SNS 뷰티 인플루언서 특성이 인플루언서 신뢰 및 구전 의도에 미치는 영향: 관여도의 조절 효과 (Impact of SNS Beauty Influencer Characteristics on Trust and Word-of-Mouth Intentions: The Moderating Effect of Engagement)

  • With the growing preference among Chinese consumers for purchasing beauty products through social media networks (SNS), influencer marketing has recently emerged as a crucial strategy for maximizing word-of-mouth effects. This study aims to ascertain the impact of SNS beauty influencers' characteristics on trustworthiness and consumers' intentions to engage in word-of-mouth promotion. Furthermore, the study seeks to explore the moderating role of consumer involvement in the relationship between SNS beauty influencer characteristics and the trust consumers place in them. As part of an empirical analysis, an online survey was administered to 259 Chinese female consumers who had previously purchased beauty products through influencers on SNS. The data gathered were scrutinized by conducting multiple and hierarchical regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that the attributes of "expertise,"' "intimacy," and "homogeneity" in SNS beauty influencers significantly affect influencer trust, whereas "charm" does not have a significant impact. Moreover, consumer involvement was found to moderate the relationship between SNS beauty influencer characteristics (expertise, intimacy, charm, and homogeneity) and influencer trust. Additionally, influencer trust positively influenced the intention to engage in word-of-mouth activities. These findings signify that leveraging influencers possessing qualities such as expertise, intimacy, and homogeneity can help enhance product exposure, popularity, and sales of the beauty industry. This study contributes valuable insights into the strategic utilization of influencer characteristics in the beauty industry and digital marketing, highlighting their pivotalrole in consumer engagement and the success of marketing strategies.

뷰티 애플리케이션 기능 분석 (Beauty Application Function Analysis)

  • Recently, with the development of IT technology, interest in mobile applications has increased, and as products and contents that go beyond existing services are released in the beauty industry, interest is steadily increasing. Accordingly, various studies have been conducted, but studies analyzing the functions of beauty applications have been insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the functions of beauty applications and help in the development and development of future beauty applications. The research method analyzed the functions of beauty applications that have been downloaded more than 100 million through the Google Play Store, and the search period was from October 11, 2020 to November 3, 2020. As a result of the study, it was found that there is a difference in the name of the function, the function being provided, and the application method of the function for each application. As a result of function analysis, a total of 36 functions were classified, and it was analyzed that 30 functions were provided in YCM, 14 functions in YCP, 21 functions in BP, and 10 functions in SS. Therefore, by analyzing the functions of beauty applications through this study, we intend to provide useful data in the future development of beauty applications and help in the development of beauty applications.

뷰티산업에서 프랜차이즈의 내부마케팅이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Pre-Chase's Internal Marketing on Job Satisfaction in the Beauty Industry)

  • 뷰티산업은 고객을 대면하면서 서비스를 제공하여야 하는 특성상 종업원들의 감정적 스트레스가 높은 직업 중 하나이다. 따라서 뷰티산업 종업원들을 내부고객으로 인지하고, 적절한 내부마케팅(교육훈련, 보상시스템, 권한 위임, 경영층지원)을 통하여 직무에 대한 만족을 높여준다면, 종업원들이 외부고객에게도 다양하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공함으로써 매출액이 극대화되고, 이직률이 낮아진다는 명제를 기초 자료로 활용하고자 4가지 가설을 수립하고, 뷰티산업 피부미용 프랜차이즈 종사자들을 대상으로 2018년 11월 1일부터 12월 30일 동안 설문지 320부를 회수하여 AMOS 21.0, SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 경로분석 등으로 처리하였다. 그 결과 교육훈련은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 보상시스템, 권한위임, 경영층지원은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뷰티산업도 내부마케팅을 강화하여 종업원들의 정신적 스트레스와 직무에 대한 만족도를 높여야 한다고 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 뷰티 및 화장품 산업 종사자의 직무스트레스, 직무 자율성, 직원지지평가, 이직의도와의 관계를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 뷰티 및 화장품 산업 종사자의 3개월 이상 경력자 570명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료를 처리하기 위해 기술통계, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 뷰티 및 화장품 산업 종사자의 직원지지평가는 직무 스트레스와 부적인 관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 직원지지평가는 이직의도와 부적인 관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 이직의도와 정(+)적인 관계로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무 자율성은 이직의도와 유의미한 관계에 있지 않았다. 다섯째, 직무스트레스는 직무 자율성과 이직의도와의 관계에서 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 뷰티 및 화장품 산업 종사자들의 이직 의도에 직무 스트레스가 유의미한 변인임을 알 수 있었다.

