The base composition for a construction information union and application is insufficient, because the existent information driving for the underground facility is separately promoted from management organization. This Study is to analyze a accuracy by converting pre-constructive underground facility database to the unification database of digital map base and improve the accuracy for a field surveying. moreover, These results is to construct the information common system of web base GIS by jointing internet technology.

This study examines the current status on the supply of community facilities based on the supply criteria of present welfare facilities. Analyzing satisfaction of residents about community facilities based on physical supply criteria. The study sets up the concept and proposed trend of the related studies and distinction through the examination of previous researches. Next, the present systematical supply criteria, was used to make indication in order to propose the promotion of improvement on supply criteria for community facilities. Multi dimensional analyzing system and the satisfaction level of the community facility was used to analyze the relationship between the two. The direction of policy improvement according to the analysis is as per the following. First, it is necessary to improve supply criteria of household to guarantee the minimal amount of space. Second, specification of the minimum distance of community facility to residential area in the complex is needed. Also, the presentation of bottom boundary line of the formation area size to expand the size up to minimal level of size is needed. Third, resident exercise facility supply criteria among the community facility supply criteria need to be improved from the number of household base to the size for each household base. Forth, resident resting facility criteria among the community facility supply criteria should be changed from the present criteria of one facility per five hundred households.

The aim of this study is propriety review for underground facility surveying on development area of land for housing and efficient management. Because of integration information administration system construction of the nation and development of information technology, construction of Urban information system(UIS) to manage systematically city space is increasingly necessary We manage systematically attribute information for each lot in the development area of land lot housing that it Is connected with NGIS in order to drive gradual computerization of underground facilities and arrange the base of facility management. Review arrangement methods on development area of land for housing makes it to check safety accident of urban and to leading base of urban information. Thus, this study draw the most suitable way through analysis of driving methods and expectation effect from above facts.

In this study, a smart isolation platform has been developed for control of microvibration of high-technology facilities, such as semi-conductor plants and TFT-LCD plants. Previously, microvibration control performance of a smart base isolation system has been investigated. This study compared microvibration control performance of a smart isolation platform with that of conventional base isolation and fixed base. For this purpose, train-induced ground acceleration is used for time history analysis. An MR damper was used to compose a smart isolation platform. A fuzzy logic controller was used as a control algorithm and it was optimized by a multi-objective genetic algorithm. Numerical analysis shows that a smart isolation platform can effectively control microvibration of a high-technology facility subjected to train-induced excitation compared with other models.

This paper describes the results of preliminary design of rocket engine test facility for the performance evaluation of liquid rocket engine. Design specification and composition of rocket engine test facility are suggested based on the design requirements. The results of the preliminary design of rocket engine test facility will be used as base data for the detail design and construction of rocket engine ground test facility of KSLV-II 75tonf liquid rocket engine.

Despite the rise of importance of Facility Management(FM), relatively little attention was paid to evaluate FM efficiency and drive for greater FM efficiency. The purpose of the present paper is to offer a quantitative analysis of 14 Key Success Factors(KSF) and 22 detailed maintenance practices in order to develop FM evaluation system. In addition, from survey with Owner/Property Manager group and Facility Manager group, the present paper measures both importance of detailed maintenance practices and performance satisfaction. It is expected that by using the result of this survey, this paper helps increase efficiency in FM. Moreover, It is expected that this paper will be used as base line data in developing FM practice evaluation system.

In korea, 500MW standard coal fired power plants were designed and operated for the initial base load, so facility stability was prioritized from facility problem to treatment, but now we needed to research for minimizing greehouse gas emissions at the operation of coal fired power plants. research on various facilities and technologies was actively conducted to reduce environment pollutants was drastically reduced, but research and attempts on coping measures in the event of a reduction facility problem were in sufficient. this study considered investigated ways to minimized pollutants by quickly responding to logic development and application of the load runback concept in case of serious problems with environmental pollutant reduction facilities such as NOx reduction selective catalytic reduction facilities, SOx reduction wet flue gas desulpherisation facilities, and TSP(Total Suspended Particles) collection low temperature electric precipitator.
