The equality relation is very important in mechanical theorem proving procedures. A proposed inference rule called RHU-resolution is intended to extend the hyperparamodulation[23, 9] by introducing a bidirectional proof search that simultaneously employs a forward reasoning and a backward reasoning, and generalize it by incorporating beneflts of extended hyper steps with a preprocessing process, that includes a subsumption check in an equality graph and a high level planning. The forward reasoning in RHU-resolution may replace the role of the function substitution link.[9] That is, RHU-deduction without the function substitution link gets a proof. In order to control explosive generation of positive equalities by the forward reasoning, we haue put some restrictions on input clauses and k-pd links, and also have included a control strategy for a positive-positive linkage, like the set-of-support concept, A linking path between two end terms can be found by simple checking of linked unifiability using the concept of a linked unification. We tried to prevent redundant resolvents from generating by preprocessing using a subsumption check in the subsumption based eauality graph(SPD-Graph)so that the search space for possible RHU-resolution may be reduced.

Most studies examining the sub-categories of agro-industry used to access an inter-industry analysis. However, These are some limitations that researchers set sub-categories differently according to their needs. Thus, This study aims to empirically explore the agro-industry sub-categories by area of academic research on agricultural science. The National Standard Science and Technology Classification(NSSTC) codes were used to classify academic research on agricultural science. This codes were examined the sub-categories using Korean input-output statistics industry and product classification by hiring 220 departments of 37 agricultural colleges. Results showed that studies using an inter-industry analysis coincided in terms of agricultural production, but showed differences in forward and backward linkage industries and services. Forward linkages industry were clearly limited to industries in which agricultural products are inputted as raw materials. Then, in terms of services related to agriculture, Previous studies represent fields such as transport and real estate, which are not included. Moreover, Research institutions overlooked by previous studies occupy an important position.

This study is concerned with selecting mutually dependent quality improvement alternatives with resource constraints. These qualify improvement alternatives art different fro the tradition at alternatives which are independent from each other. In other words, selection of any improvement alternative requires other related specific improvement. Also the overall product quality in a multi stage manufacturing process is characterized by a complex multiplication method rather than a simple addition method which dose not allow to solve a linear knapsack problem despite its popularity in the traditional study. This study suggests a non-linear integer programming model for selecting mutually dependent quality improvement alternatives in multi-stage manufacturing process. In order to apply the model to selecting alternatives. This study also suggests a heuristic mode1 based on a dynamic programming model which is more practical than the non-linear integer programming model. The logic of the heuristic model enables 1) to estimate improvement effectiveness values on all improvement alternatives specifically defined for this study. 2) to arrange the effectiveness values in a descending order, and 3) to select the best one among the alternatives based on their forward and backward linkage relationships. This process repeats to selects other best alternatives within the resource constraints. This process is presented in a Computer programming in Appendix A. Alsc a numerical example of model application is presented in Chapter 4.
This article recapitulates the recent changes in trade laws, which may be accentuated due to the intriguing emergence of fortified protectionism and Mega FTAs. It points out the need to formulate not only the corporate strategy for enhancing the product differentiation and architectural capabilities but also the public policy, which comprises the industrial adjustment policy to cope with possible negative impulses caused by the digital trade and foreign direct investment. It is imperative for Korea to facilitate the alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy as an effective means of enhancing industrial structure by nurturing those linkage effects between relevant forward and backward industries. Given the drastically volatile trade norms of multi-track trade policies, it may be a pivotal momentum for Korea to pursue a paradigm shift of its trade policy with a prime objective of achieving such an alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy, which affords increased value-added and the further development of product or generic technology instead of resorting to the misuses and abuses of economies of scale and production technology for the maximization of export amount.

