Oxidative stress have known to be a risk factor for the degenerative processes and closely related to a lot of diseases. It is well established that antioxidants are good in protection and therapeutic means against oxidative damage. There is increasing interest in natural antioxidants and many natural antioxidants have been found and utilized as the possible protection for various diseases and skin aging. We have screened natural antioxidant agents for cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, and drugs as therapeutic and preventive means against oxidative stress, and have developed a number of novel antioxidants from various natural sources. 배경: 엡스타인 기형 환자들에서 수술적 치료의 임상적 결과를 살펴보기 위해 후향적 조사를 실시하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1984년 2월부터 2006년 6월까지 엡스타인 기형으로 수술적 치료를 시행 받은 50명의 환자들을 대상으로 후향적 연구를 시행하였다. 환자들의 평균 연령은 26.9세였고, 남자가 19명이었다. 동반 심질환으로는 심방중격결손(33), 동맥관개존(2), 심실중격결손(1), 폐동맥협착(4) 등이 있었고 90% (45/50)의 환자에서 중증도 이상의 삼첨판막 폐쇄부전을 동반하였다. Carpentier type은 A형 6명, B형 26명, C형 14명, D형 4명이 속하였고 10명의 환자에서 WPW증후군을 동반하였다. 수술방법으로는 31명의 환자에서 보존적 수술(삼첨판 성형술, 심방화 우심실 주름잡기술(plication of atrialized RV) 등)이 가능하였으며, 폰탄씨 수술은 4명, 삼첨판막 치환술 12명, 고식적 수술은 2명의 환자에서 시행되었다. 13명의 환자에서 양방향성 상대정맥-폐동맥 단락술을 시행하였고(one and a half ventricular repair), WPW 증후군을 동반한 10명의 환자와 심방세동의 4명의 환자에서 부정맥에 대한 수술적 치료가 함께 시행되었다. 걸과: 술 후 뉴욕심장학회 기능분류(New York Heart Association Functional Class) (중간값 3 (범위:

본 연구에서는 소비자 중심적인 건강기능식품 기능성 전달방법을 도출하기 위하여 이미지, 원료 및 기능성에 대한 설명, 기능성을 설명하는 도표, 특허 정보, 권위자의 설명 등 다양한 전달 방법들이 소비자의 광고 평가에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 소비자들이 이미 가지고 있었던 건강기능식품에 대한 인식들이 광고 평가에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 이미 수행된 정성조사(Focus group interview)에서는 실제 사용되던 건강기능식품 광고 50여건을 소비자에게 제시하고, 기능성과 관련하여 소비자의 광고 인식에 미치는 방법들을 찾아내었다. 이렇게 찾은 방법들에 대하여 보다 넓은 범위에서 검증하기 위하여, 이를 바탕으로 6가지의 광고안들을 개발하여 정량 조사를 수행하였다. 6가지 광고안은 각각 정인지 이미지+원료에 대한 설명+기능성을 설명하는 도표, 정인지 이미지+원료에 대한 설명, 정인지 이미지, 오인지 이미지, 오인지 이미지+특허 정보, 오인지 이미지+권위자의 설명을 반영하여 제작되었다. 정량 조사의 대상은 서울 및 수도권 거주자 30~60대 총 300명이었으며, 대인면접법으로 한 사람당 4가지 광고안을 평가하도록 하여 광고안 당 200개의 평가 결과가 나올 수 있도록 하였다. 