With increasing the number of vehicles, the accident rate also goes up and the damaged vehicles should be painted as a final repair process. At the painting stage the solvent-based paint causes environmental problems. To overcome these problems waterborne refinish paint is frequently used recently. However, for waterborne refinish, the costs of insurance coverage are too expensive, and insurance reimbursement costs could be burdensome. Because of the high price of aquatic paint treatment, the service shop might charge the malicious service price. In this study, the surfactant of Surfynol 104, which is the component in the paint, was used as an indicator whether the vehicle was painted with waterborne paint. The specimen was quantitatively analyzed to contain 0.38% of the surfactant through the standard addition method with isotope substituted internal standard (IS) of fluranthene-d10 by curie point pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the bumper mounting structure of passenger vehicles at low speed collision. In order to improve the repairability and damageability of the vehicle, the low speed crash tests of RCAR(Research Council for Automobile Repairs) standard(front & rear 15km/h 40% offset crash test) were carried out for analysis of 3 different types of bumper mounting structures. The results of experiments show that the impact energy absorbing ability of bumper stay with rectangular crash box type vehicle which is inserted into the bumper rail was superior to another two different bumper mounting structures that are applied to many passenger vehicles. In this thesis, well designed bumper mounting structure such as rectangular crash box type can enhance the safety of occupants as well as contribute to reduce repair cost at low collision accident by improving repairability and damageability of vehicle.

Recently 4th Industrial Revolution era has come up and autonomous vehicle gets a huge attention for its commercialization as well as development. To this end, many countries such as US, UK, Germany are looking into laws and policies related to autonomous vehicle making a new law system, laws, policies or at least modifying the existing ones. Korea is also facing commercialization and development of autonomous vehicle yet it's law system, laws and policies are far beyond comparing to those of advanced countries. This paper details current law system comparison of several countries providing differences and characteristics for the purpose of success of auto drive vehicle industry. On top of that we suggest a new law system, laws and policies and then provide directions as steps for mature implementation. In addition, we discuss how the new laws and policies can bring out successful commercialization as well as industrial success of autonomous vehicle at the points of consumers, vehicle makers, insurance companies, and government.

The court sentenced meaningful decisions related to the medical service in 2014. The court assumed the negligence of medical staff in the accident if being broken while using the medical equipment for not an original purpose at the time of surgery and ruled that the compensation for damage can be recognized in recognition of the causal relationship between the explanation duty violation and side effect's happening when unproven surgery on safety is implemented regarding the duty of explanation, that in the case of cosmetic surgery, the subject on the duty of explanation needs to be expanded compared to the general medical practice and that the duty of explanation cannot be accepted for the range that cannot be expectable. Also, the court has provided the requirement and limitation of self-determination exercise in case of the crash between patient's self-determination and doctor's duty of care and has ruled that as automobile insurance contract is a contract with the insurance company to pay regarding liability for car accidents, treating patients and taking the insurance money is not illegal activity even for the unlicensed hospital violating the medical law while established. The judgment stating the opinion that medical practitioners cannot be punished according to the medical law prohibiting the receiving of rebate in case that medical practitioners did not receive benefit while the medical institution itself gained an unfair economic benefit also stands out. And the court has ruled that even if the medical institution who received a business suspension is closed, the suspension is still effective in case that the same operator opens a new medical institution in the same place, ruled on the requirement to conduct a medical service outside of the medical institution that the doctor opened and ruled that the administrative penalty cannot be conducted prior to the conviction on charge of violating the medical law.

By according to increase the research for autonomous vehicle in automobile industries, the efficient of autonomous cargo truck instead of conventional driver cargo truck will be analyzed in logistics areas. The inland transportation has been serious problem such as traffic accident, traffic congestion in downtown, air pollution, noise and etc. even if it have a great effect to logistics industries. Especially there have to be improved its transportation schedule and sleepy driving in night which induced heavy accident in highway. In this study, the effectiveness of autonomous cargo truck will be analysed by considering the logistics cost including social effects.