This study investigates both backward and forward multipliers of human capital in the field of information technology in order to evaluate human resources programs which were executed in the public sectors. Dynamic interindustry linkages analysis was employed as a methodology after classifying human capitals related to information technology into 9 industries. First, empirical findings showed that there are economic externalities in the IT HRD programs when the formation of human capital increases with more investment in them. Second, another finding was that the effect of HRD programs could be powerful when HRD programs were closely connected with R&D programs, showing that R&D programs among IT HRD programs have huge backward linkage effect. In addition, IT service sector has its own spill-over effect to other industries. Third, however, small budget and one off HRD programs should be considered as a negative price synergy effect. Finally, overall economic feasibility of IT HRD programs turned out to be excellent with consideration of their own economic direct and indirect effect.
By employing Environmental Input-Output Table 2005, which has 76 intermediate sector and 21 energy sources, this paper analyses the flow of energy demand and $CO_2$ after estimating an induced $CO_2$ emissions from 76 industrial sectors. Index of $CO_2$ intensity($CO_2/GDP$) and other index of $CO_2$ intensity($CO_2/calory$) showed that final demand sector uses more high calory energy source. Intermediate sector used less environmental friendly energy source and emit more $CO_2$ at same calory. Industries those has high induced $CO_2$ emissions are Thermal Power($32.587CO_2-g/Won$), Cement($10.370CO_2-g/Won$), Road Transportation($7.255CO_2-g/Won$), Cokes and Other Coal Products($5.791CO_2-g/Won$), Steam and Hot water supply, Sewage, Sanitary services($4.575CO_2-g/Won$). It is shown that industry such as Iron and Steel which has low $CO_2$ intensity, high backward linkage effect and high forward linkage effect makes high induced $CO_2$ emissions. Environmental load and $CO_2$ emissions in overall economy will decrease when not high $CO_2$ intensity industry but also low $CO_2$ intensity industry makes lower $CO_2$ intensity.
One of the biggest problems of Korean economy is polarization of firms for export and domestic demand and that of conglomerates and SME's achievement. One of the culprits lies weakness of intermediate industry such as machine tool. Since intermediate industry is important path where export performance affects domestic demand and whose actor usually is SMEs with high spill over effect in labor market. Especially, intermediate industry Is vulnerable because of industrial policy biased In backward linkage effect. However if a country fails to develop intermediate industry above some critical point, that country would fall in low-tech equilibrium without growth. In case of benign circle where final goods industry growth leads growth of intermediate industry and again it leads that of final goods industry, it can reach high-tech equilibrium. By contrast, in opposite case where in industrialization latecomer fails to link industries likewise above some critical point that country would fall in low-tech equilibrium without growth. Moreover, for several reasons, machine tool firms of Korea have difficulty in catching up technology above critical point. Firstly. Conglomerate demander neglects their product. Secondly, even after success of development overcoming difficulties they fail to get market share for response of dumping of foreign competitors. And the last one is patent litigation of foreign competitors that incapacitate the technology development. For these, Korean machine tool firms fell in 'middle-income country trap' itself, since they stuck in some extent when they technologically catch up. Consequently, for latecomer country in machine tool industry to leapfrog meaningfully policy support is necessary, Weak intermediate industry does not Induce domestic firms and remained fragile. Therefore, localization, policy should reflect condition of technological catch up more than before, in order to be effective and fruitful. There should be turning point over relationship between conglomerates, major demander of machine tool and SME's, for only with active purchasing of conglomerate Korean machine industry can grow.

The contract farming scheme of today is a new system that allows the forward and backward linkage of the agribusiness through vertical coordination while also leading the changes within the agri-food system. As contract farming of agricultural products becomes routine in both advanced and developing countries alike, it is gaining the attention of researchers in various fields, including geography. This research discusses the research trends and problems regarding contract farming through literary research on the research progress of foreign researchers on contract farming. The content of the research specifically includes explanations regarding the relationships between the rise of contract farming and changes in the agri-food system and discusses the basic theoretical foundations of contract farming. The research also defines the economic and environmental effects of contract farming and its purpose in regional development policies and concludes with discussions of the possible future research subjects on contract farming.
The climate industry could be defined as the group of industries responding to world climate change compacts. This study confined it to renewable energy and analyzed the economic impacts of Korean renewable industry, using 2009 Input-Output Table. This study estimated that Korean renewable industry made the production-induced impact of 1.1644 won(Korean money), and the value-added-induced impact of 0.3544 won through an increase in output growth of 1 won. Its job-creation impact is analyzed to correspond to 10.065 labors through an increase in output growth of 1 billion won. And its industrial linkage effects including forward and backward ones are analyzed not to be so great as expected. According to these results, some policies vitalizing Korean renewable industry and relating industries to its value-chain as new growth engines are recommended.