광고에 대한 평가는 광고 위계 효과 모형에서 제시되는 인지-감정-행동 세 가지 요소가 모두 반영될 수 있도록 '광고가 시선을 끄는가', '광고가 얼마나 이해하기 쉽다고 생각하는가', '제품 기능에 대한 정보가 충분한가', '광고의 메시지에 공감이 가는가', '광고를 통해 제품의 효능/효과를 얼마나 신뢰하는가', '광고를 본 후 구입하고 싶은 생각이 드는가'의 6가지 항목을 질문하였다. 또한 광고에 대한 평가와 함께 소비자들이 건강기능식품에 대하여 가지고 있는 태도를 '건강하기 위해서는 건강기능식품을 꼭 섭취해야 한다고 생각한다', '건강기능식품의 효능/효과에 대해 신뢰한다', '건강기능식품을 구입하기 전에 많은 정보를 수집한 후 구입한다', '평소 건강기능식품 광고들을 관심있게 본다', '건강기능식품 광고에서 전달하는 효능/효과에 대해 신뢰한다' 이렇게 5가지 문항을 통하여 조사하였다. 건강기능식품에 대한 소비자의 태도를 t-검정 및 일원분산분석을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 성별에 따른 차이로서 '광고관심도'에 대해서는 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나, '섭취필수도', '효과신뢰도', '구입 전 정보수집도' 및 '광고내용신뢰도'에 대해서는 여성이 남성보다 유의하게 긍정적인 태도를 취하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연령에 따른 분석 결과로서는 모든 항목에 대하여 40대와 50대 연령층이 30대와 비교하여 보다 긍정적인 태도를 취하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 제시된 6가지 광고에 대하여 광고 효과를 분산분석한 결과, 단순히 이미지만을 제시한 광고안들에 비하여 원료와 기능성에 대한 정보가 함께 제시된 광고안들의 효과가 유의적으로 높게 평가되어 즉, 원료 및 기능성에 대한 설명, 그래프 형태의 시험 결과 제시, 특허, 권위자의 설명은 인지, 정서, 행동 모든 측면에서 광고 효과를 높일 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 소비자들은 오인지 이미지에 대하여 인지하지 못하여 이에 따른 광고 평가의 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다른 변수들과의 상호작용을 살펴보기 위하여 이원분산분석을 수행한 결과, 이러한 경향은 성별, 연령과 서로 상호작용을 가지지 않았으며, 성별과 연령에 상관없이 동일하게 나타났다. 하지만 건강기능식품에 대한 태도와 상호작용을 관찰한 결과에서는 '섭취필수도', '효과신뢰도', '구입 전 정보수집도', '광고내용신뢰도'가 '이해용이도', '주목도', '공감도', '구매욕구도' 등에 대하여 상호작용 효과를 가지고 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 예를 들어, '섭취필수도'가 높은 그룹에서는 기능성에 대한 그래프, 특허 정보, 전문가에 대하여 언급하는 것이 광고에 대한 '주목도'를 높이는데 유의하게 효과적이었으나, '섭취필수도'가 낮은 그룹에서는 광고안에 따른 '주목도' 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과로부터 기능성 관련 정보를 자세하게 제공하는 것은 이미지만 제시하는 것과 같이 적은 양의 정보를 제공하는 것보다 소비자가 광고와 그 내용에 대하여 주목하고, 이해하기 쉽다고 느끼고, 정보가 충분하다고 느끼고, 공감하고, 신뢰하며, 구매하고 싶다고 느끼도록 하는 데 효과적일 수 있으나, 이러한 효과는 소비자가 건강기능식품에 대하여 기본적으로 가지고 있는 태도에 따라서 변화할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 기능성 전달 방법에 따른 광고 효과의 차이는 분명히 있으나, 그 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 광고를 접하는 소비자들을 세분화하여 각기 다른 방식으로 접근하는 노력이 필요하다.
