대부분의 B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템은 사용사 인터페이스에서만 큰 차이를 보일 뿐 기능적/비기능적 요구사항과 아키텍처는 유사하며 쇼핑몰 시스템 구성요소들의 재사용은 매우 높다. 이에 B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템의 제품 라인 구축 시 입력몰인 1) 제푸 제약사항, 2)스타일, 패턴 및 프레임워크, 3)생산 제약사항, 4)생산 전략, 5)기존 구성품의 재고조사를 정의하고 B2C 쇼핑몰의 모델 분류와 기본적인 사용자 요구사항을 바탕으로 쇼핑몰 시스템의 공통점과 차이점을 제품 라인 범위로 제시한다. 일반적인 B2C 쇼핑몰 시스템이 제공하여야 하는 고객 정보 관리, 상품 정보 관리, 주문관리, 보안, 상품 운송 등의 기본 기능이 공통점으로 추출되었으며 가격의 고정 여부, 사용자 인터페이스, 멀티미디어 서비스 지원 여부, 포탈 사이트와 비슷한 검색 기능, 온라인 지불 기능의 지원과 사용자 인터페이스 및 데이터 베이스 스키마 등이 차이점으로 추출되었다.

As $40%{\sim}60%$ of the construction project expense is used for the purchase and procurement of construction materials, construction companies are attracted by the promise of online procurement of construction materials through the B2B e-Marketplace. B2B e-Marketplace can save construction companies time and money spent through the off-line procurement. Construction B2B e-Marketplaces can energize the construction market dominated by major construction companies. It will expand the business scope of small and medium construction material suppliers and construction companies. Current B2B e-Marketplaces underperform in all industries due to low participation. Excluding some construction B2B e-Marketplaces led by major construction companies, most construction B2B e-Marketplaces show poor performance in terms of revenue and transaction. Researches are needed in the area of discovering the problems of current construction B2B e-Marketplace and identifying the factors for participating in the construction B2B e-Marketplace. This research conducts a case study to analyze the current status of construction B2B e-Marketplace.

The paper at first gives an introduction to e-commerce, recalls the birth and the growth of an e-commerce giant Chinapages.com in the tough environment in the primary stage of the development of e-commerce in China, provides an overview of its e-business scope and its experience in its e-business development, then describes its present favorable and unfavorable e-business e-environment and its challenges in its future development. Finally it concludes that Chinapages' future is bright and promising with China's WTO entry just around the corner, if Chinapages takes advantages of the opportunities and faces the challenges with confidence and aggressiveness in the new era of e-commerce.

The surveillance radar for naval ships is an essential equipment of a battle system that executes the detection and tracking of targets, and the shooting support function; it calculates the three-dimensional track of the target range, azimuth, and altitude to carry out its duty. The surveillance radar consists of an antenna, a transceiver, a processing unit, and an air dryer section. The radar radiates the transmission signal on the antenna section, receives the reflected signal from the target, and amplifies the signals on the transceiver section. The signal received from the antenna is used to provide the operator with target information in various ways. This study identified the display problems when the information about the target is displayed through the radar. The causes of the problems were analyzed and improved. The tracking disappearance phenomenon caused by the altered-course of the ship was improved on the TWS tracking algorithm. The validity of the improved TWS tracking algorithm was confirmed by the normal condition of the target status on the B-scope.

상호대화형 오디오비주얼 서비스는 텍스트, 도형, 사진, 오디오, 비디오 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 표현 요소로 구성되는 입출력 정보를 사용자의 단말이나 워크스테이션에 제공하는 서비스이다. 이러한 기능의 범위는 간단한 검색에서부터 상호대화적인 문의, 구성요소들의 재배치, 그들 요소들의 수정등의 서비스를 사용자에게 제공 할 수 있다. 이와 관련하여 ITU-T SG8/Q.11에서는 AVI 서비스를 위해 요구되는, 시스템, 데이터 교환형식, 그리고 프로토콜과 같은 일련의 기술적 사항을 표준화하는 작업을 하고 있다. 본고에서는 AVI 서비스의 기술적인 사항에 대하여 논하고, 현재 진행되고 있는 표준화 동향에 대하여 알아본다.

