FinTech(Financial Technology) is defined as the technique to create efficient financial services using IT technologies. FinTech is an innovative technology through IT platform and big data, and is expected to improve the security and problems of the conventional banking system. Domestic financial institutions has introduced the technologies and investment in order to provide safe and effective services to users. However, In the financial environment, information disclosure and security incident has occurred so they has lost the trust from their customers. Moreover new variant of the security threats and attack techniques have occurred. Therefore, in this paper, we designed a authentication scheme for secure payment system in FinTech environment. The proposed study evaluated the stability of the existing security systems with respect to attack methods occurred in the financial environment.
With advancement in information technologies and a better mobile environment, the paradigm of service is shifting again from web portals to networked-applications based on individual application programs. Furthermore, as more investment is being made in R&D, the efforts to enhance R&D productivity are becoming important. In this paper, we designed a personalized service model for developing a tool to assist researchers in their R&D activities. To do this, we first compared services and tools in terms of information activities of researchers in R&D. In addition, we also analyzed changes of information environment such as open expansion of information and data, enhancement of personal information protection, popularization of social networking service, very big contents, advances in web platform technology in terms of personalization, and defined some directions of developing a personalized service. Subsequently we designed a personalized service model of research support tool in the views of functions, contents, operation, and defined personalized design goals and principles for implementing it as standard, participation, and open.
A novel concept of ICT based service, which is called N-device service, is proposed and implemented in the form of N-device smart education services. The N-device services are different from the existing N-screen services in terms of the number of devices a user is using for a specific service at the same time. A N-device service consists of several smart devices which are different in size, software and hardware platform, mobility, manufacturer and the like by fully utilizing the characteristic of each device. The major and unique features of N-device services are analyzed and depicted in a strict way. Those are shared role for each device, service by configurable device, one sensor multiple use, real-time data sharing, role shifting and new market creation. It is turned out that the N-device service is more human centric compared with existing ICT based services and can give richer digital experience to users because non-existent services become possible with the new concept. However, there exist several barriers to be implemented and commercialized in the real world. Those include high development cost and time, small market and different application platforms of devices. These barriers can be overcome by technical advances and cooperation between relevant parties. The smart education is very prominent area, in which the novel concept can be applied with high priority because Korean government announced its plan to boost up new educational services with big budget and these are acceptable by enthusiastic Korean parents and students. That's why the N-device service is implemented in the education area, which is called as "livessam(live teacher)," with four smart devices, IPTV, tablet PC, PC and smart phone. By providing both detailed service scenario and techniques, we shows that the novel education service is technically feasible and acceptable by teachers and students.

Desktop-based computing environment is changed into mobile computing using smart phone and cloud computing providing common behavior and big data by network. Because of this transformation software development and operating environment is changed into heterogeneous distributed environment. As a result, dynamic service composition or changement is required. However, there is few research of techniques supporting service composition or changement dynamically in this situation. This paper suggests a technique for customizing services dynamically of mobile applications based on android platform. Especially we propose a customization technique of service by applying ontology technique to improve sharing and reuse of service. We applied proposed technique into meeting notification system, and obtain that it can be customized into various services such as email, sms, twitter service, and so on.

With the recent establishment of a ubiquitous environment and the paradigm shift to a smart society, the use of mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablet PCs, has become widespread. Thus, the trend is gradually shifting from using Web-based Instant Messenger to using Mobile-based Instant Messenger. Mobile Instant Messenger refers to a service that allows instant messaging as well as data sending and receiving between individuals with exclusive application programs(mobile Apps), which can be used in portable devices-such as smart phones-with wireless Internet access. Korea's portal sites, telecommunication companies, and even big companies have all rushed into the MIM market to join the competition. The reason so many companies are showing interest in the MIM business is because it is rising as a core platform to substitute portal sites in the mobile society, and MIM is perceived as the best means to attract and secure users. The intention to reuse or use continually was considered an important factor in maintaining a dominant position amidst such fierce competition, and consequently, most research thus far has reflected such thought. However, the frequent or long-term use of a system alone cannot indicate the definite success of the system, nor guarantee its dominant position in the market. On the contrary, MIM dependence, which goes beyond simple repetitive use and indicates a state where users actually or emotionally depend on a specific system, can better explain the user action. However, not much research has been conducted on dependence. The research results showed that lively message, concise message, message responsiveness, and social belonging significantly affected perceived usefulness. Message responsiveness, Link, and social belonging significantly affected flow. Flow significantly affected MIM dependence, and perceived usefulness did not affect MIM dependence. This study has proven that lively message, concise message, message responsiveness, Link, social belonging and perceived usefulness are important antecedents and mediating factors of MIM dependence. Moreover, this study is significant in that it explains the overall process of MIM dependence, and expands on the variety and scope of research that can be applied to MIM-related studies.
