  • This paper write about earth system for the prevention electric shock and a protection of equipment in england. The IEC60364 and BSI(British Standards Institution) define earthing method(IT, TT, TN-C, TN-S, TN-C-S)-BSI is british standards and in case of england almost use the TN system. TN system can classify TN-S & TN-C-S(PME). The findings on survey in england are used the TN-S system and TN-C-S system about 70% and residue 30% are used TT system and IT system from the exiting state of things.

Transient-Liquid-Phase Bonding of Fe-Base MA956 ODS Alloy (Fe기 MA956 산화물분산강화합금의 천이액상확산접합에 관한 연구)

  • TLP(Transient-Liquid-Phase) bonding of Fe-base MA956 ODS alloy was performed. As insert metal a commercially available Ni-base alloy(MBF50) and an MA956 alloy with additive elements of 7wt% Si and 1wt% B were used. To confirm the idea that a concurrent use of MA956 powder with Insert metals can enhance the homogenization of constituent elements and thereby reduce the thickness of joint interface, MA956 powder was also inserted In a form of sheet. SEM observation and EDS analysis revealed that Cr-rich phase was formed in the bonded interface in initial stage of isothermal solidification during the bonding process, irrespective of kind of insert metals. Measurement of hardeness in the region of bonded interface and EDS analysis showed that a complete homogenization of composition could not be obtained especially in case of MBF50. Joints using either BSi insert metals only or BSi insert together with MA956 powder interlayer showed, however, a remarkable improvement in a compositional homogenization, even though a rapid grain growth in the bonded interface could not be hindered.

  • 국제표준화 기구 및 표준화 단체는 각국에 1개씩 존재하고 있다고 보면 된다. 그중 표준화활동을 어느 정도 체계적으로 관리, 활동하는냐에 따라 수많은 표준(안)이 개발되고, 국제표준화기구의 승인을 요청하느냐에 따라 ICT 기업 매출과 직접적인 영향을 받을 것이다. 국제적으로는 ITU, ISO, ISO/IEC JTC1, ATIS, BSI, AFNOR, DIN, TTA 등 무수히 많은 표준화기구 및 단체 등이 활동하고 있다. 본고에서는 정보통신 분야의 최고 기구인 ITU-PP를 중심으로 논의하고자 하며, 이러한 국제표준화기구와 ICT 기업과의 생존관계를 위한 국제회의 유치가 ICT 분야 및 산업 발전에 미치는 영향을 분석 제시하고자 한다.

'인쇄' 2/4분기에도 경기호전 어렵다

  • 2/4분기에는 전반적인 경기가 다소 회복될 것으로 전망되고 있는 가운데 인쇄업종은 1/4분기보다 더 악화될 것으로 분석됐다. 대한상공회의소가 조사한 자료에 따르면 업종별 BSI가 97(전분기에는 88)을 기록해 상당히 호전될 것으로 나타난 반면 인쇄업종은 전분기 110에서 105로 하락했다.

  • SP 800-90B of NIST(USA) and AIS.31 of BSI(Germany) are representative statistical tests for TRNGs. In this paper, we concentrate on AIS.31 which is under the ongoing international standardization process. We examine the probabilistic meaning of each statistic of the test in AIS.31 and investigate its probability distribution. By changing significance level and the length of sample bits, we obtain formalized accept region of the test. Furthermore we propose the accept regions for some iterative tests, that are not mentioned in AIS.31, and provide some simulations.

Effect of Post-clad Heat Treatment on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Cu-NiCrBSi Dissimilar Laser Clads (후열처리에 따른 Cu-NiCrBSi 이종 레이저 클래드부의 미세조직 및 기계적 성질 변화)

  • For surface hardening of a continuous casting mold component, a fundamental metallurgical investigation on dissimilar laser clads (Cu-NiCrBSi) is performed. In particular, variation behavior of microstructures and mechanical properties (hardness and wear resistance) of dissimilar clads during long-term service is clarified by performing high-temperature post-clad heat treatment (temperature range: 500 ~ 1,000 ℃ and isothermal holding time: 20 ~ 500 min). The microstructures of clad metals (as-clads) consist of fine dendrite morphologies and severe microsegregations of the alloying elements (Cr and Si); substrate material (Cu) is clearly confirmed. During the post-clad heat treatment, the microsegregations are totally homogenized, and secondary phases (Cr-based borides and carbides) precipitated during the short-term heat treatment are also almost dissolved, especially at the heat treatment conditions of 950 ℃ for 500 min. Owing to these microstructural homogenization behaviors, an opposite tendency of the surface mechanical properties can be confirmed. In other words, the wear resistance (wear rate) improves from 4.1 × 10-2 ㎣/Nm (as-clad condition) to 1.4 × 10-2 ㎣/Nm (heat-treated at 950 ℃ for 500 min), whereas the hardness decreases from 453 HV (as-clad condition) to 142 HV (heat-treated at 950 ℃ for 500 min).

  • The Bimodal Tram being developed in Korea is a new transit system that provides both benefits of rail and bus systems in terms of accessibility and fixed time schedule. The Bimodal Tram is expected to take an important role of transit system in Korea under the national strategy of transportation system such as 'Low Carbon and Green Growth' for the next generation. This study does define the key indices considered for a decision of introducing the Bimodal Tram system and develop a finalized index, BSI(Bimodal Score for Introduction), showing the level of Bimodal Tram system introduced at a city level. The transport/transit system varies depending on cities with respect to demographic characteristics, travel patterns, financial capabilities, etc. This study will help any cities where transport agencies are trying to introduce the Bimodal Tram as a new transit system.

Panel data analysis with regression trees (회귀나무 모형을 이용한 패널데이터 분석)

  • Regression tree is a tree-structured solution in which a simple regression model is fitted to the data in each node made by recursive partitioning of predictor space. There have been many efforts to apply tree algorithms to various regression problems like logistic regression and quantile regression. Recently, algorithms have been expanded to the panel data analysis such as RE-EM algorithm by Sela and Simonoff (2012), and extension of GUIDE by Loh and Zheng (2013). The algorithms are briefly introduced and prediction accuracy of three methods are compared in this paper. In general, RE-EM shows good prediction accuracy with least MSE's in the simulation study. A RE-EM tree fitted to business survey index (BSI) panel data shows that sales BSI is the main factor which affects business entrepreneurs' economic sentiment. The economic sentiment BSI of non-manufacturing industries is higher than that of manufacturing ones among the relatively high sales group.

National Brand, Tourism and Human Development: Analysis of the Relationship and Distribution

  • Purpose: This paper aims to determine features of the relationship between human development, tourism and national brand. Research design, data and methodology: ranking indicators, cluster analysis, K means method, correlation analysis. Results: The analysis covers data for 95 countries for 2019. The number of countries is justified by the availability of comparable data for calculations. A direct relationship between the indicators for the entire sample has been revealed in the result of the correlation analysis. However, this relationship has not been confirmed for the groups of countries that were formed through the cluster analysis. Spearman Rank Order and Kendall Tau Correlations have been calculated for the five obtained clusters. In two of the five clusters, the relationship between the indicators has not been found. A strong negative link between all the indicators has been detected in the cluster with average index values. A strong positive link between TTCI and BSI has been revealed in the group of countries with the best index values. A strong positive link between TTCI and HDI has been found in the group of countries with the worst index values. Conclusions: The analysis demonstrates that there is a relationship between BSI, TTCI and HDI, and while this link is observed for the sample as a whole, it is not homogeneous for groups of countries.