Digital Distribution in Preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution: Focused on the Beauty Industry

  • Purpose: After using the Internet, the world is changing through several paradigms, and the retail industry, which is essential to living in the world, is also changing rapidly. In this review paper, the requirements that the retail industry should consider and prepare in accordance with the rapidly changing paradigm were reviewed according to the current situation of the times. Research design, data, and methodology: It is a review of technological development using PRISMA flow diagram, retail change, and necessity in April 2022, and a review of the digital environment to be applied to the retail industry in the future. Results As the current situation and changes of retail, and the development of IT technology, reviews on the retail business applying the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence were collected, and the direction of the retail industry was suggested. Conclusions: The direction for the retail industry in preparation for developing technologies was presented. In addition, this study is a review paper that suggests the need for research on active introduction of new technologies to the beauty market that is very close to human life and economically helpful as IT technology for the 4th industrial revolution develops rapidly.

The Effects of Service Recovery and Perceived Justice on Customer Relationship in the Beauty Service Industry

  • The purposes of this study are to explore how the service recovery of the beauty shops and customers' perceived justice affect the customer relationship. A survey based questionnaire method was employed for this study. Data were collected by a convenient sampling of 232 female customers of hair beauty shops in Seoul and Busan. The data were analysed by using SPSS 21.0, including a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple of regression analyses. The first result showed that all dimensions of service recovery had a significantly positive effect on the perceived justice. Especially, behavioral recovery of beauty shops was the major significant factor affecting perceived justice. Second, distributive justice and interactive justice had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, procedural justice did not have any significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction was significantly and strongly associated with both trust and commitment. These results provide empirical proposition that the recovery strategies for complaint handling of the beauty service shop are related closely to relationship marketing.

A Study on the Direction of Evaluation Indicators for Personalized Beauty Self-care

  • Recently, the beauty industry has implemented personalized services based on skin big data. To increase competitiveness in the beauty industry, systematic data measurement and evaluation indicators are necessary to select data and obtain necessary knowledge. In response, this study sought to stably enhance the accuracy of skin diagnosis based on satisfaction and reliability. To this end, the research was conducted through focus group interviews (FGI), a case study of brands, and analysis of prior research results. In particular, as a result of analyzing keywords that classify skin types by brand, common survey items for skin types were oiliness and using moisturizer, cosmetic use and vascular of skin, external stimulus and blemish & freckles, facial wrinkle, outside activities, self-consciousness, and smoke. In additioin to the common questions of the preceding study and the brand survey items, the questions concerning complex skin types, seasonal change, facial color, wrinkles and elasticity were added, and the questions were presented in a total of 40 items. In particular, it suggested that skin measurement could be conducted by focusing on elasticity and pigmentation items by reflecting the results of prior research and the opinions of FGI, and based on this, a customized service with high satisfaction and high accuracy of beauty care based on this could be proposed. We hope that this study will facilitate active self-care by providing more satisfying skin stones and personalized cosmetics proposals, thus laying the foundation for the further development of the cosmetics industry.

미용서비스종사자의 리더십 지각이 장기근속의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Research on Perception of Leadership Affects Long-term Working Intention in the Beauty Service Employees)

