As a result of the Fukushima disaster and climate change due to excessive greenhouse gases, international energy affairs are currently focused on establishing safe and environment-friendly policies. To achieve this, Republic of Korea has established a plan for environment-friendly energy supplies. It is expected that policy enforcement will be accompanied by an increase in energy supply costs. An analysis of energy supply costs is necessary before the establishment of any national energy policy. This paper analyzes and compares the energy supply costs accompanying environmental and nuclear energy policies, based on the Korean National Energy Master Plan and the Basic Plan for Long-Term Electricity Supply and Demand, in order to understand the implications of these national energy policies.

In this study, a digital design process by utilizing the program's database functionality in BIM, public education facilities master plan presented an alternative model to the layout of the design process. First of all, public education facilities master plan design process with digital design process and how to use the database of BIM in the process for review of the possibility of. Secondly, public educational facility planning the placement as needed for the switch to digital design limits, and the basic plan design at various elementary school planning alternatives in a school building and the school site is required to investigate. Thirdly, as a way of using the database features of GDL BIM lnn and teachers on how to create a variable by setting up a number of different alternatives so that you can choose the architect thought to have to organize and visualize the possibility of quick. A quantitative way the basic plan design that repeats some of the measures that can be used for digital design change as a process of continuous research is needed.

이 연구의 목적은 제3차 진로 교육 5개년 기본계획(2023-2027)의 의미를 분석하여 진로 교육의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 제3차 진로 교육 5개년 기본계획(2023-2027)의 의미는 첫째, 제1차 진로 교육 종합계획(2010년~2013년) 과 제2차 진로 교육 5개년 기본계획(2016년~2020년)의 성과와 한계를 분석하여 제3차 진로 교육 5개년 기본계획(2023년~2027년)에 반영하였다는 것이 가장 큰 의미이다. 둘째, 2022 개정 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 진로 교육을 충실히 반영하고 있다. 셋째, 진로 교육의 범위가 늘어 났을 뿐만 아니라 심화 확대 된 것이 특징이다. 이를 바탕으로 진로 교육의 방향을 제시하면 첫째, 진로 교육은 평생을 걸쳐 이루어질 필요가 있다. 둘째, 급격한 사회 환경 변화에 민감히 대처할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 정부 기관들의 유기적인 관계 속에서 진로 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 산업, 노동, 교육 등 다양한 정부 기관이 전체적인 관점에서 진로 교육 정책이 수립되고 집행되어야 할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 변화하는 도시 및 환경 문제, 기후변화 문제에 대응하기 위한 방법 중 하나인 바람길숲 조성과 관련하여 바람길숲의 실효성을 높이기 위한 제도화 방안 및 부처별 연계 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 바람길 관련 용어를 포함하고 있는 법·제도를 검토하여 관련 계획 내에서 요구되는 바람길의 역할 및 상호관계를 파악하였으며, 바람길숲 관련 상위계획 및 바람길숲 기본계획에 대한 검토를 통해 현재 조성되고 있는 바람길숲의 문제점을 파악하여 바람길숲 관련 주요 쟁점을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 바람길숲 활성화를 위한 제도화 방안은 크게 바람길숲 법제화를 위한 제도화 방안과 바람길숲의 실효성 있는 활성화를 위한 제도화 방안으로 나누어 법률 정비 및 보완 사항을 제안하였다. 먼저 바람길숲 법제화를 위한 제도화 방안으로는 1)용어의 정립 및 법적·제도적 근거 마련, 2)관련 계획과의 위계정립 및 바람길숲 기본계획의 법적 근거 마련 방안을 제시하였으며, 바람길숲의 실효성 있는 활성화를 위한 제도화 방안으로는 1)지도화 된 공간자료 구축에 대한 법·제도적 근거 마련 방안, 2)바람길숲 기본계획 수립지침 및 바림길숲 조성·관리 가이드라인 마련의 필요성과 그 내용적 범위 등에 대해 제안하였다. 본 연구자료는 바람길숲 관련 법·제도 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 바람길숲 기본계획의 제도화 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 체계적인 바람길숲 조성과 관련하여 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

[Purpose] Recently, skyscrapers have sharply increased throughout the world, including South Korea. Although a skyscraper has its own merit such as the landmark of a city, it also has various problems like massive energy consumption. This study is aimed to establish the concept of environment-friendly skyscraper and propose a plan to realize skyscraper after analyzing the architectural, facility and environmental friendly elements of skyscrapers. [Method] This study lists up skyscrapers over 40 floors and 200 meters high. Upon 10 constructed buildings, it analyzes their basic plans and the green building technologies applied to them and suggests effective and environment-friendly architectural plan. [Result] This study examined the distinctions of the layout, shape, facade, and floor plan plane of 10 skyscrapers and found out specific techniques to be used for the use plan of natural energy, plan for saving resources and reducing wastes and a plan for environmental architecture and system.

