일반 가정의 세탁 습관 및 반복 세탁에 의한 백색 면 내의의 잔류 오염 (The Laundry Habits and the Residual Soils of White Cotton Undershirts in Repeating Home Laundry)

  • The purpose of this study was to study accumlated residual soils which may be one of the causes for yellowing of worn cloths. Wear and wash tests of white cotton undershirts were repeated at 30 households sellected at random over a period of 60 days. Laundry conditions were similar to home laundry habits in a fact-finding survey, using a powdery heavy duty detergent containing no enzymes or enzymes. The subjects in this study were survey of laundry actual condition, the undershirts from prior to and after the final washing was measured residual soils, $L^*a^*b^*$ value and mellowness index of CIE system. D3ta were analysed by simple correlation analysis of wear and wash cycle, residual soils, whiteness The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Using pattern of washing machine, Presoaking was no singinificant differnece in general characteristics of survey respondent. Laundry frequency was significant difference in income level, occupation of housewives whether or not. Use of cold and hot water was significant difference in residence shape. 2. The analyzed consequences of recognition and actual behavior in connection with laundry were found variables each other to have independence or not. 3. Amount of residual sebum soils is using non-enzyme detergent were much more than in using enzyme detergent, increased linearly with increase of the number of wear and wash cycles. 4. Residual protein soils with increase of the number wear and wash cycles less than in laundering more easy than sebum soils. Since accumulated residual sebum soils were much more than residual protein soils. 5. Increase of residual soils was raised mellowness index and diminshed whiteness. yellowness index of residual sebum soils was higher than protein soils. If increase of whiteness will be incresed, amount of residual sebum soils will be decreased sebum soils. Because amount of residual sebum soils much more than protein soils, yellowness index of residual sebum soils was more higher than that of protein soils.

  • 도보는 인류문명의 발전에 기초가 된 인간의 기능 중 한가지이다. 도보 능력은 먼저 마을을 만들고 인류의 도시 패턴을 만들었다. 도시는 보행자의 편의와 행복한 삶을 위해 건설되었다. 하지만 기존의 도시는 물질문명이 발달한 이후의 급속한 차량증가와 인구로 북적거리게 되었다. 한편, 보행자 공간은 도시 지역에서 소외되고 있다. 본 연구는 도심 가로변 보행공간 특성과 이에 대한 개선방향을 제시하고자 함으로써 다음의 방향을 택하였다. 첫째, 문헌조사 및 고찰에 의하여 보행 공간의 의의와 문제점을 찾아내어 이들과 보행자 행태에 영향을 미치는 주위환경과의 관계를 규명하고, 둘째, 보행자의 공간영역(신체적, 심리적) 및 보행특성, 서비스 수준 등을 조사하여 쾌적한 보행공간으로의 개선에 대한 기초자료로 하며, 셋째, 실지 조사에 의한 자료와 위의 문헌조사를 근거로 하여 여러 제안을 추출하여 그 중에서 가장 적합한 최선의 대안을 제시하는 방안을 택한다.

활동 스케줄 분석을 통한 고령자의 통행특성과 통행행태에 관한 연구 (Analysis of the Elderly Travel Characteristics and Travel Behavior with Daily Activity Schedules (the Case of Seoul, Korea))

