A Study on the Characteristics of Silica Fine Glass Particles prepared by Flame Hydrolysis Deposition Process (FHD법으로 형성된 실리카 유리미립자의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • 수직형 FHD증착법을 사용하여 SiO$_{2}$, SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 실리카 유리미립자를 형성하였으며, SEM, ICP-AES, XRD, TGA-DSC을 사용하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. XRD측정을 통해, 미립자 형성시 사용된 화염온도(130$0^{\circ}C$-150$0^{\circ}C$)와 기판온도(-20$0^{\circ}C$)가 SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$계 미립자를 비정질상태로 형성하였으며, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$와 SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 미립자에서는 B$_{2}$O$_{3}$, BPO$_{4}$, GeO$_{2}$의 결정성피크들을 관찰하였다. TGA-DSC 열분석을 통해, SiO$_{2}$와 SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$는 온도변화에 따른 질량변화가 없었으며, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계의 경우 질량감소를 동반한 유리전이에 따른 분자이완현상 및 결정화나 회복반응을 나타내고 있다. 질량감소는 미립자가 결정상태일때 가속되는 경향을 나타냈으며, DSC열분석을 통해 SiO$_{2}$, SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 유리미립자들의 고밀화가 시작되는 온도를 각각 1224$^{\circ}C$, 1151$^{\circ}C$, 953$^{\circ}C$, 113$0^{\circ}C$에서 관찰하였다.

  • B2B EC는 그 시장규모와 기업, 사회전반에 미치는 영향이 커다란 주요한 연구 분야이다. 그런데, B2C EC와 달리 B2B EC에서는, 구매자의 전자시장에서의 구매기록은 ERP로 대표되는 기업내의 전자구매시스템과 통합되어야 한다. 이를 위한 구조로서 기존의 Inside-Out 접근방식과 Outside-In 접근방식, 그리고, 최근의 b-Cart 접근방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 3가지 방식에 대한 고찰과 비교 분석을 시도한다. 이를 통해서 기업간 전자상거래에 있어서 ERP와 전자시장과의 통합구조로 b-Cart 접근방식이 효율적인 프레임웍임을 확인한다.

  • 우리나라는 B2C서비스 관련 기업이 매우 많음에도 불구하고 고객의견의 수집 및 분석 기술이 미흡하다. 따라서 고객의 의견을 실시간으로 모니터링하고 문제가 발생하였을 때 이를 알리고 적절한 대안을 지원하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 고객의 피드백을 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 서비스 품질요인별로 측정요인을 설정하고 이를 통한 체계적인 설문 조사가 가능하도록 구성되어 있다. 특히, 스코어링 시스템을 도입하여 서비스 및 단위서비스에 대한 품질 수준을 정량적으로 평가하고, 이들 평가결과를 기업의 성과지표에 미치는 영향도 분석을 통해 우선순위에 따라 서비스 수준을 향상 시킬 수 있어 서비스 수준을 높이고 직접적으로 성과로 이어질 수 있도록 정보를 제공한다.

The Characteristics of Sediment and Organic Content in the Dalpo Wetland (달포늪의 퇴적물과 유기물함량 특성 연구)