This study examined the evolution of S&T Basic Acts in Korea from the Science and Technology Promotion Act (1967) through the Special Act on STI (1997) to the Framework Act on Science and Technology (2001) in the following aspects: 1) comprehensive plans, 2) coordination mechanisms for S&T policies, 3) enforcement of R&D programs and performance diffusion, 4) promotion of human resources, 5) and S&T investment and budgeting. Before the Framework Act on S&T was enacted in 2001, critical issues were found in establishing S&T master plans, promotion of R&D programs, comprehensive coordination mechanisms, and R&D budgeting. The three Basic Acts have expanded the scope of regulation over time to cover the entire cycle of the S&T process. They concern a wide range of issues, including creating a basis for scientific and technological development, S&T promotion, disseminating and commercializing research outcomes, and preventing adverse effects from science and technology. The content of the Basic Acts has evolved in response to changes in the political, economic, and social environment of Korean industry during the past five decades.

This research is aimed to analyze the basic characteristics of the 16 floor plans of 4 small-sized apartments in DaLian-City. Recently, there are increasing that a small-sized apartments for new younger generation in China. The younger ages intend to got a new floor plan types apartments according to own's life style. Also, a lot of construction company showed the many types of new residential space design during the last about 10 years, in DaLian City. The research results are summarized as follows: First, all of the floor plan types were '-' shape, 'L' shape. Second, there were several co-relational types of space plan between living room, kitchen and dining space. Those are LDK, L K, L DK, LD K. Third, the bedroom of the $30m^2$-floor plan size has an open-space design but over the size of $40m^2$-floor plan the space is closed design. Fourth, The number of bathrooms in all the floor plans is just 1 and it's placed beside the entrance except for B3, C4. The basic equipments of the lavatory was a toilet, a washbowl, a shower. A bathtub is installed in the floor plans greater than $60m^2$. Fifth, almost all of the characteristics of the spatial interrelation - each room position order - based on the location of the entrance. In particular, almost all of the bedrooms are furthest from the entrance for the most privacy.

This paper introduces an agent system that assists in user's work on the Internet. First, the agent receives requests from the user or other agents. Since there are various kinds of requests, it is difficult to describe a completes set of request -handling rules in advance. Therefore, the agent makes a plan referring to old cases. The agent executes the plane which is a sequence of basic operation. If the agent fails to execute basic operation or to create a plan. then it makes a new plan by interacting with the user or other agent. Finally the agent stores this new case with user's evaluation score into the case base.

School's preservation of health aims at the promotion of efficiency for school education as it promotes students and all teaching staffs' health. In this study, 26 elementary schools in seoul were selected and analyzed, in order to make a basic plan of efficient public health room where students and all teaching staffs can be actively treated their physical and mental problems. The basic direction of school health was referred to promote school's preservation of health. A public health room should have each necessary field to do their own parts. Besides, its space plan has to be designed in detail so that the room can be convenient and comfortable. Unlike until now, we need to change our mind into planing a public health room apart from a school plan.

Present structure design has a problem arising from the fact that present apartment housing design doesn't satisfy user's diverse demand. An aim of this study on searching out the alternative to solve this problem. The results of study are as follows : 1) Methods of flexible structure are analyzed to reflect user's needs and practical example of those proposed. 2) To raise the flexibility of design reinforced concrete pannel wall system are selected. The basic types of T and II for the figures of pannel are adopted. As a result it brought so much open space not having influenced on the load of construction that it enhances the flexibility of the space allocation. Also that made it easy to meet the user's demand for 8 kinds of plan types are easily designed according to the arrangement of the space and its scale. These results will become basic data of future unit plan design in apartment housing.