We investigated what factors motivate gamers to participate in a guild and why they continue to be engaged as members of the guild. We find that, based on the result of focus group interviews with MMORPG gamers, social support and self-esteem factors play important roles. Considering both prior research and the focus group interviews we have conducted, we define social support and character control as independent variables. Character identity, guild identity, and self-esteem are proposed as mediating variables while guild flow and game loyalty as dependent variables. Accordingly, we develop the research model and hypotheses, and verify them empirically. Based on our experiences of playing the WoW game, we proposed a research model and conducted focus-group interviews (FGIs). FGIs involve formulating a hypothesis and then collecting some relevant data. FGIs were conducted face-to-face with students of C University in Korea. We formulated structured interview schedules, and the questions were based on our research variables and personal experiences. The questions for the interviews encompassed the following areas: (a) the demographic characteristics of the focus group; (b) the number of years for which respondents had played online games; (c) the motive for starting a game; (d) the number of game-characters assumed by each gamer; (e) the type of game played; and (f) other issues such as the reasons for involvement in the play, the willingness to reuse the game in case new versions were released, etc. On average, it took two hours to interview each of three groups. A primary set of FGIs was conducted with three groups on the premise that there would be some differences caused by character race (Horde vs. Alliance) or by playable server (Normal vs. Combat). With respect to the manner of playing, we found that guild members shared information, felt a sense of belonging, and played computer games for quite a long time through the guild; however, they did not undergo these experiences when playing alone. Gamers who belonged to a specific guild helped other players without expecting compensation for that, freely shared information about the game, gave away items for free, and more generous with other members who made mistakes. The guild members were aware of the existence other members and experienced a sense of belonging through interactions with, and evaluations from, other players. It was clear that social support was shown within the guild and that it played an important role as a major research variable. Based on the results of the first FGIs, a second set of in-depth FGIs was carried out with a focus on the psychology of the individual within the guild and the social community of the guild. The second set of FGIs also focused on the guild's offline meetings. Gamers, over all, recognize the necessity of joining a community, not only off-line but also online world of the guild. They admit that the guild is important for them to easily and conveniently enjoy playing online computer games. The active behavior and positive attitudes of existing guild members can motivate new members of the guild to adapt themselves to the guild environment. They then adopt the same behaviors and attitudes of established guild members. In this manner, the new members of the guild strengthen the bonds with other gamers while feeling a sense of belonging, and developing social identity, thereby. It was discovered that the interaction among guild members and the social support encouraged new gamers to quickly develop a sense of social identity and increase their self-esteem. The guild seemed to play the role of socializing gamers. Sometimes, even in the real world, the guild members helped one another; therefore, the features of the guild also spilled over to the offline environment. We intend to use self-esteem, which was found through the second set of FGIs, as an important research variable. To collect data, an online survey was designed with a questionnaire to be completed by WoW gamers, who belong to a guild. The survey was registered on the best three domestic game-sites: 'WoW playforum,' 'WoW gamemeca,' and 'Wow invent.' The selected items to be measured in the questionnaire were decided based on prior research and data from FGIs. To verify the content of the questionnaire, we carried out a pilot test with the same participants to point out ambiguous questions as a way to ensure maximum accuracy of the survey result. A total of 244 responses were analyzed from the 250 completed questionnaires. The SEM analysis was used to test goodness-of-fit of the model. As a result, we found important results as follows: First, according to the statistics, social support had statistically significant impacts on character control, character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Second, character control had significant effects on character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Third, character identity shows its clear impact on self-esteem and game loyalty. Fourth, guild identity affected self-esteem, guild flow and game loyalty. Fifth, self-esteem had a positive influence on the guild flow. These days, the number of virtual community is rising along with its significance largely because of the nature of the online games. Accordingly, this study is designed to clarify the psychological relationship between gamers within the guild that has been generally established by gamers to play online games together. This study focuses on the relationships in which social support influences guild flow or game loyalty through character control, character identity, guild identity, and self-esteem, which are present within a guild in the MMORPG game environment. The study results are as follows. First, the effects of social support on character control, character identity, guild identity and self-esteem are proven to be statistically significant. It was found that character control improves character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Among the seven variables, social support, which is derived from FGIs, plays an important role in this study. With the active support of other guild members, gamers can improve their ability to develop good characters and to control them. Second, character identity has a positive effect on self-esteem and game loyalty, while guild identity has a significant effect on self-esteem, guild flow and game loyalty. Self-esteem affects guild flow. It was found that the higher the character and guild identities become, the greater the self-esteem is established. Contrary to the findings of prior research, our study results indicate that the relationship between character identity and guild flow is not significant. Rather, it was found that character identity directly affects game players' loyalty. Even though the character identity had no direct effect on increasing guild flow, it has indirectly affected guild flow through self-esteem. The significant relationship between self-esteem and guild flow indicates that gamers achieve flow, i.e., a feeling of pleasure and excitement through social support. Several important implications of this study should be noted. First, both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to conduct this study. Through FGIs, it was observed that both social support and self-esteem are important variables. Second, because guilds had been rarely studied, this research is expected to play an important role in the online community. Third, according to the result, six hypotheses (H1, H5, H6, H7, H8, and H11) setup based on FGIs, were statistically significant; thus, we can suggest the corresponding relationships among the variables as a guideline for follow-up research. Our research is significant as it has following implications: first, the social support of the guild members is important when establishing character control, character identity, guildidentity and self-esteem. It is also a major variable that affects guild flow and game loyalty. Second, character control when improved by social support shows notable influence on the development of character identity, guild identity and self-esteem. Third, character identity and guild identity are major factors to help establish gamers' own self-esteem. Fourth, character identity affects guild flow through self-esteem and game loyalty. The gamers usually express themselves through characters; the higher character identity is, the more loyalty a gamer has. Fifth, guild identity, established within the guild, has clear effects on self-esteem, guild flow and game loyalty. Sixth, qualitative and quantitative methods are employed to conduct this study. Based on the results of focus group interviews and SEM analysis, we find that the social support by guild members and psychological factors are significant in strengthening the flow of guild and loyalty to the game. As such, game developers should provide some extra functions for guild community, through which gamers can play online games in collaboration with one another. Also, we suggest that positive self-esteem which is built up through social support can help gamers achieve higher level of flow and satisfaction, which will consequently contribute to minimizing the possibility for the players to develop negative attitude toward the guild they belong to.
