  • Lately, In case of domestic fire situation, Suffocation due to inflammables has shown higher than direct disaster of the fire among the statistics of death caused by disaster. According to study, Lightweight Hybrid Panel as using the inner or outer wall is made with Polysilicon of the inorganic material, PA and vermiculite, so we make progress to performance experiment and review the density, thermal conductivity properties.

  • Recently, many experiments using industrial by-products have been going on in Korea and abroad. Most of the studies on blast furnace slag and fly ash have been conducted, and the blast furnace slag based two and three component experiments have been conducted in many places. Therefore, this study is an additional study of research using polysilicon sludge and paper ash, which is a study using existing industrial by-products based on blast furnace slag, as strength properties of alkali activator according to kind and mixing ratio and to obtain basic data do.

  • According to the automated manufacturing processes followed by the development of computer manufacturing technologies, products or quality characteristics produced on the processes have measured and recorded automatically. Much amount of data daily produced on the processes may not be efficiently analyzed by current statistical methodologies (i.e., statistical quality control and statistical process control methodologies) because of the dimensionality associated with many input and response variables. Although a number of statistical methods to handle this situation, there is room for improvement. In order to overcome this limitation, we integrated data mining and robust design approach in this research. We find efficiently the significant input variables that connected with the interesting response variables by using the data mining technique. And we find the optimum operating condition of process by using RSM and robust design approach.

  • SNS 사용자가 급증함에 따라 그와 관련된 데이터 또한 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해, 사회 연결망 데이터 분석을 위한 여러 그래프 처리 엔진들이 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 최신 그래프 처리 엔진 중 하나인 FlashGraph의 특징을 분석하고 수행 시간을 개선하기 위해 무작위로 매겨진 입력 데이터의 노드 번호를 지역성을 고려해 너비우선탐색 순서로 바꾸어 저장하는 방법을 제안하였다. 실험결과, 수행 시간을 약 1.4배 향상시켰다.

The Design of Analog-to-Digital Converter using 12-bit Pipeline BiCMOS (12-bit 파이프라인 BiCMOS를 사용한 A/D 변환기의 설계)

  • There is an increasing interest in high-performance A/D(Analog-to-Digital) converters for use in integrated analog and digital mixed processing systems. Pipeline A/D converter architectures coupled with BiCMOS process technology have the potential for realizing monolithic high-speed and high-accuracy A/D converters. In this paper, the design of 12bit pipeline BiCMOS A/D converter presented. A BiCMOS operational amplifier and comparator suitable for use in the pipeline A/D converter. Test/simulation results of the circuit blocks and the converter system are presented. The main features is low distortion track-and-hold with 0-300MHz input bandwidth, and a proprietary 12bit multi-stage quantizer. Measured value is DNL=${\pm}$0.30LSB, INL=${\pm}$0.52LSB, SNR=66dBFS and SFDR=74dBc at Fin=24.5MHz. Also Fabricated on 0.8um BiCMOS process.

  • The durability of reinforced concrete structures is severely degraded by mainly corrosion due to seawater attack and chloride ion diffusion in concrete. The deterioration of durability causes high repair cost for maintenance of marine concrete structure. In this paper, high-durability materials for prevention of rebar corrosion are investigated to promote the durability in marine concrete structures. For these, the effect of the mineral materials addition(SF, FA and BFS), the modified steel(stainless and coating steel). and corrosion inhibitors are compared.

  • This study is to predict the compressive strength for the concrete of ground granulated blast-furnace slag, and use Plowman's, Gompertz's model. The results are as follows; The prediction compressive strength were simiar using Rastrup's equivalent age model. but The prediction compressive strength using Freiesleben's equivalent age model weren't simiar in bfs replacement Ratio of 50%, because it is analyzed as the activation energy.

  • 인터넷이 보편화되면서 그에 따른 정보량도 급증하고 있다. 웹문서량이 많아짐에 따라 웹문서를 구조를 이용하여 저장, 분석하는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹사이트를 사용자가 평가하기 위해 계층적인 웹문서들의 관계를 사이트맵으로 구성하며 웹문서 내의 계층구조를 추출, 저장하고 그래픽적으로 표시하였다. 이를 위해 웹문서 내의 계층구조를 위해 W3기관의 공용으로 사용되는 Tidy 라이브러리를 이용하여 URL에 대한 HTML 문서를 얻고 이를 XML로 변환하였다. 변환된 XML 결과로 이진트리를 구성하고 계층구조를 표현하였다. 웹문서들의 사이트맵은 그래프형식과 계층구조형식으로 표현했는데 그래프형식을 이용하여 사이트맵의 연결구조를 파악할 수 있게 하였으며, 계층구조를 이용하여 웹문서간의 계층구조에 따른 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. 사이트맵을 구성하기 위해 URL들의 구조를 인접리스트로 저장하였으며, 방향성 그래프형식을 이용하였다. 또한 웹문서 구조를 계층적으로 구성하기 위해 웹문서의 그래프형식에 대해 BFS(Breadth First Search)방식을 이용했다. 또한 계층적 사이트맵을 이용한 평가항목을 이용하여 증권사이트에 대해 실험하였다. 실험을 통해 본 시스템이 웹사이트 평가에 유용성함을 입증하였다.

  • The Reinforced concrete structure is deteriorated in durability due to various deterioration factors such as acid, salt, etc., and thus requires repair and reinforcement. In this study, compressive strength and weight change were measured by substituting blast furnace slag with excellent chemical resistance. As a result, the decrease in compressive strength decreased in proportion to the blast furnace slag substitution rate, and in the case of BFS40, the strength increased after sulfuric acid immersion. The weight change also decreased in proportion to the replacement amount.

  • This study aims to build a deep learning model that can predict the value of concrete mixing properties according to a given concrete strength value. A model was created for a total of 1,291 concrete data, including 8 characteristics related to concrete mixing elements and environment, and the compressive strength of concrete. As the deep learning model, DNN-3L-256N, which showed the best performance on the prior study, was used. The average value for each characteristic of the data set was used as the initial input value. In results, in the case of 'curing temperature', which had a narrow range of values in the existing data set, showed the lowest error rate with less than 1% error based on MAE. The highest error rate with an error of 12 to 14% for fly and bfs.
