배경과 현재 프레임 영상간의 차영상을 이용하여 이동 물체를 탐지하는 방법은 비디오 감시 시스템에서 가장 보편적인 방법 중 하나이지만 신뢰할 수 있는 배경의 생성은 여전히 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 정지 물체를 고려한 적응적 배경 생성 기법을 제안한다. 연속적으로 입력되는 영상들의 산술 평균을 이용하여 초기 배경을 생성한다. 배경과 현재 영상간의 차영상을 구하여 물체를 탐지한 다음, 탐지된 물체가 일정시간이상 계속 정지해 있는 경우에는 그 물체를 정지 물체로 간주하고 정지 물체 영역을 배경으로 갱신한다. 한편, 이동 물체인 경우에는 배경 갱신에서 현재 프레임을 배제함으로써 지속적으로 물체를 탐지할 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 방법은 점진적인 조명의 변화, 느리게 이동하는 물체, 정지 물체 등이 존재하는 동영상에서도 적응적으로 배경을 생성할 수 있으며 이는 실험을 통해 확인되었다.

This paper provides an overview of distance-based formation control. Firstly, in this paper, we introduce preliminary background materials that are used in defining the distance-based formation control. Then, based on the preliminary background, we briefly review main results developed thus far in this field. Lastly, we provide some issues that need to be studied further in future works.

This is a study of Sadaebu(previllaged class in a Yi-Dynasty士 大夫) clan villages in the Andong Area with emphasis on Formantion Process of development. The purposes and the contents of this study are as following : 1. To review the process and the background fo growth of Myung-Mun-Se-Ga(名文大家:the traditional famed & mighty clans) in Yi-Dynasty, in cases of Andong(安東) province. 2. To analyze about formation process of a sphere of their homogeneous clan villages, and to understand the factors affecting their sphere. 3. To identity the background factor of formation of their sphere of traditional clan villages in Andong province.

This study describes not only meaning of transformable, i.e., new paradigm being expanded since the 1990's, but also nomadic thoughts being formation background of transformable. In this study, the concept of ‘transformable’ has dictionary definition and theoretical background expressing art, architecture and products, etc. The author has examined relations between nomadic thoughts and ‘transformable clothing’ by investigating the works of transformable clothing designers including Lucy Orta. The ‘transformable clothing’ means ‘clothing being transformable to meet some purposes’. Considering nomadic thoughts, 1.e., one of formation of transformable, the transformable clothing with nomadic thoughts can be transformed in various ways by usefulness and removal. The clothing has features of removal, escape and protection and has the values that can adapt itself to social circumstance and environment through the module system of separation, taking to pieces and assembling, etc. to suggest resonable clothing. Such a clothing cannot be settled down so that it shall be developed to let modern people move continuously as the 21th century nomad between real world and virtual world. However, this study did not examine internal meaning sufficiently because of main investigation objects of external expression, and was limited to nomadic thought at formation background. To improve such things, another study will be made in the future.

Triggered star formation is not a new idea - it's been around for at least the last 30 years. Although it has never disappeared from the scene, it seems to be enjoying something of a renaissance in recent years, in both observational and theoretical studies. Here we give a brief discussion of the background of triggered star formation, describe some of our own recent observational efforts in this regard, and briefly mention some initial conclusions that may be drawn.

본 논문에서는 물체탐지를 위한 적응적 배경 생성 기법을 제안한다. 연속적으로 입력되는 영상들의 통계적 평균을 이용하여 배경을 생성하고 배경과 입력영상간의 차영상을 구하여 물체를 탐지한다. 탐지된 물체를 추척하여 일정시간이상 계속 정지해 있는 경우에는 그 물체영역을 배경으로 갱신하고, 이동 물체인 경우에는 배경 갱신에서 배제함으로써 지속적으로 물체를 탐지할 수 있도록 한다. 실험결과는 제안된 방법의 강건함을 보인다.

The object of this study is one of the traditional houses about Siheyuan(courtyard house) which is one of the most remarkable types of dwelling in China. The purpose of this paper is to examine and analyse the formation process of the Siheyuan. Its organizational formation process are based on historical and natural-geographical background. With the passage of time this house developed into one of the Chinese house style. The technique of Siheyuan's spatial composition goes so far back in the New Stone Age. The relics of this are the colony layout, the system of four sides, the layout type of a palace, the picture of lacquered ware, the picture of brick, the earthenware of house type, the painting of cave, the paintings of painters and others.

This study is to analyze the effect of participation in sports for all on the formation of social capital. For this purpose, this study used convenience sampling method with the 150 subjects who participated Sports for All in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. and selected 150 questionnaires excluding 30 unsuitable for the data. For data analysis was made by SPSS 17.0, performing exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression model. This analysis reveals that (1) participation eagerness in sports for all influence on influence on the formation of social capital.(social capital consist of information sharing, norms, trust, network) (2) participation period of time and participation frequency in sports for all don't influence on on the formation of social capital. (3) socioeconomic background don't influence on the formation of social capital. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the eagerness in sports for all.

We present a semi-analytical method to calculate the global evolution of the ionized state of the intergalactic medium, on the basis of physically motivated star formation histories in the early universe. This method incorporates not only the conventional scenarios in which the star formation rate is proportional to the growth rate of the halo collapse fraction, but also the more sophisticated scenarios in which the star formation is self-regulated. We show that this variance in the star-formation model strongly impacts the resulting reionization history, which bears a prospect for observational discrimination of these models. We discuss how observations of the anisotropic polarization of the cosmic microwave background and the global 21cm signal from the high-redshift universe, most notably by Planck and EDGES, may probe the history of reionization.
