Analysis and Visualization for Comment Messages of Internet Posts (인터넷 게시물의 댓글 분석 및 시각화)

  • There are many internet users who collect the public opinions and express their opinions for internet news or blog articles through the replying comment on online community. But, it is hard to search and explore useful messages on web blogs since most of web blog systems show articles and their comments to the form of sequential list. Also, spam and malicious comments have become social problems as the internet users increase. In this paper, we propose a clustering and visualizing system for responding comments on large-scale weblogs, namely 'Daum AGORA,' using similarity analysis. Our system shows the comment clustering result as a simple screen view. Our system also detects spam comments using Needleman-Wunsch algorithm that is a well-known algorithm in bioinformatics.

  • This study is focusing to the keyword and blog advertising marketing services that are implementing a viral marketing utilizing keyword searches of the search portal and advertiser's blogs with convergent way. Through a case study for the company operating the service to pinpoint consumers to the advertisers site by indirect exposure via keyword advertising blog at the top of the search results, we analyzed the primitive service operation model on transactional relationship between the business players. We have a research purpose to generate improvement alternatives for the company's keyword advertising marketing services and operation solution using the survey study on the service quality perception and the perceptional gap between user groups. As results of study, we founded 4 types of the service solution and 4 models of service operating architecture on the transactional relations, and we recommended some improvements on the service and solution operation based on the SERVQUAL questionnaire analysis of the difference between the ads sponsor group and ads agency group.

  • As the use of the Internet has become more common worldwide, digital marketing has gained a great weight as an advertising medium. Low cost and effective digital marketing tools include websites, eyes, blogs, search advertisements, online banners, mailings, YouTube, etc., which most companies around the world use one or more of them for digital marketing. I have. In this environment, global companies with more than one overseas subsidiary have become very interested in how to establish and implement digital marketing strategies. However, many studies have been conducted on the necessity of digital marketing and its implementation strategy, but there are no studies on specific implementation methods that can be applied in practice. Therefore, in this study, we intend to define digital marketing suitable for global SMEs, establish a promotion strategy model, and present a specific implementation strategy establishment planl. Through this, we intend to contribute to establishing a general-purpose SME global digital marketing strategy.

The Impact of SNS Use on Export Marketing Performance (SNS 활용이 수출마케팅 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The use of SNS (Social Network Service) has been increasing in world society and the SNS has been used to satisfy different purposes of social groups over the years. In the beginning, the SNS were formed using e-mail, listserve, newsgroup, etc., where information was shared among relatively homogeneous groups of people. Now different groups including corporations have been using SNS such as personal web pages, blogs, Facebook and Twitter for their social media marketing. This study intends to verify the relationship between SNS use and export marketing performance. To achieve this, different types of SNS use were analyzed in order to verify their relationship with export marketing performance. The conceptual model is suggested in this paper and several research constructs are identified. The constructs used in this paper include export marketing performance, SNS use, degree of innovation, product online fitness, marketing competence, and internationalization competence. According to the results, the SNS use directly influences the export marketing performance. In addition, the factors which determine the level of SNS use are product's online fitness and organizational willingness to undertake innovation. Therefore, it is suggested to increase SNS use in different marketing purposes for future research.

Detecting Spam Data for Securing the Reliability of Text Analysis (텍스트 분석의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 스팸 데이터 식별 방안)

  • Recently, tremendous amounts of unstructured text data that is distributed through news, blogs, and social media has gained much attention from many researchers and practitioners as this data contains abundant information about various consumers' opinions. However, as the usefulness of text data is increasing, more and more attempts to gain profits by distorting text data maliciously or nonmaliciously are also increasing. This increase in spam text data not only burdens users who want to obtain useful information with a large amount of inappropriate information, but also damages the reliability of information and information providers. Therefore, efforts must be made to improve the reliability of information and the quality of analysis results by detecting and removing spam data in advance. For this purpose, many studies to detect spam have been actively conducted in areas such as opinion spam detection, spam e-mail detection, and web spam detection. In this study, we introduce core concepts and current research trends of spam detection and propose a methodology to detect the spam tag of a blog as one of the challenging attempts to improve the reliability of blog information.

