본연구는 우리나라의 창업보육센터가 태동기, 양적 기반 확충기를 거쳐 이제 질적인 성장을 고려해야 할 성숙기의 단계에 접어들고 있는 시점에서 중소 벤처기업의 가장 어려운 난관인 Marketing 취약점을 제도적으로 지원함으로써 BI 입주기업의 성공을 도와 지역경제를 회생시키고 나아가 국가경제의 부흥을 도모할 필요가 있어 BI입주기업들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석 하였으며, 그 결과를 토대로 해결방안을 모색하였다. 조사 분석 결과 BI입주기업은 기술력과 사업성은 우수하나, 대외 인지도 및 마케팅능력 부족 등으로 매출신장은 미흡한 실정이고, 일부 BI 입주업체를 위한 마케팅 교육, 전시회 참가 및 홈페이지 제작 등을 지원하고 있으나, 그 성과는 극히 미홉하며, 기존 중소기업을 위한 판로지원 시책은 그 지원규모가 영세하고 또한, 기업의 성장단계 면에서 볼 때 초기 단계에 있는 BI입주기업이 이들 시책을 활용하기에는 애로가 있다. 경영자원의 부족에 따른 판매성과 미흡, 이에 따른 신규 경영자원 확보 실패와 계속적 판매 부진의 악순환을 탈피하기 어려울 것으로 판단되어진다. 이에 해결방안으로는 BI 입주기업에 대한 마케팅 지원을 활성화하기 위해서는 BI 입주기업만을 대상으로 하는 사업과 예산의 확보가 절대 필요하며 이를 시행함에 있어서는 수요자인 BI 입주기업이 필요로하는 서비스에 최우선을 두면서 소요 예산을 감안하는 것이 필요하다. 지원대상에 있어서는 BI 입주기업 전체를 지원하는 것은 예상되는 사업 비용상 불가능하며 차등적 지원을 통해 성공모델을 육성하는 것이 필요하리라고 전망된다.

현대사회가 복잡해지면서 정보의 양이 증가하였고, 경쟁이 치열해지면서 기업의 경영 전략으로 BI 서비스를 선택하였으나, 기존 BI 기업에서는 실시간 분석 및 처리, 외부 데이터 사용 불가 동의 문제점이 있었다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 BI서비스 동향 및 기술을 분석하고 기업의 효율적인 BI 서비스 적용 방안을 연구하였다.

최근 들어 고용없는 성장 및 청년 실업율이 높아지면서 기술을 기반으로 한 창업의 산실인 창업보육센터(Business Incubator : BI)의 역할이 주목을 받고 있다. 이와 더불어 이에 대한 연구들로서 BI의 효율적인 운영과 성과측면에도 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 국내외 선행연구들은 크게 BI의 지원서비스유형 및 정도가 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 과 입주 기업의 특성유형 및 정도가 성과에 미치는 영향으로 대분된다. 즉 BI의 성공요소들(Critical Success Factors), BI의 지원서비스, BI 내부조직 등과 BI 성과와의 상관관계분석 등에 초점이 맞추어 졌다. 또한 입주기업들이 BI 입주시 지니고 있는 잠재적인 역량 즉, 사업아이템 경쟁력이나 CEO역량, 기술 사업화 역량들이 기업들의 사업화성공률 향상과 BI의 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 BI의 성과에 영향을 미치는 업무시스템 관여정도와 매니저의 역량에 대한 연구는 미흡한 측면이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제들을 연구하기 위하여 첫째, BI가 제공하는 보육서비스 특성과 이러한 특성들이 BI성과에 영향을 미치는 상관관계를 분석하고 둘째, BI의 업무역량이 보육지원서비스와 BI 성과에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다.

