FDP(Flight Data Processor) is processing of flight data for safety air traffic management. FDPs takes core function in aviation safety. Position estimation of aircraft is a key feature of the FDPs. In this paper, the requirements for position estimation of aircraft was defined.

본 논문은 급증하는 항공 교통량을 처리하기 위해 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)를 중심으로 연구되고 있는 차세대 항공관제를 위한 시스템 중 비행자료처리시스템에서 효율적인 비행계획 상태 관리를 위한 방법론을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비행계획 상태 관리는 입력되는 새로운 전문 및 관제사의 입력과 시간 타이머에 의한 이벤트를 구분하는 처리 구조이며, 두 가지를 병렬 처리하는 방식을 이용해서 정확하고 빠른 비행계획 상태 관리를 제공한다. 이는 향후 많은 항공 교통량을 처리하기 위한 차세대 항공관제 시스템에 적용되는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

The study is devoted to the formation of a economic principles cargo delivery management in global supply chains. Mathematical model of delivering special categories of goods by road is a key element of these principles. The article analyzes the existing studies on solving the problem of cargo delivery in various aspects. It was noted that the greatest attention is paid to legal regulation, last mile delivery, optimization of routes and delivery schemes, information support, technological innovations, cluster routing, etc. In the developed mathematical model a minimum of total costs of forming loading units and freight shipments was defined as the criterion of optimality of organizing delivery by motor transport. The authors propose the creation of logistics clusters allowing the integration of urban transport flows and global supply chains.

The article is assigned to a prelude to the joke of effective pedagogical technologies in professional education in the minds of її continuity. The significant role of innovation in education is stated. Presented warehouses pedagogical technologies: conceptual, conceptual-processual and professional. The purpose of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process of vocational education institutions has been clarified. The reasons for finding and implementing innovative pedagogical technologies in education are analyzed.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the problem of socio-economic development in the conditions of the digital economy. The post-industrial era is characterized by the development of the electronic environment and the transition to an information civilization. In this regard, the developed countries of the world pay considerable attention to the development of the digital economy. However, there are a significant number of problems associated with this process. The country cannot be successful in the development of the digital economy in the absence of the necessary legal framework, an economic development strategy based on digital technologies. The research methodology involves the use of several theoretical methods for analyzing and synthesizing information. As a result of the study, the key problems of socio-economic development in the digital economy were characterized.

The article deals with increasing the effectiveness of educational content on the YouTube channel with the help of built-in analytics tools. Particular attention is paid to the creation of quality video, taking into account the reaction of end users of video materials. Ways to increase the video audience are considered. Techniques for improving video content apply to individual videos, as well as playlists and channels in general. In this case YouTube is both an independent educational platform and an auxiliary platform in a set of various educational solutions.

Modern state-of-the-art military aviation assets are operated with independent embedded real-time operating systems(RTOS). These embedded systems are made with a high level of information assurance. However, once the systems are introduced and installed on individual platforms for sustaining operational employment, the systems are not actively managed and as a result the platforms become exposed to serious threats. In this paper, we analyzed vulnerability factors in the processing of mission planning data and maintenance-related data for fighter aircraft. We defined the method and form of cyber attacks that modulate air data using these vulnerabilities. We then proposed a detection module for integrity detection. The designed module can preemptively respond to potential cyber threats targeting high - value aviation assets by checking and preemptively responding to malware infection during flight data processing of fighter aircraft.

The objective of this study is to present the academic implications and developmental direction of the police assigned for special guard system through big data analysis on the objective and macroscopic viewpoint of the media. As research method, this study conducted the analysis on 'police assigned for special guard' and the analysis of related words that would visualize the keywords highly related to keyword trend and news. Also, after dividing the period into the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s, the number of relevant articles in each period was drawn for understanding the flow. In the results of this study, the perception of media report of police assigned for special guard was about the recruitment of police assigned for special guard, and relevant events/accidents, which showed the coexistence of positive interest in the recruitment of police assigned for special guard and negative image of events/accidents related to police assigned for special guard. As a result, however, the necessity and demand for police assigned for special guard are increasing. Thus, the police assigned for special guard should be engaged in work after carefully thinking of its role in charge of ethical responsibility and safety as an axis for maintaining the national safety and social order.

The authors of the study highlight the conceptual foundations of the investment mechanism of innovation of enterprises in the context of strategic development. Such indicators of investment attraction for the enterprise as investment attractiveness, investment activity of the enterprise, critical mass of investments, minimum sufficiency of investments and others are singled out. It is proved that the balance of investment resources is facilitated by the action of the investment mechanism of innovation activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of strategic development tasks. Investment processes and their intensification have an impact on the expansion of production capacity of economic entities in strategic development and on improving the efficiency of existing capacities. The investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievement of tasks of strategic development contains system of complex actions which provides: definition of the clear purpose and tasks for the mechanism and achievement of the purposes of the enterprise; assessment of the investment potential of the enterprise; definition of tasks of innovative development of enterprises and investment resources necessary for this purpose, etc. The tasks of the investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of tasks of strategic development and its economic, organizational and information components are singled out, as well as levers of influence and regulators of the investment mechanism of innovation in the enterprise.

The purpose of the study is to research the legal nature and essence of corrupt behavior, as well as the international and national legal aspects of the fight against corruption. The article discloses the relation between the factual results of the operation of anti-corruption normative and legal acts and the goals and objectives for which they were adopted. The effectiveness of the regulatory effect and quality of anti-corruption legislation is determined by the example of the Russian Federation. The article provides an analysis of theoretical aspects of the theory and history of the formation and development of anti-corruption legislation (on the example of Russia and some other countries, as well as international legal norms) giving several practical examples from foreign legislation demonstrating the structure of the system of government bodies battling against corrupt behavior (including its latent forms). The authors suggest that there is a need for a unified conception of information and propaganda support of state anti-corruption activities. This will make it possible to inform the population that the state is actively working to prevent corruption threats and to bring perpetrators to justice, as well as contribute to citizens' trust in the state policy in this area. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly inform the citizens about the provisions of the anti-corruption legislation, explaining the importance of their observance.
