This study offers data that can be used to direct the styles of black dresses by looking into the characteristics of coordination in black fashion, which is continuously appearing at modem. fashion collections with a unique aesthetic value and image. This study examined the characteristic of fashion coordination of black color: First, to look at the fashion image of black color, second, to look at the characteristic of black color coordination appearing in black fashion, and third, to look at the method of coordination appearing in black color. This study collected and selected 560 black pictures that showed the fashion collections from 2005 S/S until 2007 F/W. As for data analysis, the researcher made a content analysis by classifying the pictures by item, material, accessory, and a coordination method. The research results are as follows: First, the fashion image of black color was expressed as sexy feminine, modern chic, modern future, genderless, and avant-garde images. Second, the fashion coordination of black color has the characteristics of sexiness and dignity by the use of body exposure, concealment, and a subdued line that expresses a modern, minimal atmosphere. The mix & match of materials expressed the monotony of one color as refined beauty and the use of accessories appeared to bring the image into relief. Third, as for the coordination method, pants on skirts, pants on dresses, piece coordination of code matching, plus- one coordination through vivid colors and accessories, and cross-over coordination relying on shape, material, and sense were prominent.

본 연구는 흰쥐와 과체중인에서 솔잎, 홍차 및 녹차 추출물의 항-비만효과와 관련기전을 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 흰쥐는 무작위로 솔잎, 홍차, 녹차 및 추출물 혼합물 군으로 분류되었다. 대조군은 흰쥐 chow 식이로 사육되었으며 추출물군은 각각 0.5, 1, 2, 4 및 8% 추출물을 흰쥐 chow 식이에 첨가하여 5주간 사육하였다. 추출물 혼합물은 솔잎 :홍차 :녹차를 2 : 1 : 1의 비율로 만들어 흰쥐 chow 식이에 첨가하여 제조하였다. 솔잎과 혼합물 추출물 1, 2, 4 및 8% 첨가군은 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 체중과 내장지방을 감소시켰다. 홍차와 녹차추출물 1, 2, 4% 첨가군은 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 체중과 내장지방을 감소시켰다. 추출물 혼합군이 다른 군에 비해서 체중과 내장지방 감소효과가 컸다. 5주간의 식이동안 총 식이 섭취량은 녹차 및 홍차 8% 첨가군을 제외하고는 그룹간 차이가 없었다. 5주간의 식이에서 총 변량은 솔잎, 녹차 및 추출물 혼합 1, 2, 4% 첨가군에서 대조군보다 많았다. 과체중인에서는 추출물 혼합물이 대조군에 비하여 체중과 체지방을 유의하게 감소시켰다. 솔잎, 홍차 및 녹차의 작용기전을 알아보기 위한 시험관실험에서 솔잎은 췌장의 lipase 및 ${\alpha}-amylase$ 활성도를 억제하지 않았다. 반면에 홍차와 녹차는 농도 의존적으로 췌장의 lipase 및 ${\alpha}-amylase$ 활성도를 억제하였다. ${\alpha}-amylase$의 억제효과는 홍차가 녹차보다 컸으나 lipase의 활성 억제는 반대였다. 결론적으로 흰쥐에서 솔잎, 홍차 및 녹차의 항-비만 효과가 관찰되었으며 추출물 혼합물의 항-비만 효과가 같은 조건에서는 가장 컸다. 과체중인에서 추출물 혼합물은 대조군에 비하여 체중 및 체지방 감소효과를 보였다. 홍차와 녹차의 항-비만효과는 부분적으로는 위장관에서 췌장 lipase와 ${\alpha}-amylase$의 활성 억제에 의한 탄수화물과 지방의 소화감소에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다.

This study was performed to process Tofu as an hypolipidemic food using black ginseng. Before processing we performed the ameliorating effect of black ginseng on the serum levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in diabetic mice (db/db mice). As a result, the diabetic mice, whose diet was supplemented with black ginseng has a reduced level of serum lipid total cholesterol ($124.58{\pm}10.59mg/dL$) compared to non-supplemented diabetic mice, The supplemented mice exhibited a significant decrease (p<0.05) in serum lipid triglycerides ($80.32{\pm}35.40mg/dL$), which provided the efficacy of black ginseng in reducing hyperlipemia, thus indirectly proving the prevention and treatment of obesity. Then we processed Tofu as a hypolipidemic food using 0~8% black ginseng extract. We evaluated the quality characteristic after producing black ginseng Tofu. For color value, as the addition level of color increases, the value of L (lightness) decreased and a (redness), b (yellowness) increased. With increase in black ginseng concentrate additional level increases, the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness values increased (p<0.05), but the springiness and cohesiveness showed no significant differences. In case of sensory evaluation, Tofu with the addition of 2% black ginseng concentrate (BGT2) showed the highest preference overall. To sum up, black ginseng demonstrated pharmacological effects in treating diabetic complications like hyperlipidemia and reducing body deposit fat.

