The pressure to develop new agricultural technologies will be roughly proportional to the rate of depletion of natural resources employed in agriculture. Of these resources, land, water and gentic resources are critical. The development of agriculture is associated with a scientific and technological establishment, of remarkable capability ; responding rapidly to many problems encountered by the agricultural production. These advantages are also coupled with constraints. Agricultural systems are concerned with the efficient conversion of resources into products that are wanted by the producer or someone else who is prepared to pay for them. They are based on biological processes, but they are operated by the people for a multiplicity of purposes. Study of agricultural systems is aimed at helping in the operation of systems, their repair or their improvement. The future concerns of agriculture will center on (1) increasing and safeguarding the supplies of productive inputs to agriculture, (2) improving the efficiency with which these inputs are used in food production, (3) developing new sources of basic food materials, and (4) coping with the external costs that tend to appear in intensive, mechanized agriculture.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for establishment of prevention counterplan against construction accidents in preparation for variation of climate conditions. In order to execution of this study, it was analyzed relations of climate factors and cases of construction accident occurred construction sites. In occurrence of construction accidents inducing death upon variation of Climate factors, precipitation and wind velocity were not related directly to construction accidents inducing death. On the other hand, the more temperature and humidity are high, the more construction accidents inducing death occurred. Especially, when temperature and humidity are above $24^{\circ}C,\;70\%$ respectively, field managers must pay attention to safety management of construction sites.

The Fishery Household Concept is very important, because it furnish the basic information for Fisheries Policy Decision. But it is issued because the Established Fishery Household Concept is not fully reflected present Fisheries Situation. The Targets of Fisheries Policy in Korea can mainly classified Three, that is the stable Supply of Sea Food, Achievement of more high Fishery Household income, the Construction of more Comfortable Fishery Village. For Attainment these targets, the Criterion of Fishery Household Concept should be changed to 60 days from fishery working days,30 days. Also One of the Fishery Household Criterion should be inculuded Income Variable like Farm Household Criterion. This is needed to pay attention because it can provide against Trade Liberalization.

This paper attempts to analyze the strategies that Korean enterprise have taken to respond to China's rapidly changing foreign direct investment policies, especially after China's participation in the WTO. China's logistics industry has entered a stage of fast growth and the demand of logistics infrastructure Korea which is trying to be a logistics hub in Northeast Asia has to pay attention to the logistics of China. This paper provides the basic information for enhancing global logistics to logistics enterprise. Korean logistics enterprises analyze problem of China's policy and will have to cope political change spontaneously.

The usual distinction made in the literature is between decision facilitating and decision influencing. Because time only runs one way, both uses of cost information are problematic. In the first instance, a cost description (measurement or estimate) is provided to decision makers before a decision is made. Unfortunately, costs can only be measured after the fact. This means that cost analysts must estimate the costs of the alternatives under consideration. In some cases, measured cost is a reliable predictor of future costs; in other cases it is not. Regardless of its reliability, however, it is all we have or can have. Consequently, managers must be informed as to how their performance will be measured and how measured performance will affect outcomes they care about -- promotion, pay, esteem, etc. I will outline the basic approaches to cost measurement and then show how cost measures can be used to facilitate and to influence decisions of the railway industry.

Purpose: This study was to explore the child's health and learning needs of mother of children with leukemia in a children school of a hospital and to describe the basic material for intervention program development. Methods: Participants in this study was 7 mother of children with leukemia. Data collection consisted of in-depth focus group interviews done from April 21 to 30 in 2005. Results: 3 categories emerged from 9 theme clusters. The categories was 'tutorial service', 'emotional service' and 'disease control'. Conclusion: The results of this study show that pediatric nurses need to pay attention to the learning needs of mother and children in the children school of hospital and develop the program to support the children with leukemia and chronic disease.

The purpose of this study is to examine the service quality satisfaction in the franchisor-franchisee relation. For the result of this study, we studied the franchisees' answers to the questionnaires about franchisors' service quality. Through this study, we showed the basic data about the selective criteria of the franchisors' service quality. Based on this study, it can be concluded that there are differences in their service quality. The most effective factors of the franchisor's service quality are personnel service(0.510) and menu service(0.390). The finding is $R^2$ -0.489. Therefore, franchisor should pay attention to competent labor service and new menu development. Each factor affects satisfaction with franchisee's service quality, but only convenience and location are not affected.

This study performs analyzing a status of labor cost policy of public construction project and labor management information system in Korea for improving of labor cost survey in the construction market. The outcome of this study will be helpful to build a labor cost information system included the information of man-hour, regular pay and benefit, total wage. And if these result is integrated with the information of worker's career, qualification, skill level, it is confidently expected that the survey of labor cost is reliable.

The transfer pricing mechanism is a tool commonly used to transfer the tax base from countries with high taxation in countries with low taxation. In many countries, this financial operations generate significant tax revenue losses. In an attempt to limit tax revenue losses, many public authorities have introduced regulations on transfer pricing, but the effectiveness of these rules has proved limited, and they contributed to the increasing complexity of tax laws and to the appearance of additional costs for companies. Historically, transfer pricing (TP) was not a substantial issue in Mongolia. The tax legislation contains basic TP rules, but there is limited guidance and enforcement in practice. At the moment, Mongolian tax authorities are not conducting specific transfer pricing audits. Nevertheless, tax authorities are starting to pay more attention to transactions between related parties and potential transfer pricing adjustments. This study examines a transfer pricing regulations of Mongolia.

This study focused on the spirit to becoming the true "I" as a human, and it attempted to pay attention to the "images" sent by the unconscious to prompt the reality of that spirit. The purpose of this study was to identify the symbols in myths and folk tales that appeared in the individual's dreams and to shed light on how the universal experiences of humankind are re-experienced and integrated into an individual's life. This study used a total of 105 mandala paintings collected through the researcher's own dreams from February 2019 to September 2020. Among them, repeated symbols were classified into basic shapes, squares, crosses, triangles, circles, and spirals, as suggested by Riedel. The study truthfully described the discovery of a practical layer of psychology as a human's individualization and changing, resulting in autoethnography, which is a type of qualitative study.