acaricide로 알려진 phthalimidomethyl O,O-dimethyl phosphorodithioat (Imidan)을 수도(水稻)에 살포(撒布)했을 때 Imidan과 그 대사물질(代謝物質)이 식물(植物)의 생육(生育)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 연구(硏究)하기 위하여 본(本) 실험(實驗)을 하였으며 이의 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)해 보면 다음과 같다. (1) Imian의 대사물질(代謝物質)로 예상(豫想)되는 다음의 8가지 화합물(化合物)을 합성(合成) 또는 정제(精製)하여 공시약제(供試藥劑)로 사용(使用)하였다. (a) N-Hydroxy methyl phthalimide (b) Phalimide (c) Phthalamdic acid (d) Phthalic acid (e) Anthranilic acid (f) p-amino benzoic acid (g) p-hydroxu benzoic acid (h) Benzoic acid (2) 상기(上記) 물질중(物質中)에서 (a),(c),(d),(e)와 Imidan의 각(各) 10 ppm과 20 ppm 의 Buffer Solution 을 만들어 밀 종자(種子)를 가지고 coleoptile straight growth test를 해 본 결과(結果) Imidan 은 10 ppm 과 20 ppm에서 모두 control 보다 생장(生長)의 촉진효과(促進效果)를 보였으며 기중(其中) phthalamidic acid 10 ppm 이 가장 좋은 성적(成績)을 보였다. 이것으로 보아 Imidan 자체(自體)는 생장(生長) 억제(抑制)의 효과(效果)를f 보이나 이것이 일단(一但) 생체내(生體內)에서 가수분해(加水分解)를 비롯한 각종(各種) 대사작용(代謝作用)을 받으면 그 대사산물(代謝産物)이 식물생장(植物生長)을 촉진(促進)하는 효과(效果)를 보이는 것 같다. (Table 1, Fig. 1 참조(參照)) (3) xylene을 용매(溶媒)로 하여 Imidan 유제(乳劑)를 만들고 이것을 희석(稀釋)하여 20 ppm, 100 ppm 및 200 ppm 의 각(各) 농도(濃度) 유화액(乳化液)을 조제(調製)한 후 이것을 배지(培地)로 하여 수도종자(水稻種子)를 발아(發芽)시킨 후 12 일(日)에 shoot와 root의 길이를 측정(測定)하였다. 이의 결과(結果)를 보면 root는 Imidan 20 ppm에서, shoot 는 Imidan 100 ppm에서 모두 xylene만의 유제구(乳劑區)인 control 보다 좋은 효과(效果)를 보였으며 여기에서 흥미(興味)있는 것은 용매(溶媒)로 사용(使用)된 xylene은 수도종자(水稻種子) 뿌리의 발육(發育)에 심(甚)한 억제효과(抑制效果)를 보이는 것 같다. (Table 2, Table 5 참조(參照)) (4) 벼를 pot에 심고 2회(回)에 걸쳐 control, Imidan, N-hydroxy methyl phthalimide, anthranilic acid 및 phthalimide의 10, 25, 50, 100 ppm 농도(濃度)의 각(各) 유제(乳劑)를 살포하고 일정기간후(一定期間後) 생육상(生育相)을 조사(調査)하였더니 Imidan 구(區)와 N-hydroxy methyl phthalimide 구(區)가 control 보다 좋은 성적(成績)을 보였다. The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. Out of a total of 58 species of helminthic and protozoan parasitic infections in Korea, so far 38 species were reported as intestinal parasites of man. Quite a few species of the intestinal parasitic infections have long been prevalent throughout the country and this has been a significant public health problem. In this paper, current status and transition of the intestinal parasitic infections in the past years were presented. Chronological reviewing of data show background and prospects of change in the prevalence of infections. In the national prevalence survey on parasitic infections conducted once every five years since 1971, stool examinations were done by both cellophane thick smear and brine flotation techniques. Every egg positive case of Ascaris lumbricoides and Clonorchis sinensis was further examined by Stoll's dilution egg counting technique. In 1981, perianal swab using adhesive cellulose tape was added for Enterobius infection. For protozoan cyst examination conducted by province and city in '81, fecal specimens were fixed in SAF solution and examined by the formalin-ether concentration technique. High prevalence of parasitic infection in ana before the 1960s can be easily understood from the data given by the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs in 1967. From a parasite control point of view, the 1960s was the preparatory period particularly for control of soil-transmitted helminthiasis. Several organizations which have contributed to parasite control were founded in this period and the prevention law of parasitic infections was passed in '66. In the '70s, overall prevalence rates of the common intestinal parasitic infections, which were highly prevalent in the past were turned