In this paper, DEA analysis is employed to compare and evaluate the relative efficiency of a business intelligence (BI) system among five industrial groups such as IT and financial services, electricity and electronics, energy and chemistry, automotive and heavy machinery, and food and apparel. Especially, this study has analyzed the improving tendency of relative efficiency of the industrial groups since they adopted the BI System using Time-Window Analysis. The research findings show that the energy and chemical industry group tends to be remarkably more efficient than the other groups and the electrical and electronic industry turns out to gradually improve their efficiency since the adoption of the BI system.

기업간 비즈니스연동(B2Bi; B2B Integration)은 비즈니스 문서(예:XML) 교환을 통해 기업 및 마켓플레이스 간의 비즈니스 프로세스의 처리를 자동화하는 것 또는 자동화할 수 있는 환경을 구성하는 것을 의미한다. e-Marketplace의 등장, 파트너기업과의 보다 긴밀한 협업의 필요성 증대등의 이유로 B2Bi에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 B2Be-Marketplace에서 B2Bi를 구현한 사례를 바탕으로, 기업간 문서의 송수신 및 가공, 흐름제어, 저장소, 어플리케이션 어댑터 관점에서 B2Bi 솔루션 개발에 관한 연구 결과를 설명하고자 한다.

Not only Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) within a company but also business-to-business integration (B2Bi) should be achieved for companies to collaborate seamlessly through the Internet. There have been great efforts in this area of EAI and B2Bi, resulting in lots of solutions in the market. However, EAI and B2Bi systems have been designed and operated in independent platforms and environments causing a serious problem of integrating EAI and B2Bi systems. In this paper we have proposed a business integration platform for connecting EAI and B2Bi systems in a uniform architecture and also coping with changes in business environments. In the integration platform proposed in this work, collaboration processes between B2B companies can be performed using Web Services technology widely considered as B2B integration platform. Especially, we have defined basic business execution elements based on a thorough analysis of various business integration standards and developed an efficient and extensible business process engine for B2B collaboration process management. A Web-based order processing system is developed for validation of our integration platform. It is expected that the level of B2B collaboration can be enhanced using the integration platform and furthermore it will contribute to more collaborative B2B commerce.

This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.

Start-up is a very important task for the development of the country as well as individuals for entrepreneurs with novel ideas, experiences, and know-how. Most of the new start-ups often have no start-up experience, and the government and universities operate start-up incubator centers so that start-up companies can grow and develop. The goal is to improve the success rate of technology-based start-ups. It supports various needs of start-up companies and supports start-up companies to succeed by enabling them to maximize their potential. The expected effect of the start-up incubator center can be said to be a contribution to the development of the national economy through the revitalization of start-ups. This study aims to consider ways to achieve performance through the efficient operation of domestic start-up incubator centers.

최근 다양한 데이터를 수집 및 분석하여 급변하는 기업에서 고객 니즈의 변화에 능동적인 대용이 필요하나 중소기업의 경우 비용 및 인력 문제로 인해 데이터 분석 및 정보를 수집하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서 다양한 고객 니즈 분석을 통해 맞춤형 상품과 서비스 제공이 가능하고, 중소기업들의 전략적이고 신속한 의사결정 지원을 위해서 BI, 프라이빗 클라우드, R-엔진을 분석하여, 프라이빗 클라우드 + R 엔진 기반의 BI 서비스 어플라이언스 설계 하였다.

급변하는 경영환경 속에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서 많은 기업들이 ERP 시스템을 중심으로 통합된 기간계 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 기간계 시스템의 안정화를 이룬 기업들은 그 다음 과제로 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 정보계 시스템으로 관심을 돌리고 있다. 이런 관점에서 최근 비즈니스 인텔리전스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며 관련 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 2년간 국제 저널 및 컨퍼런스에서 발표된 BI 관련 논문 61편을 분석하여 BI 연구의 추세를 확인하고 이를 기반으로 향후 연구 방향을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 연구자들에게 BI 연구 현황 및 방향에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 실무자들에게는 BI 활용 방안에 대한 아이디어를 제공함으로써 기업에서의 BI 도입 및 활용에 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다.