A Method of Finding Hidden Key Users Based on Transfer Entropy in Microblog Network

  • Finding key users in microblog has been a research hotspot in recent years. There are two kinds of key users: obvious and hidden ones. Influence of the former is direct while that of the latter is indirect. Most of existing methods evaluate user's direct influence, so key users they can find usually obvious ones, and their ability to identify hidden key users is very low as hidden ones exert influence in a very covert way. Consequently, the algorithm of finding hidden key users based on topic transfer entropy, called TTE, is proposed. TTE algorithm believes that hidden key users are those normal users possessing a high covert influence on obvious ones. Firstly, obvious key users are discovered based on microblog propagation scale. Then, based on microblogs' topic similarity and time correlation, the transfer entropy from ordinary users' blogs to obvious key users is calculated and used to measure the covert influence. Finally, hidden influence degrees of ordinary users are comprehensively evaluated by combining above indicators with the influence of both ordinary users and obvious ones. We conducted experiments on Sina Weibo, and the results showed that TTE algorithm had a good ability to identify hidden key users.

  • With increased interest in the fourth industrial revolution represented by artificial intelligence, it has been very active to utilize bigdata and machine learning techniques in almost areas of society. Also, such activities have been realized by development of forecasting systems in various applications. Especially in the movie industry, there have been numerous attempts to predict whether they would be success or not. In the past, most of studies considered only the static factors in the process of prediction, but recently, several efforts are tried to utilize realtime social bigdata produced in SNS. In this paper, we propose the prediction technique utilizing various feedback information such as news articles, blogs and reviews as well as static factors of movies. Additionally, we also experimentally evaluate whether the proposed technique could precisely forecast their revenue targeting on the relatively successful movies.

Study on the social issue sentiment classification using text mining (텍스트마이닝을 이용한 사회 이슈 찬반 분류에 관한 연구)

  • The development of information and communication technology like SNS, blogs, and bulletin boards, was provided a variety of places where you can express your thoughts and comments and allowing Big Data to grow, many people reveal the opinion of the social issues in SNS such as Twitter. In this study, we would like to pre-built sentimental dictionary about social issues and conduct a sentimental analysis with structured dictionary, to gather opinions on social issues that are created on twitter. The data that I used is "bikini", "nakkomsu" including tweet. As the result of analysis, precision is 61% and F1- score is 74%. This study expect to suggest the standard of dictionary construction allowing you to classify positive/negative opinion on specific social issues.

An Analysis on Humor Expression in Internet Banner Advertising (인터넷 배너광고의 유머 표현 분석)

  • As the Internet market develops and grows, the Internet advertising has emerged as a critical medium of advertisement and become important in a modern society. In addition, the Internet advertising is more fascinating and attractive than other media in terms of diversity and absorption. In the Internet banner advertising, for example, various expression methods which attract attention from users have been more than just visual advertisement, arousing curiosity and interest. Especially, humorous expressions in the Internet banner advertising have brought a new paradigm to advertising market. Therefore, this paper has investigated the patterns of humorous expressions in banner advertising and analyzed the related case studies to make a contribution to the effective production of the Internet banner advertising, which induces user awareness and selection. For this, it has been attempted to analyze humorous patterns and involvement that are found in humorous banner advertisings such as CIA Athletica, Panadol, Toy & Stok, Adidas and Lipton among the banners which have relatively high preference in Banner blogs.

Design and Implementation of Blended PBL Systems for Information Communication Ethics Education (정보통신윤리 교육을 위한 블랜디드 문제중심학습 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • The purpose of this thesis was to implement effective blended PBL(Problem-Based Learning) systems for information communication ethics education. The proposed systems, Online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined and Moodle is used for online learning platform. We proposed the use of wikis and blogs not just for creation of knowledge, but as active learning tool to support PBL. In the proposed system, learners used the web 2.0 as a open place to create new knowledge and experience various effects of PBL, such as (1) Improvement of problem solving ability, (2) Understanding of cooperative learning. The blended PBL systems with teaching and learning model were evaluated learners' level of satisfaction and educational achievement in the study of information communication ethics. The result shows that blended PBL learning method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of information communication ethics and showed more higher level of learners' satisfaction and educational achievement than the face-to-face PBL learning method.