into reduction phase for the first time. The '80s can be said to be an active control period of parasitic infections. Intestinal helminths According to the reports of the national prevalence survey on parasitic infections, the prevalence of helminthic infections was 84.3%(number of person examined:24,887) in '71, 63.2%(27,178) in '76, and 41.1%(35,018) in '81. By area, the prevalence rate in '81 was 35.1%(20,569) in urban areas and 49.6%(14,447) in rural areas. Intestinal nematodes Ascaris lumbricoides The prevalence of Ascaris infection has decreased significantly in recent years. Among students, the prevalence was 55.4%, in '69 and decreased to 4.7% in '83. In the national prevalence surveys, the prevalence decreased to 13.0% in '81 from 54.9% in '71. By area, the prevalence decreased to 8.5% in '81 from 46.4% in '71 in urban area and 19.4% in '81 from 59.6% in '71 in rural area. By age, the prevalence has become in recent years relatively even in all age groups, although higher prevalence used to be seen in young age groups of around 10 years old, particulary in the highly prevalent rural areas. By sex, the prevalence was higher in the female than in the male. Unfertilized egg positive rates among the ascariasis cases increased gradually up to 55.4% on the average in '81. The intensity of the infection was also significantly decreased. Trichuris trichiura Trichuris infection had also decreased to 23.4% in '81 from 65.4% in '71. By area, the decreasing tendency of the prevalence became faster in urban areas than in the rural areas. The prevalence in urban and rural areas in '71 was 69.7%, and 63.1% respectively and decreased to 19.5% and 29.0% respectively in '81. By age, the prevalence reached a peak at the 10-14 age group and showed relatively even distribution throughout all age groups. By sex, the prevalence was close in young age groups, but in the 30s or over age group, especially in rural area, the prevalence was significantly higher in the female than in the male. The prevalence has much fluctuated depending in the area. The prevalence in rural areas surveyed in the '80s shows a range between 20.9% and 73.7% by locality. It is anticipated that the prevalence of Trichuris infection will drop more rapidly, when mass treatment is conducted. Hookworms Hookworm infection by mostly Ancylostoma duodenale and a few by Necator americanus has decreased to a negligible levels in recent years. In the national prevalence surveys, the prevalence was 10.7% in '71, 2.2% in '76, and 0.5% in '81. The prevalence was higher in rural areas than in urban areas. Wide application of multi-specific anthelminthics in the ascariasis control programmes conducted in the past decade appear to have been effective against hookworm infection. Trichostrongylus orientalis As in the case with hookworm infection, the prevalence of Trichostrongylus infection has reached a negligible levels. In the national prevalence surveys, the prevalence was 7.7% in '71, 1.0% in '76 and 0.2% in '81. Enterobius vermicularis In the national prevalence survey in '81, the egg positive rate was 12.0%. Higher prevalence is expected when examined repeatedly. The prevalence rate was 10.3% in urban area and 14.6% in rural area. In recent surveys conducted in rural areas among schoolchildren, the prevalence was 32.4% in Gimhae Gun in '82 and 64.1% in Yeongyang Gun in '83. By age, the egg positive rate was higher in young age groups of around 10 and sharply decreased in