HCl 산성에서 aconitine류 알칼로이드는 Reineke 시액으로 백색의 침전을, 그리고 TCR 시액으로 청색의 침전을 형성하였다. 백색의 침전은 $NH_4OH$ 알칼리성의 물에 녹아 aconitine류 알칼로이드를 유리시키며, 유리된 aconitine류 알칼로이드는 DCE층으로 쉽게 전용되었다. 전용된 DCE층을 분취하여 UV흡광파장을 측정하고 TLC로 분리하였다. 청색의 침전은 DCE층에 전용되므로 전용된 DCE층을 분취하여 UV/Vis.흡광파장을 측정하였다. 이상의 방법으로 aconitine류 알칼로이드를 검출하여 생약이나 제제에서 aconitine류 알칼로이드를 함유한 부자류 생약을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 수용액 중에 존재하는 방사성 동위원소인 요오드 즉, 요오드이온($I^-$), 요오드산이온(${IO_3}^-$)및 요오드($I_2$)를 효과적으로 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 별도로 물리적 화학적 변화의 과정이 필요하지 않고, 표면 개질된 활성 산화알루미늄과 활성탄을 이용하여 완전하게 제거할 수 있어 방사성 폐수 및 일반 산업폐수에도 유용하게 적용될 수 있다. 요오드이온($I^-$), 요오드산이온(${IO_3}^-$)의 혼합수용액 중의 각 이온들을 은 처리된 염기성 알루미나와 산성 알루미나를 이용한 흡착제거 방법으로 각각 99% 이상 제거하는 효과를 나타내었다.

This study investigates two basic operations of mobility management of PCNs (Personal Communication Networks), i.e., the location update and the paging of the mobile terminal. From the realistic consideration that a user either moves through several cells consecutively or stays in a cell with long time, we model the mobility pattern by introducing two types of CRT (Cell Residence Time). Mobility patterns of the mobile terminal are classified Into various ways by using the ratios of two types of CRT. Cost analysis is performed for distance-based and movement-based location update schemes combined with blanket polling paging and selective paging scheme. It is demonstrated that in a certain condition of mobility pattern and call arrival pattern, 2-state CRT model produces different optimal threshold and so, is more effective than IID ( Independently-Identically-Distributed) CRT model. An analytical model for the new CRT model is compact and easily extendable to the other location update schemes.

This Paper analyzed activities of the average time use survey in 1999 and 2004 by Korea National Statistical Office. The survey of National Statistical Office considered general analysis for activities like that personal care(eating), employment and study, leisure, travel by purpose. Change of time of living causes a lot of effects on society whole economy, culture etc., and is used basic data in policy proposal of the country and enterprise's marketing operation establishment. Analysis for average time could look at change in a role of gender, holiday of saturday's enforcement and increasing of temporary post. Using this analysis we can do more developed and analytical sociological study.

The theoretical significance of the article: the definition of multimedia programs is given, the advantages and disadvantages of using multimedia programs are revealed, the basic principles of teaching using multimedia programs are revealed.

The diagnostic assay of calcium ion was sought using a modified sensor with square-wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). In this study, simple graphite pencil was used as working, reference, and auxiliary electrodes. By coating the working electrodes with DNA, their sensitivity was very much improved, and good results were yielded. Moreover, clean seawater was used as an electrolyte solution instead of acid and base electrolytes to lessen the expenses involved in the experiment. The analytical optimum conditions were also examined. These conditions were attained at the low detection limit of $0.6ugL^1$. After that, the results were applied to drinking water of milk contain.

현대사회에서 독서치료의 중요성을 인식한 많은 연구자들이 독서치료 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 특히 중학생, 고등학생 등 청소년의 독서치료에 대한 학위논문들을 대상으로 연도별, 연구유형별, 연구대상자별, 독서치료 프로그램 등 다각적으로 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구는 이들의 연구동향을 분석함으로써 앞으로 청소년을 위한 독서치료 연구자들에게 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The utmost intention of this work is to identify various field areas which are most prevalent in library and information science education. The study also denotes the rate of tendency on the rapid growth and development of research production among information specialists in Bangladesh. In order to carry out the study, an extensive literature review was carefully done to collect the basic elements of research patterns. It is noted that in the period of 1980-2016, 200 articles were published in library and information science by Bangladeshi researchers in 62 journals. In this article a total of 200 articles were reviewed. The result of the present study shows that the ratio of female authors had fewer contributions than male authors did. The majority of articles were published from the United Kingdom. The study also shows that the largest numbers of articles (19 papers, 9.50%) were published in the Social Science Journal of the University of Rajshahi from Bangladesh. The paper also shows that about 71.50% of papers have been cited while 28.50% of papers did not receive any citation. The present research might be helpful for revealing the country's research trends in library and information science. However, this study may also inspire development of a subject-based indigenous database and can act as an important device for research scholars.