This study aims to establish the direction of development of Korean cinematography technology in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and present future development plan. First, in order to diagnose the current status, supporting policies of various countries and film technology research trends were analyzed. Each country is expanding the support for film technology including tax credits. Through the analysis of patents and research papers, recent issues have shown that Virtual Reality, HMD, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data are applied to film technology. Next, the survey results of Korean film technology level for filmmakers were 70% for production, 47.5% for distribution, and 60.3% for screening comparing to the level of the leading country. The gap was caused by the lack of funds for research and development and insufficient government support policies. In addition, interviews with film makers revealed the need to support filmmaking that combines technologies such as localized film technology, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. Finally, it is suggested that technology sharing platform should be developed in the future through the discussions of technology, science and academic experts', and technology development should be carried out in the field. As a result, film technology R&D should be promoted in order to develop technologies specific to movies. Advanced technology foundation for the growth of film technology should be developed to systematically equip the infrastructures such as education and human resources. In addition, technology development that links standardization should be carried out. In this study, we propose the development of Korean film technology to prepare for the 4th Industrial Revolution, and it is expected that the 2022 film technology power nation will be realized.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques have been effectively used for image classification, object detection, and image segmentation. Along with the recent advancement of computing power, deep learning models can build deeper and thicker networks and achieve better performance by creating more appropriate feature maps based on effective activation functions and optimizer algorithms. This review paper examined technical and academic trends of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Transformer models that are emerging techniques in remote sensing and suggested their utilization strategies and development directions. A timely supply of satellite images and real-time processing for deep learning to cope with disaster monitoring will be required for future work. In addition, a big data platform dedicated to satellite images should be developed and integrated with drone and Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) images.
Efforts to improve the quality of university education, that is, advanced plans for innovative university education, are needed in the face of changes in educational demand due to rapid changes in new industries and society and the competition for survival due to a rapidly decreasing school-age population with the full-fledged start of the era of the 4th industrial revolution is being demanded. In particular, it is necessary to apply a system for student counseling and guidance management through college life adjustment diagnosis from students entering college to graduation. Accordingly, each university is promoting a project to upgrade a course-linked integrated platform based on core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution era, such as big data and artificial intelligence (AI). Therefore, in this study, based on the field of information security major, we intend to present a plan to advance the student management system for innovative university education.
The importance of "personalization technology" has recently been highlighted due to the Covid-19 and the development of IT technology such as AI and big data, which is soon coming beyond personalization into the "super-personalization era." Therefore, in terms of the music streaming service market, it has formed a service supply trend in which individual tastes are respected and companies are seeking to establish a realistic analysis and development direction considering the external market environment. From this perspective, this paper sought to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the Genie Music's and provide a direction for development based on Genie Music's customer interactive strategy. In particular, it was intended to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of customer interactive strategies with the 'live music service platform' that moves with customers and to provide directions for future corporate development. As an analysis method, we looked at strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threat requirements based on SWOT analysis. Afterwards, the company attempted to present specific corporate development strategies through TOWS analysis.
As interactive digital signages with computer network have been increasingly popular in public space, the needs for studying content types and interactions suitable for the digital signages are emerging. In this study, we aim to find out what contents are preferred to share and how to interact in the digital signage installed in Seoul subway stations. We conduct a case study, a survey, and an in-depth interview. In the case study, we collect content types which have been communicated in public space. Among these content types, we conduct a survey to find out the preferred contents of Seoul citizens. We observe that the preferred contents differ by the age of the citizens. Specifically, 20's prefer the subjects about personal interests, 40's choose public interests and 30's prefer both types. In addition, we observe that the subjects about personal interest are relatively less preferred when people read, whereas the subjects are preferred when people write. Lastly, regarding interaction type, we find that Seoul citizens prefer touching the screen directly to using smart phone to express their empathy. The contents that people write and the number of likes will be archived as big data and analyzed so that Seoul city officers and citizens will know what people think based on age, location, and subjects.