Since the beginning of her dramatic career, Suzan-Lori Parks has considered digging up and restoring African-American history buried under the dominant white Anglo-Saxon history as her mission as a playwright. In Red Letter Plays, she attempts what Deborah Geis called "canon-critique" by taking canonical work by Nathaniel Hawthorne and casting an African-American character as the main character and describing her oppression as an African-American female. This paper argues that Suzan-Lori Parks accuses the oppressive social system by restoring and representing the history of sexual, economic, and racial exploitation that African-American females had to suffer through the dominant image of body and blood. Parks had to rewrite the history of black female characters on their bodies and in the blood because their bodies have been the ultimate object of revulsion and attraction in the perspective of white male. While abhorring and despising Hester La Negrita's abject body, male characters in In the Blood nonetheless not only exploit her sexually and economically but also impregnate her. Hester resorts to her only means of revolting against this oppressive system; she kills her most beloved son and writes "A" on the floor with his blood. Likewise, Hester Smith in Fucking A, who wears "A" on her bosom like Hester Prynne, which in this case means "abortionist," "saves" her son from the hunters by slitting his throat. Abundant graphic and sensational images written on black female body and in the blood are Parks's dramatic strategy to rewrite the forgotten and hidden history of black women's history.

Data on age and body weight at breeding, parity, previous litter size, days open and some descriptive body linear traits from 389 meat-type, prolific Black Bengal goats in Tripura State of India, were collected for 3 and 1/2 years (2007 to 2010) and analyzed using logistic regression model. The objectives of the study were i) to evaluate the effect of age and body weight at breeding, parity, previous litter size and days open on litter size of does; and ii) to investigate if body linear type traits influenced litter size in meat-type, prolific goats. The incidence of 68.39% multiple births with a prolificacy rate of 175.07% was recorded. Higher age (>2.69 year), higher parity order (>2.31), more body weight at breeding (>20.5 kg) and larger previous litter size (>1.65) showed an increase likelihood of multiple litter size when compared to single litter size. There was a strong, positive relationship between litter size and various body linear type traits like neck length (>22.78 cm), body length (>54.86 cm), withers height (>48.85 cm), croup height (>50.67 cm), distance between tuber coxae bones (>11.38 cm) and distance between tuber ischii bones (>4.56 cm) for discriminating the goats bearing multiple fetuses from those bearing a single fetus.

적외선 영상을 획득하는 인공위성의 적외선 검출기는 임무 궤도에서 정확한 성능을 보장받기 위해 발사 전 지상에서 흑체를 이용한 검보정 환경시험을 거쳐야 한다. 적외선 탑 재체의 검보정 기준이 되는 대구경흑체는 궤도환경 지상시험을 위해 진공환경에 적합한 재질로 구성되어야 하며, $-40^{\circ}C$에서 $+40^{\circ}C$까지의 온도 범위에서 중심 80 %의 영역에 대해 $2^{\circ}C$ 이하의 표면 온도 균일도와 0.95 이상의 방사율을 가져야 한다. 열유동해석 결과로 도출된 대구경흑체는 $1m{\times}1m{\times}8mm$의 크기의 구리판에 방사율을 높이기 위한 알루미늄 하니콤 코아를 부착하고, 블랙페인트를 도포하여 제작되었으며, 온도 조절을 위해 뒷면에는 질소가스 흐름을 위한 구리튜브가 용접되었다. 한국항공우주연구원의 광학열 진공챔버에서 수행된 대구경흑체 검증시험에서 20개의 저항온도센서와 적외선카메라를 이용하여 표면 온도 분포를 측정하여 ${\pm}40^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서 약 $1^{\circ}C$의 온도 균일도를 가짐을 확인하였다. 표면방사율은 대기압, $40^{\circ}C$에서 0.975로 측정되었다.

