  • Internet is a global network and it produces many terminologies involved in Electronic Commerce. Among many terms people very much talked about Cyber Shopping Mall. Under situation customers and sellers paid attention to Cyber Shopping Mall which is beyond time and space. This study deals with two subjects to enlarge the competitive power of Mall & Malls which is integration of multiple Cyber Shopping Mall. First subject is constructing the Automated Mall Wizard which is efficiently and effectively building Cyber Shopping Mall Site. And second subject is to differentiate from other shopping malls. Automated Mall Wizard is composed of three stages which are decomposed into several descriptive steps. And descriptive steps takes form of independent module, so it is considered to maximize Cyber Shopping Mall differentiation. Additional functions are making the goods category, related goods to be simultaneously ordered, price comparison with other sites within the Mall & Malls, best seller goods, store advertisement, substitutive goods, and mileage policy. As a result of that, we can respect SuperMall is better than other Mall & Mall as to diversity and flexibility of constructed Cyber Shopping Mall.

  • This research approached the negotiation problem from the seller's perspective in the make-to-order manufacturing industry in order to solve the multi-attribute automated negotiation problem. To this end, more than 'two negotiation attributes are defined and a preferred value of each negotiation alternative is calculated based on the entropy value of each attribute. And then, the best option is selected according to the utility function of each negotiator, a penalty of negotiation delay, and conviction of possibility of negotiation success. The suggested automated negotiation methods in this study can be employed for the development of advanced automated negotiation systems.

원가 산정법에 기반한 인터넷 입찰 시스템의 효율적 입찰가 생성 에이전트 (An Efficient Bid Pricing Agent for Internet Bid Systems Based on Costing Methods)

  • Internet bid systems have been widely used recently. In those systems, the bid price is provided by the seller. When the bid price is set too high compared with the normal price, the successful bid rate can be decreased. Otherwise, when it is set too low based on inaccurate information, it can result in a successful bid with no profit at all. To resolve this problem, we propose an agent that automatically generates bid prices for sellers based on various costing methods such as the high-low point method, the scatter diagram method, and the learning curve method. Through performance experiments, we have found that the number of successful bids with appropriate profit can be increased using the bid pricing agent. Among the costing methods, the learning curve method has shown the best performance. Also, we discuss about how to design and implement the bid pricing agent.

추천기법별 고객 선호도 및 영향요인에 대한 분석: 전자제품과 의류군에 대한 비교연구 (An Analysis of Customer Preferences of Recommendation Techniques and Influencing Factors: A Comparative Study of Electronic Goods and Apparel Products)

  • 전자상거래 시장에서는 점차 다양한 추천기법들이 적용되고 있으나, 고객 관점에서 이에 대한 사용의도를 비교 분석한 연구는 매우 드물다. 본 연구는, 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 널리 활용되고 있는 베스트셀러 추천, MD(Merchandiser)추천, 내용기반 추천, 협업필터링 추천, 그리고 지인추천 등의 다섯 가지 추천기법들에 대한 고객의 사용의도를, 전자제품군 구매 시와 의류군 구매 시에 대해서 비교 분석하였다. 이와 더불어, 어떠한 요소들이 고객의 추천서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해, 추천서비스 사용경험이 있는 전자상거래 사용자 총 220명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 후, 분산분석(ANOVA), 회귀분석 등을 사용하여 데이터 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 추천기법에 따른 고객의 추천서비스 사용의도에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있으며, 특히 전자제품군 구매 시에는 베스트셀러 추천기법이, 의류군 구매 시에는 내용기반의 추천기법이 가장 선호되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 고객의 인물특성, 성격요인, 구매성향, 구매하려는 제품에 대한 인식 및 추천서비스에 대한 인식 등이 추천서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 세부적인 영향요소들은 추천기법별로 상이하게 도출되었다. 이러한 연구는 기업들에게 제품군 및 개인의 성향에 적합한 기법을 채택하여 추천서비스를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 가이드라인(guideline)을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Dongdaemoon clothes market can make traditional commerce to improve problems which happen to traditional commerce and satisfy between customers and salers through combination among Electronic Commerce which is growing up in 21 centuries place innovation This thesis is focusing on suggesting strategies which practice to let Dongdaemoon clothes market customers and wholesalers, retailers to use Electronic Commerce as strategic skills by analyzing core successful factors for adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market. Adopting Electronic Commerce in Dongdaemoon clothes market when the customer make a reservation and the salers provide the customer with discounting service, the customer was willing to but it. Internet service categories which affect customer's satisfaction are providing lots of product information. This thesis shows providing information made the customer to increase customers's satisfaction degree and buying intention. Also convenience of product research, and reliability in transaction process can enable the customer to increase transaction reliability. These factors are very important in Electronic Commerce. In addition, factors which show customer's suggestion and inconvenience by using best seller information and discounting service board when they buy some items in Dongdaemoon clothes market affect the customer satisfaction degree and satisfaction degree of providing information. However, this thesis is analyzed that reliability of transaction process doesn't affect all successful factors such as product quality, size, online payment system, price reliability.

