High performance liquid chromatographic methods for the simultaneous determination of 12 biogenic amines were developed and contents of biogenic amines in 23 varieties of Korean commercial fermented food were analyzed. Dansyl derivatives of biogenic amine were very stable and had good peak resolution. Except agmatine, the recovery of biogenic amines from soybean paste with extraction of 0.1 N HC1 added biogenic amines to soybean paste was greater 85%. The calibration curve showed good linearity over a concentration range up to 50 ${\mu}g/mL$. In the determination of biogenic amine level in Korean commercial fermented foods, doenjang and chungkukjang (fermented soybean pastes), soy sauce, anchovy and pacific sand lance liquid jeotkal (fermented fish sauce products), and cabbage kimchi had high level biogenic amines. Especially, traditional doenjang had a histamine (HIS) level of 952.0 mg/kg, a tyramine (TYR) level of 1,430.7 mg/kg. Most cheese had low level of biogenic amines, but one Gouda cheese had a tyramine (TYR) level of 97.5 mg/kg. A low level of biogenic amines was detected in wines, beer, yoghurt, and sausage. Putrescine (PUT), cadaverine (CAD), tryptamine (TRY), histamine (HIS), tyramine (TYR), and 2-phenylethylamine (PHE) were mainly formed in fermented foods by the action of microorganism, so their levels were high with a range. On the other hand, spermidine (SPD), spermine(SPM), serotonin (SER), noradrenaline (NOR), and dopamine (DOP) were formed originally via biosynthesis with consequent low level.

A parametric study bas been performed for the various refueling schemes of CANDU 6 reactor loaded with reference DUPIC fuel. The optimum discharge burnup was determined such that the peak bundle power is minimized for the equilibrium core. Based on the results of instantaneous core calculation using patterned random age distributions, it was decided to perform the refueling simulations only for 2-bundle and 4-bundle shift refueling schemes. The 600 FPD simulation has shown that the operational margins of the channel and bundle power to the license limits are 7.9% and 17.1%, respectively, for 2-bundle shift refueling scheme. The 4-bundle shift refueling scheme also satisfies the license limits and the operational margins of the channel and bundle power are 7.1% and 9.8%, respectively. The result of refueling simulation indicate the possibility of using reference DUPIC fuel in current CANDU 6 reactor.

In reviewing our costume history, it is noted that costume bas been used as a yard stick for symboliying various social status. During the Lee Dynasty in which confucianism was the predominant religion, costume color, design and its fabric varied distinctly according to class, sex, age, occasion, et al. As in other field of our culture, costume was influenced by the Chinese culture. Although gilding was derived from the Chinese-originated gold-spun fabrics, no credit and praise should be spared for our ancestors of the Lee Dynasty who developed gilding artistry as our own. The use of gilded costume was confined to the formal court wear rather than casual wear even in court and to the nobles than to the commoners. Even among the nobles, gilding designs variously classified were used to distinguish the class. However, the modernization triggered by fores-Japan Annexation Treaty destroyed the traditional cable systems, thereby the limited use of gilding has yielded to the vast demand on the part of general populace.

Background and purpose : Health is characterized by variability and a loss variability is associated with aging and disease. Normal healthy respiratory patterns are characterized by breath to breath variability. Cold-Heat score are quantified indices in Korean Medicine. The aim of this study is to analyze relations between 9 respiratory indices (including breath to breath variability) and cold-heat score by questionnaire. Method : Respiratory data were measured during 15 minutes and transferred to text file. We calculated 9 respiratory parameters in use of MATLAB7.1. After then we did correlation analysis of 9 respiratory indices and cold-heat score Results and conclusion : EIratio is showed significant correlation with Cold score and weighted Heat score.

SMPS는 신속한 스위칭에 의하여 높은 $d{\upsilon}$/dt 및 di/dt 특성을 가지며, 이러한 스위칭 특성으로 SMPS에서 발생하는 EMI 노이즈는 기기 내부 및 외부에 간섭을 일으킨다. 일반적으로 전자파 이미션은 전도성 이미션 및 방사성 이 미션으로 분류되며. 전도성 이미션은 공통모드와 차동모드로 구분한다. 최근 노이즈전류를 평형시킴으로써 공통모드 노이즈를 감소시키는 방법이 연구되었다. 이 방법은 공통모드 노이즈가 시스템 불평형의 결과라는 측면을 고려한 것이며. 노이즈 전류의 평형상태에서 컨버터를 동작시키면 공통모드 노이즈가 크게 줄어들 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 논문에서는 절연형 SMPS에서 노이즈 전류의 평형기법을 이용하여 SMPS의 1차 및 2차 측의 노드 확장에 따른 노이즈 감소를 분석한다.