  • 우리나라도 2000 년에 65세 이상 고령자 인구가 전인구의 7%에 도달하며서 소위 고령화 사회에 진입하게 되었고 앞으로 25년간 우리나라 고령자인구의 증가율은 세계적으로 유례없이 급속할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 측면에서 최근 고령화 문제가 사회적인 이슈로 대두됨에 따라 교통시설물 계획 등에서 고령인구의 통행특성을 고려한 계획 및 설계가 필수적으로 요구되어지고 있다 하지만, 기존의 교통존 혐의 집계분석 방법론에서는 일반인과 고령자의 평균값을 사용함으로써 고령자의 통행 특성 및 사회경제적 특성을 고려하는데 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 일반인과 다른 고령자의 통행특성을 분석하기 위해 네스티드 로지모형을 이용하여 개인의 통행특성을 반영할 수 있는 비집계분석의 방법론으로 활동 스케줄링 모형을 구축하고 정립하였다. 본 연구에서의 분석결과 일반인과 비교해 고령자의 통행특성은 직장인과 비직장인 모두에서 출발시간과 수단 선택에서 큰 차이를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다 이러한 개인 통행특성의 차이를 간과한 기존의 교통존 중심의 집계분석 방법론으로 장래 수요 예측시에 큰 편이를 초래할 것으로 예상된다 따라서 본 연구는 개인통행특성을 고려하기 위해 활동기반모형의 필요성을 강조할 수 있는 좋은 선행과제가 될 것으로 기대한다 또한, 활동기반분석의 지속적인 연구 및 이에 대한 개발은 현재 대두되고 있는 도로사업 평가의 신뢰성, 향후교통시설물 계획 및 설계 평가에 중요 요소로 인식되는 교통량 예측 등에 대한 신뢰성 향상에 많은 기회를 할 것으로 판단된다

서울시 생활권 도시숲의 유형과 규모에 따른 이용행태 비교 연구 - 봉제산.아차산을 중심으로 - (The Comparative Studies on the Visitor Behavior based on Type and Scale of Urban Forest in Seoul - With a Special Reference to Bongje-san and Acha-san -)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 생활권 도시숲의 유형과 규모에 따른 이용행태 차이를 비교하고자 도심 소규모산인 봉제산과 외곽 대규모산인 아차산 이용자를 대상으로 2009년 10월부터 11월 사이에 설문 및 보드판을 이용한 조사를 실시하였다. 도시숲 이용자의 특성, 이용행태, 시설 및 관리의 수요와 만족도, 그리고 통행패턴을 조사항목으로 설정하였다. 이용행태의 공통점은 주 이용객이 남녀 모두 주로 40대에서 60대 이상이었으며, 오전 7시에서 12시 사이에 가장 높은 이용률을 보였고, 거의 매일 이용하거나 일주일에 2~3회 방문하는 비율이 높게 나타났다. 또한 거주지에서 생활권 도시숲 입구까지의 접근성은 양호하다고 판단되며, 숲길 내 시설물과 관리수준에 대한 만족도는 비교적 낮게 나타났다. 보완 및 필요시설물로는 '위생시설'이 가장 높은 비율로 나타났다. 이용행태의 차이점으로 봉제산의 이용객 대부분은 2km 반경 이내(도보기준)에 거주하는 지역주민으로 평균 1.3km 거리를 이동하고, 24분 정도를 소요하는 단시간의 활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 아차산의 주 이용객들은 4km 반경 이내(도보기준)에 거주하는 지역민과 타지역민으로 60% 이상이 평균 6km의 거리를 이동하고, 3시간 반 정도 소요되는 경로를 주로 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 이용유형과 숲의 규모가 다른 서울시 생활권 도시숲의 이용행태 조사를 통하여, 주 이용자들을 위한 이용프로그램의 도입이나 도입시설 관리에 차별성을 두는 관리 기법이 적절하게 적용되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 여가시간의 증가에 따라 지역주민의 도시숲 이용이 증가할 것으로 예상하여 도시숲도 공원녹지와 같이 체계적으로 관리되어야 할 것이다.

비만도에 따른 대학생의 혼자 식사 및 함께하는 식사 시의 식행동 비교 (Comparison of Eating Behavior between Commensality and Solo-eating of University Students by BMI)

