This paper is targeting on developing pre-test Methodology for start-up as tuning successful business modelling with their implementation. Start-up is asked to a complete preparation and analysis for business to enhance the success possibility. In this stream, Start-up should test the validity of their business model before starting a business. This paper deliver alternatives to meet this requirement. Overall, this paper suggest two different approaches. First, by literature review, this paper prove the importance of BM in success factor analysis of high-tech start-up. Second, This paper prove BMO Model as the best practicing model to assess the validity of BM. Additionally, this paper, BMO will be utilized to bring significant implications to sort out enhancing strategies of BM validity.

In our country security industry biz model analysis methodology fragmentary theory exists, but it is hard to find a comprehensive analysis methodology. This paper develop self pre-checkup lists for the validity of business model as web business starters can utilize to open business. In particular, self pre-checkup lists invented by Dr. Bruce Merrifield, is reapplied and modified in appropriate to internet shopping mall business. This paper complete many literature reviews to identify appropriate factors of evaluation such as about the characters of internet business, business validity testing theory for internet business model, pros and cons of e-business and startup ventures, factor analysis of technology valuation, and pros and cons for internet shopping mall. This paper define six different factors; scale of sales, the growth rate of market, competitiveness, risk portfolio, industry upside down, and social conditions, as the factors of evaluating the business attractiveness. Meanwhile, it define characters of CEO, content's power, mutual inclusion, commerce, fulfillment, marketing power as the factors of business appropriateness. This paper also conducts several case studies; company I, D, G of applying the former model. This paper sort out internet business model in imaginations by utilizing self pre-checkup lists of business evaluation. Also, the outcomes of evaluation is expected to provide meaningful future business implications.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the outcomes of experts' survey for Cultivation techniques of good seed bulb in garlics program, purpose of introduction, and performance analysis this program. As a result of survey on new technology adoption to be cultivated in cultivation techniques of good seed bulb in garlics, technique satisfaction scored the highest with 4.3 points whereas innovation scored 4.21 points. On the other hand, risk scored the lowest with 2.53 points. Also, using BMO model business attractiveness and business fit scored 44 points, 45points respectively. Thus, the project rate of success were analyzed by more than 80 per cent. Finally, the management performance is analyzed on the garlic farms by selecting the highest awareness collected. As a result of effects after new technology adoption, 43% of the surveyees stated that the relative management costs dramatically decreased, and increase in production.