  • In this study, the correlation of organic content with particle size and type of sediment was found out.Particle size, stratigraphic section and organic content of sediments sampled from Dalpo wetland was analyzed. Dalpo wetland consists of three wetlands, and the area of Dalpo wetland is about $31,295m^2$. The particle size analyses for sampled sediments of 7 points (3 points in wetland A, 3 points in wetland B and 1 point in wetland C) were tested. As results of the particle size analyses, the sediment particle size becomes larger as to the edge of the wetland. It is revealed in order of wetland A > wetland C > wetland B. Borehole surveys with horizontal distance in the major and minor axes of wetland A, the major and minor axes of wetland B and the major axis of wetland C were accomplished. Clayey peat deposit is distributed at 10~90 cm depth below ground surface in the major axis of wetland A. The clayey peat deposit was the most thick at the center of wetland A that horizontal distance is 100 m. As the depth below ground surface of clayey peat deposit is less than 27 cm in the wetland B, we can infer that the life for the wetland B is being finished. Sediment composition of wetland C is simple because wetland C is small scale, and clayey peat deposit is distributed at 10~34 cm depth below ground surface. Sediment sampled by borehole survey in the Dalpo wetland was cut at interval of 10 cm, then organic content was analyzed. Organic content of wetland A sediment showed more than 40% until 70 cm depth below ground surface, also sediment of wetland B is similar to wetland A until 10 cm depth below ground surface, but is showed within 20 % above 30 cm depth below ground surface. Organic content of wetland B is showed the lowest as organic content near the ground surface is about 40%. All of the three wetlands, organic content is showed higher at clayey peat deposit near to ground surface. This is caused by finer particles of the clayey peat deposit, also organic materials were supplied from dead vegetation. Organic content of the Dalpo wetland showed in order of wetland A > wetland C > wetland B. This result is caused by thickness of clayey peat deposit in sediment. Through this study, it was verified that organic content of the Dalpo wetland sediment was dominated by particle size of sediment and vegetation of the upper part.

원자력용 316LN 스테인레스강의 탄화물 석출 거동

  • 원자력용 316LN 스테인레스강의 입계탄화물 석출거동에 미치는 질소 및 Ti, B의 미량원소 영향을 시차열분석기(DSC)와 투과전자현미경(TEM)을 이용하여 관찰하였으며, 이들 결과와 예민화 특성과의 관계성을 분석하였다. Ti과 B의 첨가는 316LN 강의 탄화물 석출온도를 높이며, 탄화물 석출에 필요한 활성화에너지 값은 미첨가강에 비해 높았다. TEM/EDX 분석결과, 예민화된 316 LN 강은 M$_{23}$C$_{6}$ 탄화물이 입계에 석출되며 입계에서 Cr 고같층이 관찰되었다. 반면 Ti 및 B 첨가강은 7$50^{\circ}C$, 20시간 열처리 조건에서도 거의 입계석출물이 존재하지 않았으며 일부 소량 존재하는 입계 석출물은 EDX 분석결과 Mo-rich 상인 Laves 상으로 분석되었다. DSC와 TEM 분석 결과는 Oxalic 시험 및 Modified Strauss 시험에 의한 입계 부시시험결과와 잘 일치하였고, Ti 및 B의 첨가는 Cr의 확산을 저지시켜 입계탄화물의 석출 및 성장을 저지하는 역할을 하며, 316LN 강의 예민화 특성을 양호하게 하였다.

Isoenzyme pattern of Aldaline and Acid Phosphatase in the Culture of Saccharomyces uvarum (Saccharomyces uvarum의 Alkaline 및 Acid Phosphatase의 Isoenzyme 양상에 대하여)

  • The present study was designed to investigate isoenzyme (ACPase, ALPase) pattern and its refulatory function between catabolically repressed and derepressed states in yeast, Saccharomyces uvarum. As the results, no other isoenzyme was detectable in acid phosphatase, but there were three isoenzyme types in aldaline phosphatase. Type "B" isoenzyme among alkaline phosphatases in catabolically repressed cell was derepressed, but in normally cultivated cell, type "C" isoenzyme was derepressed while type "B" activity was lowered. Type "B" isoenzyme could be postulated as repressible enzyme, type "A" as constityityve enzyme and type "C" as L-histidinol phosphatase, respectively, Also, it could be shown that type "B" ALPase, repressible enzyme, compensated for phosphate group supplier under catabolically repressed states. Protein profile in cytoplasmic soluble fraction of exponential phase cell was characterized by negative charged protein.