  • 현재 한국의 미용업계는 전통적인 영세 이미지를 벗고 대외적의로 외형을 키우고 있는 실정이며 그 변화와 경쟁의 속도는 심화되고 있다. 미용업의 경영 최우선의 특징은 사람을 자원으로 하고 있는 산업이므로, 인사관리는 그 무엇보다도 중요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 인사관리는 타 직종에 비해 매우 비중을 차지하고 있는 것이 현실이기 때문에 본 연구의 문제점은 여기서부터 출발한다. 또한, 미용 서비스업의 관리자 리더십이 미용종사자의 장기근속의도 즉, 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 리더십이 어느 정도의 이직률을 낮출 수 있는지 알아 보고자 한다. 미용 산업의 특성상 인적 자원의 의존도가 크기 때문에, 미용실 내에서 경영관리자의 역할과 임무는 매우 중요하다. 급변하는 경제 환경에도 불구하고 미용실의 원장이나 관리자는 아직도 과거의 주먹구구식 경영방식을 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 조직을 운영하는 원장이나 관리자의 리더십에 대한 개념의 부재가 큰 요인으로 작용하고 있다고 해도 과언은 아니다. 고객의 니즈는 하루가 다르게 변화하고 있는데, 유능한 인적 자원의 빈번한 이직으로 고객의 신뢰도가 감소하고 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 어려워지고, 경영적 측면에서는 재교육이라는 비용이 발생함으로 경제적 손실로 이어져 경영악화를 초래하는 악순환이 반복되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 원장 또는 관리자의 리더십 유형이 미용종사자들의 장기근속의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는 가를 알아보는 것은 중요한 지침이 될 것이다. 비전 제시와 목표설정 그리고 조직시민행동 등과 같은 리더십의 새로운 인식의 변화와 경영목표에 달성을 목표로, 기존의 리더십 틀을 재구성하고, 미용업 종사자들의 이직요인들과 이직의도를 파악함으로써 미용 산업의 발전 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가설1을 검증한 결과에 의하면, 미용서비스종사자의 조직시민행동 향상을 위해서는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인별 카리스마, 개별적 고려, 지적 자극이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 가설 2는 미용서비스종사자의 이직의도의 감소를 위해서는 변혁적 리더십의 하위요인별 카리스마, 분발고취가 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 가설 3은 미용서비스종사자의 조직시민행동 향상을 위해서는 거래적 리더십의 하위요인별 조건적 보상, 예외적 관리가 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 가설 4는 미용서비스종사자의 이직의도의 감소를 위해서는 거래적 리더십의 하위요인별 조건적 보상이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 오늘날, 미용계의 경영환경은 업소간의 경쟁력 심화, 유능한 직원의 채용 어려움으로 인해 유망한 성장산업으로 위치한 미용이 제대로 자리매김을 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 변화하지 않으면 살아남을 수 없고, 업무의 전문성이 요구되는 것만큼 인적자원의 관리는 곧 경제적 이득을 가져올 수 있으므로 이직관리에 대한 경영자의 인식전환이 절실히 요구되어지고 있다.

21세기의 이상적 여성미와 패션디자인의 조형적 특성 (21st century Female's Ideal Beauty & Formative Characteristics of Fashion Design)

  • Based on results using factor analysis, Women's definition of "Ideal beauty" can be materialize into four key factors, "Confident beauty", "Graceful beauty", "Lively beauty", and "Genuine beauty". Factor analysis was conducted to materialize Women's definition of "Ideal beauty"and the above four factors were representative of 56.31% of total variance. "Ideal beauty" defined by age category was also found significant difference, indicating existence of different "Ideal beauty "definition for age groups. Itemized age category's "Ideal beauty" definitions are as follows, 18-22 years, bright and lively, 23-27 years, cute and confident, 28-32 years, sensible and confident 33-37 years, hard-working, 38-42 years, ability and composure, 43-47 years, casual and graceful, 48-52 years, refined and noble, 53 years and above, healthy and proper as "Ideal beauty" definitions. The defined "ideal beauty" was steadily shifted with age group. Women 38 years and younger were defined external attributes to "Ideal beauty", as women 38 years and older were defined inner attributes to "Ideal beauty". Women's definition of "Ideal beauty" can materialize into four key factors, "Confident beauty", "Graceful beauty", "Lively beauty", and "Genuine beauty".

미용관련학과 학생들의 교육과정 주요요인과 교육만족도 (A Study of Student Satisfaction from Beauty Art-Related Departments on Educational Assessments)

  • This study is aimed to improve future-oriented curriculum by investigating the satisfaction of students from beauty art-related departments on their curriculum and major courses and proposing their basic direction and improvement plan. For this, a survey was conducted against students from beauty art-related departments in Busan (5 junior colleges and 1 four-year university). The following results were obtained: First, according to a correlation analysis on major questionnaire items on the curriculum in beauty art-related departments, statistical significance was observed in 'curriculum development', 'facility and administrative & financial supports', 'instructor/teacher activities', 'educational evaluation activities', 'academia-industry cooperation activities' and 'output evaluation'. In terms of educational satisfaction, statistical significance was observed in all positive relations. Second, according to regression analysis on the evaluation of curriculum output factors in beauty art-related departments, output factor levels were high as 'academia-industry cooperation activities', 'age', 'teacher/instructor activities', curriculum requirement analysis' and 'curriculum development' were high. In overall, relatively good results (69.0%) were observed. A further study needs to be performed for improvement of satisfaction of students majoring in beauty art on their curriculum in educating students from beauty art-related departments by applying their educational evaluation to optimum standards.