Many I/o cards such as AOCs, DICs, DOCs and ROCs are used to deal with I&C instruments of control panel in full-scope power plant simulator. To help the maintenance of I/O cards, an I/o card fault diagnosis system is implemented in this paper. The implemented fault diagnosis system has the automatic fault diagnosis function and manual card test function for fault diagnosis. Finally, the test result using I/O cards shows the validity of the implemented fault diagnosis system.

Within the scope of the plane-strain state, by utilizing the three-dimensional linearized theory of elastic waves in initially stressed piezoelectric and elastic materials, Lamb wave propagation and the influence of the initial stresses on this propagation in a sandwich plate with pre-stressed piezoelectric face and pre-stressed metal elastic core layers are investigated. Dispersion equations are derived for the extensional and flexural Lamb waves and, as a result of numerical solution to these equations, the corresponding dispersion curves for the first (fundamental) and second modes are constructed. Concrete numerical results are obtained for the cases where the face layers' materials are PZT-2 or PZT-6B, but the material of the middle layer is Steel (St) or Aluminum (Al). Sandwich plates PZT-2/St/PZT-2, PZT-2/Al/PZT-2, PZT-6B/St/PZT-6B and PZT-6B/Al/PZT-6B are examined and the influence of the problem parameters such as piezoelectric and dielectric constants, layer thickness ratios and third order elastic constants of the St and Al on the effects of the initial stresses on the wave propagation velocity is studied.

The rapid progress toward the 4th industrial society has led to possibilities of fire increase. It is pointed out that, though initial fire suppression is emphasized, the current legal systems do not sufficiently recognize the importance of initial fire suppression. In order to resolve this, problems of the current legal systems and regulations, as well as fire-fighting facilities to be equipped according to the size of specific fire-fighting objects, were diagnosed. Also, suggestions for improvement were provided through comparative analysis with relevant laws and technical regulations of Korea and other countries. According to fire safety standards such as NFPA, IMO, ISO, and Russian standards, automatic fire extinguishers are to be installed as per the adaptability criteria of fire extinguishers and automatic fire extinguishers. In Korea, the "Act on Fire Prevention and Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Fire-fighting Systems" cover the types and scope of fire fighting facilities that include specific fire protection objects, such as electric room, power room, and substation room. This study has identified that, in case of a place with a floor area of less than $300m^2$, the installation requirement is not clearly specified. Therefore, in this study, fire extinguishing equipment and automatic fire extinguishing equipment to be added for each sub-use application are proved to have fire extinguishing performance of Class A, Class B, and Class C, respectively. In view of the fact that, in overseas standards, all space except containing such materials as Deep fire, metal fire and peroxide, can be installed with fire fighting equipment, a legal system for specifying the capacity units of fire fighting apparatus by application is, in this study, proposed.

Mobility in the mobile agent language is an important issue. The scope range of the agent which can move is closely related with the work which the agent can do for users. The location concept proposed in this paper can make an activity scope of agent various by defining and classifying the destination of mobile agent as a logical and physical location. We designed and implemented a java class that describes creation, deletion, and execution of agent and a service system of agent that executes the described program on the computer which is linked to network to assist the location concept. The location concept will advance the mobility of agent and this agent is expected to provide much better service for users.

In both Korea and the U.S., science education leaders and specialists insist that there is a shortage of curricula to address the new national science education guidelines in support of reform. This paper addresses development of new curricula for science education reform in the hopes of facilitating further development of guideline-based curricula. We examine Korean and U.S. thematic-based (Korean Science Field Trip at Cultural Sites Program and U.S. Graduate Teaching Fellows in K-12 Education) and project-centered (Korean Teachers for Exciting Science and U.S. Foundational Approaches in Science Teaching Program) programs. Using the criteria of rationale for curriculum, content and scope, processes of implementation, and assessment strategies, we identify the curricular components that are common across four successful secondary science programs and determine which of these components address the national guidelines. Our findings indicate that common components of these four programs meet the expectations of the science guidelines being used to revamp science education in both countries. Therefore, these programs not only engage secondary students and teachers in practicing successful science education, but also lead to successful science education practices that can be incorporated in the future development of curriculum to support secondary science reform.
