BMS 데이터를 활용한 링크단위 여행시간 산출방안에 관한 연구 (An Estimation of Link Travel Time by Using BMS Data)

  • 현재 UTIS는 수도권 22개 지자체에 노변기지국 1,150개소, 차량내장치 51,000여대를 구축하여 교통정보를 수집, 제공하고 있으나, UTIS 사업의 안정화 및 결측구간을 최소화 하기위해서는 교통정보 수집원의 확대 및 이를 통한 UTIS 교통정보의 질 제고가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위한 방편으로 수도권에 구축되어 운영중인 BIS(Bus Information System)를 기반으로 하여 실시간으로 수집되는 BMS 데이터를 이용한 일반차량의 링크 통행시간 추정모형 개발을 통해 UTIS 결측 구간의 정보제공에 활용하고자 한다. 이를 위해 수원시(경수대로, 중부대로구간), 안양시(흥안대로 구간)의 전용차로 여부에 따른 일부 구간을 선정하여 각각의 Case별 BMS 자료와 UTIS 교통정보와의 모형 추정 및 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 Case2, 4, 6, 8의 경우 UTIS 소통정보와 추정값 간의 신뢰도가 높게 나타났으며, Case 3, 5의 경우 큰 오차로 인해 UTIS 결측구간의 소통정보를 대체하기에는 다소 무리가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 대상구간의 도로운영 조건 및 상황에 맞추어 신뢰도가 높은 모형식을 적용 할 필요가 있다.

Efficacy of alpha-lipoic acid in patients with burning mouth syndrome compared to that of placebo or other interventions: a systematic review with meta-analyses

  • Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) is a chronic oral disorder of unknown etiology which presents therapeutic challenges. Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) has been studied as a potential treatment for BMS. The objective of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate the effectiveness of ALA compared to that of placebo or other interventions in individuals with BMS. Randomized controlled trials (RCT) using ALA to treat BMS were identified from MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and Web of Science up to February 3, 2021. The assessment of the risk of bias in the included studies was based on the Cochrane guidelines. The primary outcome evaluated was the visual analog scale (VAS) pain intensity. ALA was compared with placebo, clonazepam, gabapentin, pregabalin, ALA plus gabapentin, capsaicin, Biotène®, and laser therapy. Altogether, 137 records were scanned for inclusion/exclusion, and nine RCTs (two unclear and seven at high risk of bias) were included in the qualitative and quantitative analyses, with a total of 594 patients with BMS included in this review. All studies reported an improvement in VAS pain scores ranging from -0.72 to -2.77. Meta-analysis results showed a non-significant reduction in pain intensity for ALA (P = 0.616) compared to that of placebo on a VAS of 0-10. Patients taking ALA were 1.923 times more likely to show an improvement in self-reported BMS symptoms (P = 0.031) than those in the placebo group. Clonazepam and pregabalin showed a significant VAS pain reduction of 4.08 and 4.68 (P < 0.001), respectively, compared to that with ALA. Although ALA intervention provided a non-significant improvement in the pain score and was more likely to produce a reduction in BMS symptoms, the evidence was of low quality. Further research is needed to establish clear guidelines for the use of ALA for BMS treatment.

가철성 유해자극차단장치를 이용한 구강작열감증후군의 치료 증례 (Case Report : Treatment of Burning mouth Syndrome Using a Removable Anti-Nociceptive Appliance)

  • 구강작열감증후군(Burning Mouth Syndrome: BMS)은 특기할 임상적인 증상 없이, 구강 내에 나타나는 병적인 작열감 또는 통증을 지칭한다. 구강작열감증후군은 주로 혀 전방 그리고 측방에 증상이 나타나며, 경구개 전방, 입술 등의 다른 구강점막에도 나타나는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 구강작열감증후군의 원인은 분명하게 밝혀져 있지 않으며, 여러 가지 요인들이 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 감염과 외상 같은 국소적 요인, 내분비 변화, 당뇨, 영양결핍(비타민, 아연 등), 철분 또는 엽산 결핍과 관련된 빈혈과 같은 전신적인 요인 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있고, 불안, 우울, 암공포증과 같은 심리적 요인 또한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 최근의 연구는 구강작열감증후군이 신경학적 병변에 의한 신경병변성 통증의 특성을 나타냄을 보고하고 있다. 구강작열감증후군의 치료는 알려진 원인이 분명하지 않기 때문에 치료 또한 여러 각도로 시행되고 있다. 그 중, clonazepam의 국소적 적용, capsaicin, alpha lipoic acid 투여 등의 약물요법이 주로 이루어지며, 저주파 에너지 레이저 조사, 침술요법과 같은 치료법도 보고되고 있다. 최근의 몇몇 연구들은 혀를 국소적 자극요인으로부터 보호하여 구강작열감증후군의 증상을 완화시킨 사례들을 보고하고 있다. 본 연구는 구강작열감증후군 증상을 보이는 환자에게 하악 치아에 가철성 유해자극차단장치를 장착하여 증상이 개선된 증례를 소개하고, 구강 이상악습관과 구강작열감증후군의 연관성 및 이에 대한 치료법을 소개하고자 한다.