디지털 몰핑은 영화의 내러티브를 효과적으로 표현하면서 현실 넘어서는 상상을 사실로 구현한다. <블랙 스완>(2013)에서 디지털적으로 구현된 몰핑 이미지는 포스트 시네마로서 오늘날 영화의 특징을 잘 보여주고 있는데, 컴퓨터 기술을 적극적으로 활용해 마술 같은 환각적 이미지를 제공한다. 디지털 몰핑 기술은 주인공이 발레를 추는 동안 기괴하게 변형되어 가는 신체를 현실과 환영이 구분되지 않게 제시함으로써 충격을 준다. 이러한 이미지는 어트랙션 효과로 그치지 않고 신자유주의 시대의 강도를 정동의 흐름으로 가시화해 낸다. 신체 변형의 기이한 효과는 신자유주의 현실의 징후인 것이다. 또한 이러한 몰핑 이미지는 파트리샤 피스터스가 말한 신경-이미지 체제의 부상을 말해준다. 디지털 스크린에 나타난 신경 병리학적인 양상들은 신경-이미지에 해당되는 것으로, 들뢰즈의 시간-이미지 체제를 넘어서 미래의 시간성을 띤다. <블랙 스완>의 몰핑의 경우 니나의 신체가 흑조와 혼종화 되어서 계속적으로 변화하는 동안 신경-이미지적인 특성이 두드러지게 나타난다. 신경 이미지로서 이 영화의 디지털 몰핑은 주체가 겪는 현실의 충격을 조절하는 효과를 지닌다. 이 영화의 몰핑은 디지털 시대의 사회적 통제의 효과이자 그 통제를 조절하는 포스트 시네마의 역량을 보여주고 있다.

A single specimen (91.5 cm standard length) of the salmonid species, Oncorhynchus tshawytscha (Walbaum, 1792) was collected on April 19, 2022 in Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do, Korea. O. tshawytscha has the following morphological characteristics: base of lower jaw teeth is black, black spots are scattered on the dorsal section of body, and the edge of caudal fin is black. Although the species is morphologically similar to Oncorhynchus kisutch, O. tshawytscha differs from it in having black spots on the caudal fin. Molecular analysis results based on mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) sequences showed that our specimen perfectly matched with the COI sequences of O. tshawytscha registered at the NCBI. Therefore, we suggest the new Korean name 'Wang-yeon-eo' for O. tshawytscha.

In order to study the effects of neomycin sulfate on the kidney of Korean black goats after dosing at 36mg/kg(A group) or 18mg/kg of body weight (B group) twice a day, serum chemical values(BUN, SCr), urinary enzyme(GGT) excretion and urinary analysis were checked and renal lesions were observed by light microscope. The proteinuria and granular casts were observed on the 5-6th day and 7th day of treatment with neomycin respectively in the A group. While these changes were observed on the 4th day and the 6th day respectively in one goat of the B group. Urinary GGT excretion began to increase from the 9th day and reached to maximum concentration on the 15th day of treatment with neomycin in the A group. Thereafter, GGT excretion began to decrease and reach to normal level on the 21th day. But GGT excretion increased on the 9th day in only one goat of the B group. Concentrations of BUN and SCr increased on the 12th day in the A group and in one goat of B group. The kidneys were swollen gross pathologically and the renal tubular epithelial cell changes were noticed histologically in the A group and in one goat of the B group. These changes were included degeneration with hyaline droplet formation, flattened epithelial cells and necrotic epithelium. Granular casts were showed in many tubular lumens. Prfesent results indicated that nephrotoxicosis would not occured in Korean black goats dosing with neomycin sulfate less that 36mg/kg of body weight a day.

In order to study the effects of administration of neomycin on the kidney of Korean black goats, 4.5(group A), 9(group B) or 14(group C) mg/kg, body weight of neomycin was injected intramuscularly turice a day for 84 days. On day 31, unilateral nephreotomy was performed in one animal of each group. The results were as follows: Serum neomycin concentrations were 8.7, 13.8, and 20.2 ${\mu}$g/ml 12 hours after injection. Serum BUN and creatinine concentration in nephreotomized goats, regardless of dosage, rapidly increased and came to peak on 3 days after, and then began to decrease to normal range, gradually, In non-nephrectomized goats, regardless of dosage, there was no notable change. In nephreotomized goats, PSP Tl/2 was delayed to the utmost 1 day after nephrectomy, regard-less of dosage, and then began to decrease to normal range, gradually in non-nephrectomized goats, there was not notable change in PSP T$\frac{1}{2}$. The intact kidney was markedly enlarged compared with the kidney of non-nephrectomized goats, but there was no microscopic change. It is concluded that administration of neomycin up to 14mg/kg body weight twice a day for 84 days was not nephrotoxic to the Korean black goats.