Airway mucus provides the protective functions such as lubrication, barrier, disposal of trapped materials, and humidification. In the normal state, the mucus do not interfere with Bas transport and the other vital functions of lung. In diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, and cystic fibrosis, the mucus hypersecretion was physiologically developed in the response of multiple neurohumoral mechanism system. And regardless of the mechanism, many clinical sequelae result from mucus hypersecretion: atelectasis, infection, increased airway resistance, increased work of breathing, increased cough with its resultant complication. And the condensation of mucus tv mucus hypersecretion can make the mucus plug by which bronchial obstruction is developed. We have experienced a 7 Pear-old male patient with recurrent pneumonic symtom, which the bronchial obstruction was developed by the impacted mucus plug on the bronchoscopic finding. We report this case with the review of literature.

Background and Purpose: Acording to chaos theory, irregular signals of electroencephalogram can interpretated by nonlinear method. Chaotic nonlinear dynamics in EEG can be studied by calculating the correlation dimension. The aim of this study is to analyze EEG by correlation dimension and do Correlation Analysis of correlation dimension and cold-heat score Method: EEG raw data were measured during 15 minutes and choosed 40 seconds. We calculated correlation dimension and used surrogate data method for checking nonlinear data. After then do correlation analysis Result and Conclusion: Correlation dimension of channel 7 and channel 8 are showed significant correlation with cold score.

Energy distribution function for electrons in $SF_6+Ar$ mixtures gas used by MCS-BEq algorithm bas been analysed over the E/N range 30-300[Td] by a two term Boltzmann equation and by a Monte Carlo Simulation using a set of electron cross sections determined by other authors, experimentally the electron swarm parameters for 0.2[%] and 0.5[%] $SF_6+Ar$ mixtures were measured by time-of-flight(TOF) method. The results show that the deduced electron drift velocities, the electron ionization or attachment coefficients, longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficients and mean energy agree reasonably well with theoretical for a rang of E/N values.

To prospectively determine the diagnostic performance a combination of standard bolus-chase magnetic resonance (MR) angiography and MR angiography with time-resolved imaging of contrast kinetics (TRICKS) for depicting severity of the head and neck vascular diseases. Over a period of two months, A total of 100 patients(average ages : $50{\pm}8$, male : 60, female : 40) with head and neck vascular diseases were performed on the GE excite 3.0 T units with 8-channel head coil and 4-channel NV coil. Imaging parameters for a typical study were as follow: SBC(TR/ TE/ FA/ SliceThicken./ Slab/ Freq./ FOV/ BW/Scan Time) = 5.4/ min/ 30/ 2/ zip2/ 70/ $224{\times}448$/ 30/ 62.50/ 28, TRICKS(TR/ TE/ FA/ Slice Thicken/Slab/ Freq./ FOV/ BW/ Temp Res./ Scan Time = 3.6/ min/ 25/ 4/ 30/ $160{\pm}384$, zip512/ 30/ 100/ 1 to 1.5/ 23). The analysis of all MR images, which have respect-ively classified two techniques into some diseases. The results of the former were divided into two groups(SBC, TRICKS)with 4 grading of two reader, respectively. Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to determine if a significant difference between imaging techniques existed(p < 0.05). In 33 of 100 patients, arterio-venous malformation was 11% at TRICKS, subclavian vein stenosis : 8%, fistular sinus : 4%, jugular vein stenosis:6%, Middle Cerebral Artery bypass surgery : 4%, p < 0.05). The rest of 67 patients were considered as the results of SBC(14% in the basilar artery stenosis, carotid stenosis : 16%, vertebral stenosis : 17%, central neuro-cytoma : 5%, meningioma : 5%, Not appliable : 10%, p < 0.05). Sensitivity and specificity of TRICKS MR angiography in SVS, FS, JVS, MCABS were improved compared with those at standard MR angiography. In SBS MR angiography which were improved in BAS, CS, VS, CN, Meningioma. In conclusion, TRICKS MR angiography of the SVS, FS, JVS, MCABS is superior to standard MR angiography regarding the number of diagnostic grading. The SBS MR angiography were improved in BAS, CS, VS, CN, Meningioma. and assessment of the degree of luminal narrowing on both TRICKS and SBS.
