This article aims at the study on Improvement of legal System which is related to automated vehicles in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Legal aspects of driving automation have two view points. One is to permit a automated vehicle, the other is to regulate the behavior of driver on the road. Signifying elements of the 4th industrial revolution are IoT, AI, big data, cloud computing etc. Automated vehicles are the imbodiment of those new ICT technologies. The vehicle management act(VMA) rules about vehicle registration and approval of vehicle types. VMA defines a automated vehicle as a vehicle which can be self driven without handling of driver or passenger. Vehicle makers can take temporary driving permission for testing and research the driving automation. Current definition of automated vehicle of VMA is not enough for including all levels of SAE driving automation. In the VMA must be made also a new vehicle safty standard for automated vehicle. In the national assembly is curruntly pending three draft bills about legislation of artificial intelligence. Driving automation and AI technologies must be parallel developed. It is highly expected that more proceeding research of driving automation can be realized as soon as possible.

This study analyzed issues and trends related to ports with 86,611 news articles for the 30 years from 1991 to 2020, using BIGKinds, a big data news analysis service. The analysis was based on keyword analysis, word cloud, relationship diagram analysis offered by BIG Kinds. Analysis results of issues and trends on ports for the last 30 years are summarized as follows. First, during Phase 1 (1991-2000), individual ports such as Busan, Incheon, and Gwangyang ports tried to strengthen their own competitiveness. During Phase 2 (2001-2010), efforts were made on gaining more professional and specialized port management abilities by establishing the Busan Port Authority in 2004, the Incheon Port Authority in 2005, and the Ulsan Port Authority in 2007. During Phase 3 (2011-2020), the promotion of future-oriented, eco-friendly, and smart ports was major issues. Efforts to reduce particulate matters and pollutants produced from ports were accelerated, and an attempt to build a smart port driven by port automation and digitalization was also intensified. Lastly, in 2020, when the maritime sector was severely hit by the unexpected shock of the COVID-19 pandemic, a microscopic analysis of trends and issues in 2019 and 2020 was made to look into the impact the pandemic on the maritime industry. It was found that shipping and port industries experienced more drastic changes than ever while trying to prepare for a post-pandemic era as well as promoting future-oriented ports. This study made policy suggestions by analyzing port-related news articles and trends, and it is expected that based on the findings of this research, further studies on enhancing the competitiveness of ports and devising a sustainable development strategy will follow through a comparative analysis of port issues of different countries, thereby making further progress toward academic research on ports.

The rapid growth and popularity of Twitter have been one of the most influential phenomena in the era of social network system and the mobile internet, which also opens up opportunities for new business strategies; in particular, PR and marketing area. This study analyzed use of Twitter in terms of user characteristics and message attributes. Actual field data from the Twitter for PR and Marketing of a representative Korean IT company (Company "K") was used for this analysis. Research findings show that overall corporate twitter users show passive attitude in retweet behavior. Also, users who have relatively small network size (less than 1,000) are more active in retweet than power twitterians that have big network size(over than 10,000). It is showed that the rate of retweet is higher in the order of recruiting, promotional event, IT information, and general PR message. In the conclusion section, practical implications based on the research finding are thoroughly discussed.

This Study Focuses on the Customer Experience Story of Bandi&Luni's Centum City branch which Offers the Different Service Concept on the Competitive Book Selling Market. Bandi&Luni's Stands as one of the Largest Bookstore Chains that has 14 Offline Bookstores and an Online Bookstore Shop. The Purpose of this Study takes Lessons from the Unique Practices and Efforts of Bandi&Lunis's Online-to-Offline(O2O) Service and Service Design. In Order to Achieve this Propose, we Investigated the History, Service Concept, Value, and Performance of Bandi&Luni's from a Variety of sources and Reviewed the Previous Literatures of O2O Service and Service Design. In order to Offer Better Customer Experience the Service should be Designed from Customer's View and be Delivered through the Lifecycle of Customers. In a era of Big Data, IOT(internet of things), AI(artificial intelligence), The Service Design Innovation using Information and Communication Technology will be needed in order to Break down the Boundaries Between Online and Offline.