age groups of around 20 and then somewhat increased again in middle age groups. By sex, the prevalence was higher in the female than in the male. Strongyloides stercoralis Strongyloides stercoralis infection has rarely been found in Korea. Three cases were reported in 1914. And 0.1-0.5% were found infected out of 2,642 persons examined at the prisoner-of-war camp on Geojedo in 1956. One case was reported in '54 and '82, respectively. Anisakis spp. No systematic survey has been conducted for anisakiasis In Korea. So far, only several cases have been found 1 case in Seoul in '71, 5 cases in Busan in '81 and 1 case in Busan in '84. Intestinal trematodes Metagonimus yokogawai In the national prevalence survey conducted in 1981, the egg positive rate was 1.24% on the average. High endemic areas are located in the southwestern part of Korea. The prevalence in Hadong Gun was 29.1% on the average in '79. In a survey conducted in 76, the prevalence was 44.0% in Gwangyang, 55.0% in Gogseung and 29.0% in Gurye. The infection is closely correlated with raw sweetfish consumption in these areas. Other intestinal trematodes A human case of Heterophyes heterophyes was reported in 1914. Several species were reported in the '80s : 17 cases of Fibricola seoulensis, 9 cases of Pygidiopsis summa, 8 cases of Heterophyes heterophyes nocens, 1case of Heterophyopsis continua, 2 cases of Stellantchasmus falcatus, 1 case of Stictodora sp., 1 case of Echinostoma hortense, and 4 cases of Echinochasmus japonicus. As the intermediate hosts, snakes and frogs play a role for F.seoulensis and fish for the rest of the species. Intestinal cestodes Taenia saginata and T. solium Egg positive rates in the national prevalence survey were 0.7% in '76 and 1.1% in '81. The prevalence in '81 was 0.6% in urban area and 1.8% in rural area. The proglottid positive rate in Jeju Do was 19.2% on the average. On Udo, Jeju Do in 1983, the egg positive rate among the inhabitants was 2.9%. Hymenolepis nana In the national prevalence survey, egg positive rates were 0.6% in '76 and 0.4% in '81. No difference was seen in the prevalence by area and sex. Hymenolepis diminuta Infected cases were reported : 3 in '64 and I in '66. Egg positive rate in '81 was 0.01% in the national prevalence survey. Diphylobothrium latum So far, about 30 cases have been reported. The cases have been reported more frequently in recent surveys. Mesocestoides sp. A case was reported from a hospitalized patient in Seoul in '67. Spirometra erinacei Two cases were reported in '84 following reidentification of the adult worms collected in '74. Intestinal protozoa Out of a total of 23 species of human protozoan infections in Korea, 13 species were reported as intestinal protozoa : Entamoeba histolytica, E coli, Endolimax nana, Iodamoeba b
IMF이후 경쟁의 심화와 적대적인 경영환경에 효과적으로 대응하고자 많은 호텔기업들이 구조조정을 실시해오고 있다. 이러한 구조조정은 인력감축을 동반하기 때문에 구조조정 과정에서 공정성을 지각하는데, 인력감축에서 살아남은 생존자들이 인력감축의 절차나 실무에서 불공정성을 지각할 때 상사에 대한 신뢰감이나 조직유효성을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 호텔기업을 대상으로 구조조정 이후 살아남은 생존자를 대상으로 정리해고의 공정성 지각이 경영진의 신뢰, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 실증분석을 실시한 결과 잔류종업원들은 구조조정 과정에서 절차 공정성 및 분배 공정성을 높게 지각 할수록 경영진에 대한 신뢰감과 조직 몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구조조정 과정에서 절차 공정성을 높게 지각할수록 직무만족은 높아지는 것으로 나타났지만, 분배 공정성은 직무만족과는 인과관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구조조정 과정에서의 경영진에 대한 신뢰감이 높아질수록 직무만족이나 조직몰입은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