Titanium Ions Released from Oral Casting Alloys May Contribute to the Symptom of Burning Mouth Syndrome

  • Purpose: Many metal ions released from dental casting alloys have been reported to influence the intraoral symptoms of oral lichen planus (OLP) and burning mouth syndrome (BMS). The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between salivary metal ion levels and the prosthetic duration as well as to evaluate the time-dependent morbid effects of metal ions in OLP and BMS patients. Methods: Three study groups consist of the following subjects respectively: 17 OLP patients, 12 BMS patients, and 12 patients without oral symptoms. The salivary concentrations of 13 metal ions (copper, cobalt, zinc, chromium, nickel, aluminum, silver, iron, titanium [Ti], platinum, tin, palladium, and gold) were measured by Laser Ablation Microprobe Inductively coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry. Results: The Ti ions had statistically significant differences among the groups with a prosthetic duration of less than 5 years. There were no significant differences between all ion levels among the groups wearing dental cast alloys for over 5 years. In the BMS group, the level of Ti ions in patients with prosthetic restorations less than 5 years old were significantly high (p<0.05). Conclusions: In the BMS group, 3-60 months during which salivary Ti levels were higher were matched with the duration of burning symptoms ($15.6{\pm}17.1months$). Furthermore, Ti ions were statistically high in the oral cavity of BMS patients fitted with dental casting alloys for 5 years. These results suggest that Ti ions released from dental implants and oral prostheses could attribute to burning sensation of BMS.

  • Cardiac and antihypertensive effects of BMS-180448, a cardiac-selective ATP-sensitive potassium channel opener, and its newly synthesized derivatives KR-31281, KR-31282 and KR-31299 were evaluated in isolated perfused rat hearts (25 min global ischemia/30 min reperfusion) and conscious rats. Three new compounds $(10\;{\mu}M)$ induced positive inotropism as evidenced by increased LVDP (left ventricular developed pressure) and RPP (Rate-Pressure Product) in nonischemic rat heart. HR-31299 increased CF (coronary flow) and HR (heart rate) but the other two had no effects. KR-31282, KR-31281 and HR-31299 had a tendency to increase reperfusion LVDP and RPP compared with vehicle, while the latter two significantly reduced reperfusion EDP with a tendency to inclose TTC (time to contracture). All three KR-compounds had very weak effects on MBP and HR in conscious rats. These results indicate that KR-31281 and HR-31299 may have some cardioprotective effects, although weaker than BMS-180448, and their mode of action different from that of BMS-180448, despite the similarity in major structural moeity.

바이모달트램용 LPB Management System 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of LPB Management System for Bimodal Tram)

  • Bimodal Tram developed by KRRI is driven by a series Hybrid propulsion system which has both the CNG engine, generator and LPB(Lithium Polymer Battery) pack. It has three driving modes; Hybrid mode, Engine mode and Battery mode. Even in case of Battery mode, LPB pack to get enough power to drive the vehicle only by itself onsists of 168 LPB cells(80Ah per lcell), 650V. It is important thing to manage LPB pack in a right way, which will extend the lifetime of LPB cells and operate in the hybrid mode effectively. This paper has shown the development of battery management system(12 BMS, 1 BMS per 14cells) to manage LPB pack which is connected with CAN(Controller Area Network) each other and measure the voltage, current, temperature and also control the cooling fan inside of LPB pack. Using the measured data, BMS can show the SOC(State of Charge), SOH(State of Health) and other status of LPB pack including of the cell balancing.

계통연계형 에너지저장시스템의 위험우선순위 분석 (Analysis of Risk Priority Number for Grid-connected Energy Storage System)

  • The purpose of this paper is to deduct components that are in the group of highest risk(top 10%). the group is conducted for classification into groups by values according to risk priority through risk priority number(RPN) of FMEA(Failure modes and effects analysis) sheet. Top 10% of failure mode among total potential failure modes(72 failure modes) of ESS included 5 BMS(battery included) failure modes, 1 invert failure mode, and 1 cable connectors failure mode in which BMS was highest. This is because ESS is connected to module, try, and lack in the battery part as an assembly of electronic information communication and is managed. BMS is mainly composed of the battery module and communication module. There is a junction box and numerous connectors that connect these two in which failure occurs most in the connector part and module itself. Finally, this paper proposes RPN by each step from the starting step of ESS design to installation and operation. Blackouts and electrical disasters can be prevented beforehand by managing and removing the deducted risk factors in prior.

교량 유지관리 업무를 위한 공통 자료모델 (A Common Data Model for Bridge Management and Maintenance Activities)

  • 최근 국내 교량이 장대화 됨에 따라 많은 교량관리시스템(BMS)이 자체적으로 개발되어 운용 중에 있다. 그러나 각 시스템 개발자별로 구축한 상이한 데이터체계는 국가차원의 통합 체계를 구축하는데 큰 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구는 교량 유지관리 시스템 개발 시 참조할 만한 공통의 자료모델을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 법령에 따라 수행되는 교량 유지관리 업무와 기존에 개발된 시스템을 분석하였다. 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 교량 유지관리 활동을 4가지의 기본 업무형태로 구분하였으며, 구분된 기본 업무형태에 따라 필요한 공통의 자료모델을 도출하였다.
