used to help the customer determine the appropriate size. The dimensions of each size varied between brands. Overall, we found that international brands offer a more diverse range of Jiu-Jitsu uniform designs than domestic brands.

교통사고로 인해 피해자 의류 또는 사고관련 차량에 부착된 페인트는 법과학적으로 중요한 증거물이다. 의류에 부착된 페인트는 용의차량을 추적하고 교통사고의 피해자임을 입증할 수 있는 단서가 되며, 피해차량과 용의차량에 상호 전이되어 부착된 페인트는 페인트의 동일성 비교로써 사고의 진실을 밝히고 사고 상황을 재구성하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 부착된 페인트는 보통 미량의 시료이고 특히 단색인 흰색, 노란색, 적색, 청색, 검정색인 경우 페인트 동일성 비교는 입체현미경으로 색상과 안료에 함유된 알루미늄, 펄, 마이카 등의 입자 형상에 대한 상호 비교가 곤란하므로 이에 대한 분석법이 요구되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 단색의 차량 페인트에서 색상을 구현하는 basecoat 층에 대해 micro-FT-IR과 micro-XRF를 이용하여 안료의 바인더 수지와 무기안료의 구성원소를 확인하여 법과학적 측면에서 페인트 동일성 비교를 하고자 하였다. FT-IR 분석은 시료를 전처리 없이 Reflectance와 ATR 2가지 방법을 병용했으며 Reflectance 스펙트럼은 $4000{\sim}2000cm^{-1}$ 영역에서 aromatics과 aliphatic, acrylonitrile 등의 피크 정보를 얻었고 ATR 스펙트럼은 $2000{\sim}650cm^{-1}$ 영역에서 carbonyl, isocyanate, carbamate 등의 피크 및 피크의 패턴 비교로 안료의 바인더 수지를 비교하는데 이용하였다. 또한 XRF 분광법은 미량 페인트의 무기안료에 함유된 구성원소를 확인하여 적외선 흡수스펙트럼으로 동일성 비교가 곤란한 시료에 대해 판별 가능하게 하였다.

본 연구는 대표적인 해양 축제 중 하나인 '2019 거제 바다로 세계로' 축제를 배경으로 지역축제 서비스품질이 방문객 참여행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고 또한 관여도가 지역축제 서비스품질과 방문객 참여행동에 미치는 영향정도가 어떠한가를 알아보고자 하는 목적으로 축제 기간인 2019년 08월 01일 부터 08월 04일까지 4일 동안 축제를 방문한 방문객들을 대상으로 구조라해수욕장 등 4군데의 해수욕장에서 총 367부의 유효한 설문자료를 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역축제 서비스품질의 하위요인 중 확신성, 공감성, 신뢰성 이상 3가지 항목 모두 참여행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관여도가 지역축제 서비스 품질과 방문객 참여행동에 미치는 영향의 조절효과를 실시한 결과는 지역축제 서비스 품질과 방문객 참여행동의 개별적인 조절효과를 보면 확신성*관여도는 방문객 참여행동에 정(+)의 조절효과가 있었다. 따라서 고려될 수 있는 시사점은 지역축제를 방문한 관광객의 만족도가 높으면 높을수록 지속가능한 성공적인 축제가 될 것이 자명함으로 축제 관계자들은 이점을 유념해서 축제를 기획해야 될 것이고, 진행요원을 잘 교육시켜 역할 비중을 높여 적극적인 서비스 제공을 보다 빠르게 함으로써 중요하게 인식하지 못했던 곳으로부터 의외의 긍정적 고객행동이 나올 것으로 사료된다.