In order to systematically apply major technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution to aerospace power development, an aerospace technology model is needed. The Propeller Model, which is an existing aerospace model, is a concept that operates a combination of altitude, speed, and distance, which are basic characteristics of aerospace. However, in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, a new model is needed because numerous technologies are used in convergence. In this paper, a jet engine model is proposed as a new aerospace technology model. Also, we propose a procedure for creating future aerospace weapon systems based on aerospace technology modeling, not on operational capability. The utilization of future battlefields and the study of the concept of advanced weapon systems in developed countries can create a new concept of weapon systems.

STEAM and S / W education in public education are effective in fostering talented people and the talents of the 4th industrial revolution era. It is necessary to expand the teachers for this purpose, to find out and apply various learning materials, and to improve education environment for fusion talent education. An open learning platform is effective in reducing private education costs and supplementing public education. Especially, it is useful for flip learning combined with classroom (off-line). In this case, teacher's role can be transformed into active teaching activities and research activities, which can speed up normalization of public education and reduce private education.In particular, the core functions of the MOOC platform for elementary education are 'creative instructional design and contents development function', 'digital teaching and learning curation', 'big data based learner customization', 'learning participation' flip learning and social Learning function.Through this study, it is expected that discussion on the introduction of MOOC for career and admission education for adolescents including elementary education will be established and the Korean youth MOOC platform will be developed and developed as a global advanced model of education democratization.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the necessity of training advanced engineering personnel with convergent creativity to handle technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the internet of things (IoT) is increasing. In this paper, a new approach of engineering education based on academia-industrial cooperation and design-centered teaching technique for the students who need to learn practicable engineering skill with convergent creativity for the fourth industrial age is presented. It analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existing engineering education innovation activities, presents the practical necessities based on the experience of the educational system and the requirements of the educational environment, and analyzes the existing activities and the new roles. In particular, we discuss how to combine student-centered teaching methodology for effective design education, which is a key element of innovative engineering education. Most of the presented methods are verified by the authors' needs and effects in the education field.

Although a number of information is emerging in the big data era and studies on the infographic studies for delivering it effectively are becoming an issue, the visualization study on the numerical information delivered through the credit card statement is very poor compared to its importance. The effective visualization method following each information characteristics was by analyzing the numerical information types focusing on the credit card statement. The type of the figure information classified into the comparative analysis, progress of time change, proportion, relationship, scope, and distribution, and it was made into the graph form proper to the nature of each information to study the most effective and ideal visual form. Therefore, this study is significant because it suggests a control point of the visualization by pointing out an effective visual form for delivering the numerical information that appears on the credit card statement with the figure characteristics.

The IT technologies applying to IoT(Internet of Things), Big Data, and AI(Artificial Intelligence) are needed in the era of 4th industrial revolution. So, the IT convergence courses of computer science major which will be required in the companies in order to prepare the crises of 4th industry revolution are necessary. And, one approach to cope with this problem is the training of IT convergence man power based on NCS(National Competency Standard) education. In this paper, we propose and analyze the NCS education courses for computer science major in order to teach the students who are needed in the Korean domestic companies preparing the 4th industrial revolution. The skills and applications of Chatbot, Blockchain, and CPS(Cyber Physical System) for the post mobile and post Internet technologies are included in the proposed courses.

This study aims to analyse the current conditions of transport demand and its environmental problems in Gwangyang Port(GP), and to suggest crucial directions for Gwangyang Green Port(GGP) in Korea. This study consists of three main sections: concept of green growth and green port; the analysis of transport demand and environment situations in GP; policy directions for GGP. This study is mainly conducted by a literature review of related papers, an analysis of secondary data & papers, and interviews with port experts. This study presents important policy directions for successfully managing GGP in Korea as follows: modal shifts plan for green transport and logistics system in GP; energy-saving techniques in GP's berth operation; the application of environmentally friendly port operation methods in GP; construction of GP waterfront facilities; environmentally friendly disposal of maritime waste matters; establishment and implementation of port environment master plan. This study will make a big contribution to the building of green port policy and the providing of professional informations to government officials.
