태양광 모듈용 EVA의 수분 침투에 관한연구

  • Field에 설치된 PV모듈은 가혹한 외부 환경에 노출되어 외부 하중, 온도 변화, 자외선, 수분 등의 영향을 받게 된다. 특히 PV모듈 내부로 수분이 침투 하였을 경우에는 태양전지와 전극의 부식 등 발전성능을 크게 저하시킬 수 있다. 이러한 외부 환경으로부터 태양전지가 안정적으로 발전할 수 있도록 PV 모듈은 전면재료인 유리와 후면재료인 Back Sheet를 진공 상태에서 압력을 가해 봉합하는 Lamination 공정을 거쳐 제작 되어 진다. 특히 Lamination 공정에 사용되는 EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate)는 PV모듈의 내구성능을 좌우할 수 있는 가장 중요한 재료중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 Lamination 공정에 사용되어지는 EVA의 수분 침투의 특성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 공정 조건에 따른 EVA에 침투 되는 수분의 양을 확인하기 위해 Lamination 공정 조건을 변경하여 실험을 진행하였다. 그리고 외부 환경 변화에 의한 영향을 확인하기 위해 EVA가 수분에 노출 되는 시간과 온도를 변화시켜 보았다. 실험의 결과는 외부에 노출된 PV 모듈의 내부에 침투할 수 있는 수분의 양을 예상할 수 있게 하며, 수분 침투에 의한 내구성의 저하를 감소시키기 위한 최적의 Lamination 공정 조건과 봉합재 선정을 위한 기초 자료를 제공한다.

  • In order to prevent the defects, the optimum design of the production part, strip process layout, die design, die making and try out etc. are necessary the analysis of effective factors. For example, theory and practice of metal shearing process and it's phenomena, die structure, machine tool working for die making, die materials and it's heat treatment, metal working in field, their know how etc. are included in those factors. In this study, we analyzed whole of data base, theoretical back ground of metal working process, and then performed the progressive die tryout with the screw press. Part2 of this study reveals with ultra precision progressive die design, its making and tryout.

  • Meshfree approximations exhibit significant Potential to solve partial differential equations. Meshfree methods have been successfully applied to various problems which the traditional finite element methods have difficulties to handle including the quasi-static and dynamic fracture, large deformation problems, contact problems, and strain localization problems. Reproducing Kernel Particle Method (RKPM) is used in this research fur to its built-in feature of multi-resolution. the sound mathematical foundation and good numerical performance. A formulation of RKPM is reviewed and numerical examples are given to verify the accuracy of the proposed meshfree method for largely deformed elasto-plastic material.

  • Photovoltaic Power Generation system occupies an important position as an alternative energy source, converting directly sunlight into electricity,using a photovoltaic cell. The Purpose of this research is to present and confirm the effectiveness of concentration and tracking of sun in photovoltaic power generation. Comparative experiments were carried outwith two rating 75 watt solar modules in $25^{\circ}$ under condition of various times concentration, tracking and plain normal measuring generated voltages, currents and temperatures of back sheet of modules by internet monitoring system to find out which is best in economic sense. The experiments show that output power of concentration and tracking photovoltaic power generation is over 180% more then that of plain normal system.

  • Recent general press brake has many problems in cutting high accurate products in the progress of industry. Previous hand-operated press brake needs many pre-processing works to adjust bending angle and marking-off works to calculate bending length. Also, The hand-operating work makes many geometric errors and has difficulty for variety-mass production. To solve these problems, this paper proposes Computer Numerical Control (CNC) general press brake and development of servo-control system based on database for reduction of geometric errors and pre-processing work time.

  • Palladium is widely used for several applications and recovery of palladium from secondary sources becomes increasingly important since palladium is one of maldistributed platinum group metals. Electrochemical recovery of dense palladium metal sheet from Pd leaching solution is a simple and easily controlled method. The surface morphology of the recovered Pd metal was significantly affected by current density and temperature. Dense deposit morphology was in higher stress state regardless of preparation condition under $55^{\circ}C$. Rising temperature up to $70^{\circ}C$ had a stress releasing effect besides densification of Pd deposit.

  • The analysis had been already completed to detect forming defects for the forming processes of C/R bearing rings. But some unpredicted problems were found through the experiments. So expert redesigned new forming processes to prevent the problems and new analysis was began according to the new processes to find faults for the processes. The forming processes consist of 1 for the outer ring. 6 inner ring. The thickness of metal sheet used is changed to 1.5mm from 1.6mm. Elasto-plastric finite element method is applied to involve the effect of spring back . The most representative alteration is forming of two predents to assist later forming . Thining and distribution of high residual stress are derived from the results of simulations. It is confirmed that the industry expert agree the possiblilty of defects dervied from the new FEM results.

  • Hemming is the last farming process in stamping and determines external quality of automotive outer panels. Few numerical approaches using 3-dimensional finite element model have been applied to a hemming process due to small element size which is needed to express the bending behavior of the sheet around small die comer and comparatively big model size of automotive opening parts, such as side door, back door and trunk lid etc In this study, part model assembling method is suggested and applied to the 3-dimensional finite element simulation of flanging and hemming process far an automotive front hood.