  • 전자상거래는 글로벌 생산과 분배 공급 체인을 통합하고 최대화하도록 기회를 제공한다. 고객 선호도와 요구 변화에 따라 신속한 대처 능력과 새로운 기술의 활용 능력은 가장 중요한 요소이다. 다양한 회사의 컴퓨터들은 상호 통신하면서 컴포넌트의 가격과 유용성을 결정하고, 주문과 확인을 수행하고, 배송 시간을 협상한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 에이전트인 자바 애글릿을 기반으로 상거래 시스템 구축을 기술한다. 구매자를 대신한 애글릿들과 판매자를 대신한 애글릿들은 상품 거래소 시장으로 보내진다. 시장에서 자율적으로 주문과 배송을 협상하고, 최종 매매 결과와 실행코드를 구매자 및 판매자에게 되돌려온다. 우리는 전통적인 소매 시장을 시뮬레이션 함으로써 전자상거래 시스템이 자바 애글릿 기술을 이용하여 적절히 구축될 수 있음을 보여준다.

Spectrum allocation strategy for heterogeneous wireless service based on bidding game

  • The spectrum scarcity crisis has resulted in a shortage of resources for many emerging wireless services, and research on dynamic spectrum management has been used to solve this problem. Game theory can allocate resources to users in an economic way through market competition. In this paper, we propose a bidding game-based spectrum allocation mechanism in cognitive radio network. In our framework, primary networks provide heterogeneous wireless service and different numbers of channels, while secondary users have diverse bandwidth demands for transmission. Considering the features of traffic and QoS demands, we design a weighted interference graph-based grouping algorithm to divide users into several groups and construct the non-interference user-set in the first step. In the second step, we propose the dynamic bidding game-based spectrum allocation strategy; we analyze both buyer's and seller's revenue and determine the best allocation strategy. We also prove that our mechanism can achieve balanced pricing schema in competition. Theoretical and simulation results show that our strategy provides a feasible solution to improve spectrum utilization, can maximize overall utility and guarantee users' individual rationality.

이용 특성에 따른 성서 모바일 어플리케이션 UI 비교 연구 (A comparative study on the bible mobile applications' UI based on user's characteristics)

  • The christian communities have been maintained and spreaded based on the great foundation of the holy bible. The printing and publishing technology made the holy bible popular at the end of the middle age. Namely, because of this remarkable development, the Bible have been became the best seller for centuries. Since the smart phone users have been growing, the number of people use the Bible Application have been increased. In this circumstance, the interface becomes a crucial element in the Age of Digital Media. Thus, developers have to regard the user's convenient. The user's characteristic is the important point to develop applications. This study is focusing on a particular using of the Bible, and how the using characteristic affects on application's UI. For this study, five bible applications reflecting particular using characteristics are chosen and compared in terms of function of services and elements of UI. Form this comparison and analysis, this study deduces the pattern of UI considering particular using characteristics such as patterns of reading, recording, sharing, and searching the bible. This study would be useful data for publications formed into applications and setting the UI which reflected the using characteristics be better user-centered.

민간의료보험의 현황 및 활성화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Private Health Insurance in Korea)

  • This study explores the feasibility of activating private health insurance in Korea. The rationale for expanding private supplementary health insurance can be found in many cases of health care reforms in the European countries. Private health insurance can not only relieve the financial distress of the government health insurance programs but also offer the medical institutions incentives to improve the quality of medical care. In Korea there is no supplementary health insurance that reimburses for various kinds of diseases based on a well designed fee schedule. Recently, the cancer insurance is the best seller in the health related insurance market. As observed in the U. S. case, the cancer insurance which pays the predetermined amount (indemnity coverage) regardless of the medical charges incurred to the patient is limited in its coverage for the insured. To provide better protection against catastrophic diseases, the government should give insurance companies incentives to develop health insurance products that cover multiple diseases rather than a single disease. Consumers can hardly understand and compare complex insurance products. To resolve the information asymmetries, the government should publish a consumer report that compare various health insurance products in a user friendly way. In the long run, insurance companies will plan to sell health insurance products that charge risk related premium only when insurers accumulate the underwriting know-hows, the government shares data on various health statistics including claims and demographics, and risk pool for high risk patients is well established and subsidized by the government.

국제상사계약에서 서식분쟁 사례에 관한 연구 (A Case Study on Battle of Forms in International Commercial Contracts)

  • 오늘날 일반적으로 국제상거래에서는 매수인과 매도인이 표준화된 서식을 이용하여 서로 거래한다. 서식분쟁은 이러한 서식의 교환의 결과이다. 서식분쟁에서 해결되어야 하는 몇 가지 문제들이 있다. 예를 들어, 상이한 조건의 교환으로 계약이 성립하는가? 계약조건은 무엇인가? 어느 당사자의 조건을 적용할 것인가? 누구의 것인가? 등이다. 2015년, 헤이그 국제사법회의는 헤이그준거법원칙을 최종적으로 승인하였다. 해당 원칙은 서식분쟁을 다루고 있다. 또한 2013년, CISG 자문위원회는 CISG에 의거한 표준조건의 편입과 관련한 문제를 해결하기 위한 효과적인 방법을 제기하기 위하여 "Black letter rules"를 채택하였다. 본 연구는 헤이그준거법원칙과 CISG에서 서식분쟁을 관련 규정과 사례를 종합적으로 검토하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 양당사자의 서식분쟁 문제를 해결하기 위한 적절한 실무적 해결방안을 제안하는 데 있다.