  • 본 연구는 트랙터용 로타리날의 운동특성을 분석하는 연구로서, 로타리날의 운동특성 분석장치를 이용하여 기존에 국내에서 사용되는 로타리날로 경운 작업을 할 경우, 로타리날 운동 및 형상, 구조에 따른 운동특성을 정밀 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분석된 문제점 및 보완점을 앞으로 개발될 에너지 절감형 트랙터 로타리날 개발에 필요한 주요 인자를 결정하기 위한 수단으로 사용하는 데 목적이 있으며, 그 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 로타리날의 운동특성을 분석할 수 있는 로타리날 운동특성 분석 시스템을 설계, 제작하였다. (2) 분석 시스템 제어용 프로그램 Visual Basic 6.0 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하여 개발하였다. (3) 국내 로타리날 제조회사 4곳 및 외국 1개사 제품의 운동특성을 분석한 결과, B, C, E maker 제품이 로타리 경운 작업에 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. (4) B, C, E maker 제품에서 살펴보면, 토양을 절단할 때의 경심별 위치를 \circled3부분이 되도록 해야하며, 단면이 확실하게 닿지 않도록 단면의 경우 B maker 형상을 따라야 한다. 또한 배면이 토양에 닿는 부위가 적어야 한다.

Functional Evaluation of Tennis Shoes Using Foot-Pressure Distribution (족저압력분석을 활용한 테니스화 기능성평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the foot-pressure distribution of Tennis Shoes for assessing their functionality. 10 university male students (shoe size: 265mm) who had no history of injury in the lower extremity and a normal gait pattern participated in this study. Four types of tennis shoes, most popular in Korea (A, B, C & D company), were selected and tested. Using the PEDAR-X system and PEDAR-X insoles, 4 different motion stages were analyzed for the foot-pressure distribution: (a) straight running; (b) c-cut($45^{\circ}$ left turn running; (c) forehand stroke; and (d) backhand stroke. Results revealed that in all stages, there were no statistically significant differences among the types of shoes; however, descriptive statistics indicated that functionality of shoe types was somewhat different depending on the type of stages. The order in functionality found was C>A>B>D.

Assessment of Fire-Damaged Mortar using Color image Analysis (색도 이미지 분석을 이용한 화재 피해 모르타르의 손상 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess a fire-damaged concrete structure using a digital camera and image processing software. To simulate it, mortar and paste samples of W/C=0.5(general strength) and 0.3(high strength) were put into an electric furnace and simulated from $100^{\circ}C$ to $1000^{\circ}C$. Here, the paste was processed into a powder to measure CIELAB chromaticity, and the samples were taken with a digital camera. The RGB chromaticity was measured by color intensity analyzer software. As a result, the residual compressive strength of W/C=0.5 and 0.3 was 87.2 % and 86.7 % at the heating temperature of $400^{\circ}C$. However there was a sudden decrease in strength at the temperature above $500^{\circ}C$, while the residual compressive strength of W/C=0.5 and 0.3 was 55.2 % and 51.9 % of residual strength. At the temperature $700^{\circ}C$ or higher, W/C=0.5 and W/C=0.3 show 26.3% and 27.8% of residual strength, so that the durability of the structure could not be secured. The results of $L^*a^*b$ color analysis show that $b^*$ increases rapidly after $700^{\circ}C$. It is analyzed that the intensity of yellow becomes strong after $700^{\circ}C$. Further, the RGB analysis found that the histogram kurtosis and frequency of Red and Green increases after $700^{\circ}C$. It is analyzed that number of Red and Green pixels are increased. Therefore, it is deemed possible to estimate the degree of damage by checking the change in yellow($b^*$ or R+G) when analyzing the chromaticity of the fire-damaged concrete structures.

Sintering characteristics of monolithic ZrB$_{2 }$ and ZrB$_{2 }$-ZrC composit (단일상 ZrB$_{2 }$ 및 ZrB$_{2 }$- ZrC 복합체의 소결특성)

  • The sintering behaviour of monolithic zirconium diboride (ZrB$_{2 }$) and ZrB$_{2 }$-based composite ZrB$_{2 }$-ZrC were studied using a pressureless sintering technique. The specimens were prepared using commercially available ZrB$_{2 }$ and ZrC powder which were pressed and subjected to pressureless sintering. The effects of lanthanum and neodymium used as sintering aids in the sintering processes were investigated. The sintered specimens were characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The ZrB$_{2 }$ specimen prepared using and addition of 1 wt% lanthanum and pressurelessly sintered at $2200^{\circ}C$ showed the maximum relative density of 96%. The ZrB$_{2 }$-ZrC composite specimen without the addition of any sintering aids exhibits the maximum sintered density but contains significantly detectable amount of secondary phase.