  • The objective of this research was to explore the influences of 'having a meal with someone' on individuals' eating pattern. Eating is not a simple matter of energy intake but also serves to anchor daily routines being cultivated by people and society. This study was conducted using a cross-sectional eating behavior survey of university students (N = 893, 380 men, 513 women) aged 20 to 24 years. Results were analyzed and presented as frequencies, means and ${\chi}^2$-test with SPSS 14.0. Differences in dietary habits by commensality and solo-eating were observed; Students who ate alone, spent 15 min for a meal and ate convenience food items when they didn't feel hungry. Compared to students who ate alone, those who ate together with someone spent 30 min for a meal and ate more amount of food. Eighty percent of respondents ate more various menus in commensality than solo-eating. They felt lonely when they ate alone and preferred to eat together. In conclusion, university students start to decide and select their own meals by themselves after junior and high school food services which are fixed with regard to menu and the amount. Dietary habits of Koreans rapidly changed concomitant with social changes over the past half century. Governments and health experts recognize that unbalanced meals cause lifestyle-related diseases, in particular obesity. Our research findings will contribute to more comprehensive efficient nutrition education programs in order to prevent obesity and other lifestyle-related diseases in early stages of adulthood.

한국인의 욕실사용 문화를 고려한 디자인 가이드라인 (The bathroom design guideline considering the usage pattern of Koreans)

  • 과거에는 단순한 생리처리 및 위생공간이었던 욕실에 대한 기능이 현대에 들어서는 생활의 활력을 충전하고, 자신만의 욕구와 실현의 공간으로써 활용되는 다기능 공간화 되어 가고 있다. 이러한 의식주에 대한 소비자들의 새로운 욕구와 변화가 나타나면서 현재 '욕실' 공간에서의 행위와 요구사항을 파악할 필요성이 높아져 가고 있다. 많은 수의 한국인들은 욕실사용에 있어서 서양의 입식(立式) 샤워 방식 외에도 욕조 밖이나 대야 등에 물을 받아 사용하는 등의 욕실사용 행태를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 이와 같은 한국인의 독특한 욕실사용행태를 설계에 반영함으로써 한국인의 욕실문화가 고려된 욕실구조 도출이 가능할 것이다. 본 연구는 욕실공간에 대한 사용 만족도를 높이기 위해 한국인의 욕실사용 정황과 사용 중에 느끼는 불편함과 종합적 감정 등을 조사하여 욕실 사용자의 요구사항을 도출하며, 욕실 공간계획에 있어서 건강, 위생문제를 해결하는 공간이자, 현대인의 신체특징과 라이프스타일이 반영 가능한 기본적인 설계지침 도출을 연구목표로 하고 있다.

전주지역 중,노년층의 생활습관과 건강상태 조사 (A Study on Health-related Habits, dietary Behaviors and health Status of the Middle Aged and the Elderly Living in Chonju Area)

  • The health-related habits, dietary behaviors and health status as well as the relationships between the health-related habits and dietary behaviors and the health status were investigated in the subjects of the middle aged(20 male and 50 female with the average age of 56.4$\pm$6.1) and the elderly(15 male and 15 female with the average of 68.4$\pm$3.6) living in Chonju. The survey included the personal interview using questionnaires, anthropometric measurement and biochemical tests in December, 1998. The breakfast irregularity was shown in 5.7% of male and 10.8% of female. The consumption of generally lightly salted foods was practiced in half of the subjects. The prevalence of smoking and alcohol drinking were shown in 20% and 31.4% of male group respectively. As judged by their body mass indices(BMI), none of the subjects was belong to the obesity group. However, the considerable degree of overweight was found in female subjects. The upper-body obesity was more prevalent in female compared to male group. The percentages of the anemic subjects as judged by WHO hemoglobin level were found to be relatively high specially for female(26.2%). The blood pressure, serum total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol determination showed that the middle aged males and the elderly females tend to have higher levels compared to the different age bracket subjects from two-way ANOVA. Therefore, it can be assumed that the middle aged males and the elderly females are under the greater risk than the other groups. The analysis of the relationships between health-related habits and dietary behavior, and the health status showed that the regularity of breakfast, the consumption of lightly salted foods, the frequency of exercise and the alcohol drinking pattern influenced the city dwellers and the risk-related health habits as well as dietary behavior.