In this paper, we designed a system that integrate and organize customer management programs and databases, which are performed independently of each other. And we designed the system so that it can be used for future marketing by implementing the system to share and efficiently utilize mutual independent maintenance information. From the CRM perspective, a comprehensive information system ghat manages every information on both new cars and second hand cares grom their purchase, to parts, to insurance, and to scraping needs to be established. The following should be applied in the establishment of the IAMS. Auto makers or auto maintenance services providers exclusive management of information on customers and their car maintenance services is aggravating the customer's inconvenience and complaints. In addition, the service provider has difficulty providing consistent maintenance services because it has little information about previous auto maintenance services the customer received. Besides, the customers who have no information on costs of parts and labor tend to hesitate to trust the costs of maintenance services. This study to provide customers with systematic maintenance service and causing them some inconvenience. Therefore, in order to maintain existing customers, auto maintenance service providers should provide services the customers wanted on the basis of accurate information about them.

An article is devoted to developing the concept of inter-territorial collaboration in the context of strengthening its economic security. This concept is based on the study of international experience and successful OTG functioning in Ukraine. The idea includes directions, forms, tools, procedures, and financial sources for joint projects that strengthen territorial associations' economic security. The research consists of assessing the state of economic development of territorial communities and forms of their cooperation with other territorial communities. Analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction are the main methods of scientific knowledge used to summarize statistical information, normative and legal support, and global experience of cooperation of territorial communities. The study results include the main areas of cooperation of territorial communities in Ukraine, including long-term collaboration. The study also contains successful examples of collaboration between different territorial communities, applying practical aspects and tools to form effective interaction. The main points of discussion concern various forms of interaction between territorial communities, which allow achieving the economic goal more quickly and effectively.

In the recent years there has been an increase of service competition in the activity of product selling, especially in the extension of warranty coverage and qualify. The variables in connection with the service competition are not crisp, and required the expertise of the production line. It thus becomes all the more necessary to use subtler tools as decision supports. These problems are typical not only of product companies but also of financial organizations, credit institutions, insurance, which need predictions of credibility for firms or persons in which they have any kind of interest. A suitable approach for minimizing the risk is to use a knowledge-based system. Most often expert systems are not standalone programs, but are embedded into a larger application. The aim of this paper is to discuss an approach for developing an embedded fuzzy expert system with respect to the product selling policy, especially to present the decision system of automobile selling activity around the extension of warranty coverage and quality. We use the MATLAB tools which integrates computation, visualization, and programming in an easy-to-use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation. Also, we present the API functions embedding into the existing application.

Marine accidents of fishing vessels occupied about 70.5% of the whole marine accidents in Korea from 1996 to 2015, this ratio was not much changed for a long time. A lot of efforts have been taken recently but marine accidents do not reduce. Therefore a fundamental counterplan to decrease accidents in fishing vessel is indispensable for reduction of whole marine accidents in Korea. Since the most frequent occurring accidents in fishing vessels were engine trouble and collision in statistics by KMST (1996~2015), the study focused on them. The cause of engine trouble were poor inspection and maintenance of the mechanical system. The greatest portion of marine accidents was collision, and the biggest cause of the collision was poor watch-keeping. The better watch-keeping will be the best way to reduce the accident. For this reason, it may be necessary for the navigator to make strict precaution on the other vessels under way systematically and keep the regulation for preventing collisions, and for an engineer on watch to make a check the mechanical system periodically for reduction the engine trouble. Instead of penalty, incentive about safe navigation will be helpful for reduce accident as if automobile insurance would do. In order to prevent engine trouble, the fisheries federation establish the repair center. Futhermore the development of autonomous navigation system is necessary to reduce the marine accident.

Objectives : The main purpose of this study is to find out the characteristic of patients admitted in the Oriental Medical Hospital due to traffic accident. Methods : 500 inpatients of traffic accident from Jan 1, 2005 to May 31, 2009 were analyzed according to medical charts. Results : The numbers of traffic accident patient in Oriental Medical Hospital in 2008 were bigger than in 2005. Most of patients were cared by western medicine right after accidents and several days later they started searching for oriental medical treatments. Most of the symptoms were not so severe at the beginning of the treatment. The method of the treatment were restricted by automobile insurance limitation in the field of oriental medicine. Conclusions : This study suggested that Oriental medical treatments are effective in traffic accident patients without surgical injury. Further studies are needed for progress report that after traffic accident patients are discharged from the Oriental Medical Hospital.