충남지역 일부 남자 대학생의 흡연상태에 따른 식사섭취 실태조사 (A Survey on Dietary Behavior and Nutrient Intake of Smoking Male College Students in Chungnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of smoking on dietary behavior and nutrient intake among the male college students. The subjects were divided into three groups; non smoker(n=84), moderate smoker(n=68), and heavy smoker(n=89) according to duration and degree of smoking. And they were asked for general characteristics, life style, eating pattern, food frequency, and nutrient intake using questionnaire and 24-hr recall method. The mean age, height, weight, and BMI of the subjects were 26.2$\pm$6.2 years, 173.3$\pm$5.3㎝, 66.5$\pm$9.3㎏, and 22.1$\pm$2.7㎏/$m^2$, respectively. The type of residence and frequency of alcohol drinking were significantly different among three groups; the frequency of self-boarding and alcohol drinking in moderate smoker and heavy smoker was higher than those in non smoker. Comparing with non smoker, the frequency of skipping meals, especially breakfast and supper, was significantly high in moderate smoker and heavy smoker. The most common reason why heavy smoker skipped meals was ‘eating habit’, while it was ‘lack of time’ in non smoker. The results showed that the heavy smoker tended to drink coffee more often compared to the other two groups. There were no significant differences in nutrient intakes among three groups. In conclusion, heavy smoking students have unhealthy dietary behaviors in terms of high frequency of alcohol drinking, habit of skipping meals and frequent coffee drinking showing a strong need of proper education on smoking withdrawal and meal practice for them.

사무직 공무원들의 피로수준 및 관련요인 (Fatigue Symptoms and Its Related Factors among Clerical Public Officers)

  • Objectives: The administrative employees of government were analyzed on their levels of fatigue symptoms to reveal the various factors related to them. Methods: The self-administered questionnaires were performed, during the period between Dec. 5th, 2005 and Jan. 31st, 2006, to 1,005 individuals in the service of general administration located in Daejeon Metropolitan City. The survey items included subjects' socio-demographic and job-related characteristics, health-related behavior, degree of job demand, job autonomy, social support in work, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, sense of self-esteem, and degree of fatigue. The study results were analyzed and the authors came to the following major findings, by univariate and multiple regression analysis with degree of fatigue dependent variables and other variables independent. Results and Conclusions: The study results indicated that the level of fatigue symptoms is so complicatedly influenced by variable factors as well as job-related characteristics such as socio-demographic characteristics, rank in work, or job career, to a greater extent, by job specifications and personality traits(type A) like whether performing health-related behavior or not, job demand, job autonomy, social support in work, or sense of self-esteem. Thus the effective strategy for stress reduction among governmental employees requires additional programs focusing on innovated job specifications and managed personality trait.

광주지역 일부 청소년의 트랜스지방 함유 간식의 상대적 섭취빈도에 따른 식행동, 체성분 조성, 영양소 섭취량 비교 (Relationship among Consumption Frequency of Snacks Containing Trans Fatty Acid, Food Behaviors, Body Composition, and Nutrient Intakes of Adolescents Living in Kwang-ju Area)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the consumption pattern of snacks-containing trans-fatty acid in adolescents living in the Kwang-ju area of Korea, and to analyze the relevance toward their eating behaviors, body composition, nutrient intakes, and consumption frequency of snacks-containing trans fatty acid. A survey questionnaire was developed in order to investigate general environmental factors, eating behavior, nutritional knowledge, and the consumption frequency of snacks-containing trans fatty acid. A total of 312 middle school students were surveyed. The collection rate was 97% and ultimately 282 cases were analyzed. Anthropometric measurements, body composition data, and nutrient intakes were also collected. The consumption frequencies for snacks-containing trans-fatty acid were negatively correlated with food behavior scores (p<0.01) however, pocket money and snack intake frequency per day were positively correlated with consumption frequency. Also, snack consumption frequency had some correlation with the subjects' anthropometric measurements and body composition data such as total body water (p<0.01), body protein (p<0.01), body minerals (p<0.01), and skeletal muscle mass (p<0.01). Finally, the consumption frequency of snacks-containing trans fatty acid was significantly correlated with calcium intake (p<0.05), it also showed correlations with vitamin A, retinol, ${\beta}-carotene$, and folic acid intake, although statistical significance was not verified.
